Almost everybody on the show is "textbook" hot. Even on Cancun I thought Emilee was facially waaaaay prettier than Jonna.
I think Paula is rather rough looking though.
Paula's hair does make her look differently. However, Paula has a very lean build, that of an endurance runner. Other girls who are endurance athletes (Jillian comes to mind) do not have much meat on their bones, they are rather lean. Paula may look rough, but no female, not even Emily, could outrun her in a final. Maybe Ev (and possibly Diem) could, but that's about it. If Paula is in a final, you know that she has a high chance of winning.
I think the only way to stop these two from winning is to give them a really hard puzzle. Not that they are stupid but both can be frazzled by puzzles. Aything physical I just can't see any girls having a chance against Emily. I mean just look at her. I work out a couple of days a week and I don't have a neck like that.

Paula looked good on Rivals with her dark hair. She should definitely go back to that. And I personally think Diem looked the best on Battle of the Exes. Sarah has gotten prettier as time goes on, Emily is very attractive, Camila can look good at times, Nany is very pretty, but I don't know what everyone's hard on is for Trishelle. I think she is absolutely disgusting. I don't see what everyone sees in Jonna either.
I did find some irony in that Paula could not mention anything truly bad yet Emily pegged it right away: Paula needs to keep her head in the game and not bow down to the pressure.

Paula-Walnuts is the one I'm rooting for on this team. And come to think of it, I'm not sure if many other teams have individuals in them in which there is such a different dynamic here. Emily goes all out, balls (which I'm sure she actually has) to the wall, whereas Paula tries to play it safe. Watching them mentally duel it out should be interesting enough. Hoping that Emily pushes Paula to realize her potential, at the very least.

If you know nothing of Emily beyond her RW: DC appearance or her two challenge appearances, you have missed who she is today. The "new" Emily also came as a bit of a surprise to some in the cast, and to MTV as well. (Can't say more than that in this non-spoiler thread.)

I met her during the shooting of the DC season and she didn't impress me with her challenge potential (No one did that season). Today, I'd love to see her, Evelyn and Laural in some activity not produced by BMP (something like our "Gay, Straight, and 'Maybe'" women's challenge.
