They have to get to the point where it is not worth having the advantage. They could have easily gotten rid of Shamar and started fresh. They would have had a 5-3 advantage anyway.
The fact that there is even a "no talking list" is pathetic. I wish Jeff would ask Shamar (or anyone who acts like this) if they think they have a chance of winning this game.
I believe the story going around TV production circles in LA that Shamar was not an applicant but a casting find by producers based on a youtube video from the "Occupy Wall Street" demonstrations. (Video of him berating police officers in NYC. Given that the producers normally dress the cast members based on certain production guidelines, it is not surprising that 1. Shamar is wearing the same style USMC shirt as seen in the youtube video, or 2. the Jeff is only help support Shamar's antics at this point. He's there guy for drama this season.
The only hope for Eddie and Reynold is switching tribes, otherwise they will be gone. If Shamar's alliance didn't turn against him this time, it would not turn against him later - they'll just split the votes again.

Jeff claimed in an interview with Dalton Ross that he thought Shamar was going to be a hero based of his military accomplishments and Occupy Wall Street video. I can't believe that his hothead wouldn't have been apparent during casting.
I may be in the minority here (or possibly the only one who feels this way), but I actually like Shamar. I mean, he's not my all-time favorite player and he definitely has no shot of winning because his game is non-existant, but he's not thatbad. I didn't really like the 'cool kids' foursome as soon as they formed because I felt like their bond was sort of shallow and superficial, IMO and honestly Reynold is the one antagonizing the guy and then complains how he's over the top (which he is). Just don't poke the bear.

Jeff is covering his ***. I don't find his comments to be at all surprising.

Honestly, after being on vevmo for a while and reading up on Survivor and reading testaments from cameramen and contestants from both american and french reality tv contestants, I wouldn't be surprised...
His behavior and background story just don't make sense at all.
1) He doesn't look like a soldier, sorry, he looks out of shape.
2) In what world would a war vet (well I don't know if he's supposed to a vet yet or if he's like Ryan from RW Brooklyn) NOT be able to handle Survivor? And I'm talking mentally and physically
3) Him and that women who's being his "savior" have looked like they were accomplices from the beginning

Yeah the brothers on these reality series really get the fifth degree. Not shocking though.
