There's a difference between SHOW format and TEAM format. Vets/Rookies, Good guys/Bad guys are TEAMS that can be on MULTIPLE show formats like Inferno, Gauntlet, or (likely in this case) Ruins..Show formats and team formats are not mutually exclusive. Gauntlet can' be Champions/Challengers just as easily as Ruins can be Vets/Rookies. I don't get why they're being treated as exclusive items. This could be Ruins 2: Good Guys/Bad Guys

Oh no, not that, the Vets/Rookies thing. I know you're 99.9% right but it's unfortunate to me that guys like Trey, Robb, Frank, and Zach will be "Vets" after this season ruining a CT/Johnny vets team vs a Frank/Zach rookies team, that was my dream format since seeing Zach on SD other than a Duel. Which I guess is still an off chance

I think what he was trying to say is that since this isn't a vets vs rooks then there is a possibility that there might not ever be a chance to see a rookies team of Frank/Zach etc. go up against a group of veterans if there were to be a future challenge. After challenge 24 they'll already be considered veterans themselves according to G3 qualifications, but that can always be tweaked.

I'm pretty aware it's not reality, granted old school/new school wouldn't be as big a stretch as Rivals. What 2 girls have been on more than 2 challenges? If 5 teams of made up rivalries are viable then a tweaking to arrange only 2 people shouldn't be far fetched to anyone here. Regardless I'm pretty aware like wutz said that it's not any form of a CT/Johnny/Wes vs a Zach/Frank/Trey team, but I still have a problem (until it's a stated fact) accepting they'd throw that opportunity away..especially for another pairs challenge..just wtf is BMP doing? lol

This thread over 350 pages long. I think they are making a mistake not to capitalize on that rookie vs veteran drama. If it's another partners challenge, it's probably because the best ratings in recent years have been with the Rivals and Exes partner challenges so they want to keep doing them.
Still don't see how they can create a rivalry for Leroy or Dunbar. Who would be Jonna's rival? They never showed that scene where Trishelle got in her face and was being mean to her.

Me too. She's good tv but she seems arrogant now and I didn't like the way she treated Sarah and Jonna and then went and did the same thing she criticized them for and faked being sick to get out of a challenge. As soon as molds13 knows the format, she will inform us. I will wait on her...her credibility is not questioned by me because I know she researches before she posts anything. Of course, when it comes to the cast that are participating in the challenges it's always a possibility to get one or two wrong but it has happened rarely where she is concerned. I honestly believe it's a totally new format it's not a sequel or a remake. I think with the cast we have and the fact they don't have anything in common meaning they're not exes or rivals, the rookie/veteran ratio is off, the good guy/bad guy ratio is off, and there are too many people for a duel so I think it's something new. If the next elimination is 2 guys and after that 2 girls then I have a theory that there are 4 teams 2 all male teams and 2 all female teams going at it sort of like Rivals with a Cutthroat draft to make up teams.
I think your fangirl love for Trishelle may be blinding you Elle. I watched the maeathon and Evan and Kenny were not saying nice things about Trishelle. Evan was basically implying she's a ***** by saying things like she probably didn't bring any clothes with her to Vegas.
You also imply that Trishelle is a dedicated competitor who would give it her all with Sarah when really she showed she was all talk last challenge by talking crap about other people when she did the same things. And she quit on a challenge and faked being sick just because she didn't feel like doing it. Her team needed her. Nany came through. Not to mention in that water challenge she told her teammates that she had it when she was a disaster. She's all talk. And it's obvious Anastasia is talking about her because she does talk a lot of trash and she's trying to be relevant again.

If it does end up being pairs, I'm guessing one of the teams will be Emily/Paula or Emily/Diem. I'm not even gonna try to guess a theme or reason for the pairing (could be random match-ups, who knows). But, if it is pairs, those are my guesses for a team. I want an Emily win; I'm hoping MTV/BMP does too haha.
