Survivor Caramoan: Fans & Favorites - Zipping Over the Cuckoo's Nest
An accident threatens one player's future in the game. At tribal council, a huge revelation forces one alliance to scramble and potentially turn on each other.
Was Phillip really worth that vote? Erik.
That move was more about making a statement than the game. They know they're still screwed, so might as well get out the person that they hate. Getting Erik out may give them a better shot at immunity, but they know that 2 of them will be the next 2 gone, and the 3rd will have to have an epic immunity run to even get to the end.
The game could change a lot now. It all depends on if the people at the bottom of the main alliance are aware that they are at the bottom. The thing that would make me hesitant about flipping is that Eddie, Reynold, and Malcom seem really close and unwilling to turn on one another, making it difficult to reach the Final 3, while the top of the main alliance looks willing to turn on one another.
That almost tops Parvati handing out idols like they were candy during Heroes vs Villains.
It could just be because it only happened 10 minutes ago, but I actually think it did top that. I'm thinking it's time for a HvV rewatch.
This was my favorite episode of the season because of that tribal and Philip is finally gone. That was so good to watch, everything played out PERFECT it was magical. Goodbye, ya dill hole.
I loved the most that Reynolds and Eddie didn't know beforehand that Malcolm was going to give Eddie an idol. That was epic. Loved every second of it and I'm glad Phillip has finally gone.
The best part was when Jeff told them how to spell Phillip's name and then Erik spelled it wrong. I'm sure that ticket Phillip off a little on the inside.

It was pretty awesome, but nothing could top the two idols with Parvati. The look on their faces when she gave an idol to Sandra (smug and happy), and then the faces as she brought out the 2nd idol for Jerri (pure devastation). That was my favorite moment in survivor, I still go back and watch it from time to time haha.
This was an awesome tribal council though. I would have liked it better if they kept the idols secret until after the vote to see the shock on people's faces. But, it was probably a move to try and divide the voters (Andrea's name was being thrown around...could have been damaging to the alliance if people threw votes her way).
Andrea's name was being thrown around
That was interesting, now everyone knows who's at the bottom of their alliance - Andrea. Was it Phillipp's idea? I remember it was Brenda who did say her name, but I'm sure she was just told what to do and how to vote.
Well, it would be even more epic tribal council if Phillipp could convince the rest of the alliance to vote against Andrea and avoid elimination.

This has a place in my top 3 of survivor memorable moments. It also includes:
- Erik gives his immunity necklace to Natalie (FvsF).
- Amanda and Dani literally fighting for hidden immunity idol after Dani found it in a basket with popcorn (HvsV).
+ it seems Amigos will try to bring Erik and Sherri on their side, which is probably not the smartest move. If they know that Andrea knows that she's at the bottom, wouldn't it be more logical to try to talk to her first? And if Erik and Sherri know that Andrea is at the bottom, wouldn't it be more rationally to stay true to their original alliance considering the fact that they have no shots against Amigos in the final or individual challenges and they will be at the bottom of that new alliance?
I'm interested to see all the followers have to do their own thinking now that their leader/thinker has been taken out of the equation. Now they have to fend for themselves and make moves themselves instead of choosing to be pawns, I'm excited
I was surprised Sherri's name was not mentioned by the faves.
It could have been mentioned by the faves, but the only person we could see saying anything was Brenda because everyone else was whispering without visibility to the camera. For all we know when Erik and Cochran were whispering, they could have been discussing Sherri.

I really don't agree that Phillip was the leader or thinker of that group, I think that he was just mouthpiece. It seems to me like Andrea is the one coming up with the plans, and she's just smart enough to let Phillip appear to take the credit. Also, Dawn's been in control and making big decisions for a lot of the game.

You do know Dawn is the sad woman crying every episode who wanted to leave the show when her retainer fell out in the ocean, right?
On another note So many fans bit the dust! I think there's 3 left

Just because she's emotional doesn't mean she isn't playing a good game. She's been the most cutthroat chick out there, voting her friends out. Everyone's been coming to her with their plans and she's been the one making the calls on who goes since week 1 with Francesca. She even voted out her best friend in the game, Corrine, when she came to her with a plan.

Dawn has played a solid game, but she has been far too emotional at times. She has been perceived as being at the bottom of the alliance, which has worked in her favor with regards to gathering information.
Dawn essentially loses any shot she has of winning after she backstabs Brenda though. Things will get ugly then.

Are inaccurate spoilers actually spoilers? Are you sure it is not Eric who backstabs Brenda? If one is in the final 3 (Dawn), how does that ensure the villain has no shot?

From what I have read (I do not know how reliable it is, but it has been fairly accurate thus far), Brenda gave up her family visit for Dawn, and Dawn later orchestrated her boot. Erik also apparently was so emotionally distressed by the Brenda boot that he had to be medically removed from the game. While Dawn is in the Final 3, I have read that she gets torn apart at the Final Tribal Council, and thus has no shot. There are always players that make the Final 3 that have no shot at winning, and this season it looks like there are 2 of them.
I don't read spoilers for Survivor, but I am glad Phillip is gone. Andrea is playing a good game. And how about Brenda! She saved Dawns retainer. I must admit, I know people who have false teeth/Bridges and wont be seen in public without their false teeth. Dawn and Andrea really played a good game this season.
I don't know him, but Phillip seems annoying. I wanted him gone for a while, and am happy he got voted off.
