Hm, from the seasons I watched, here are who I think was the least entertaining cast members:
San Francisco: Mohammed (was he even on the show?) and Jo (did she even do anything?)
Boston: Syrus (I think he only had a story line in like 3 episodes) and Elka (this one was really hard to choose. I honestly think all the girls were great this season. It was a toss up between Elka and Genesis, but all the girls were very entertaining and dynamic this season)
Las Vegas: Alton (he had a lot of story lines, but I was bored by the drama involving him) and Brynn (loved her, but a lot of the time she was invisible)
Sydney: Isaac (this was a hard choice. All 3 guys were a tossup. They were all entertaining.) and Shauvon (another tough one. Toss up between her and Ashli, though I LOVE Ashli)
Hollywood: NICK BROWN (he was so painfully boring) and Sarah (only because I feel like she fizzled out halfway through the season)
Cancun: Derek (likable, but what story line did he even have?) and Emilee (only because Jonna, Jasmine, and Ayiiia were GREAT. Emilee was good, though)
D.C.: Josh (he wasn't even there half the time) and Callie (love her, but she didn't contribute much)
New Orleans 2010: Eric (did he even have like one story line) and Ashlee (like her, but she didn't do much)
Las Vegas 2011: No guys (seriously - every guy contributed A LOT to this season. I can't choose) and Heather (this was also really tough, but I feel like Heather was a little less entertaining than the other girls)
San Diego 2011: Nate (BORING) and Ashley (BORING)
St. Thomas: Robb (love him, but he was kinda boring) and Laura (what did she do besides the whole Trey drama?)
Portland: Marlon and Joi
Ex-Plosion: Jay (seriously he brings nothing to the show) and Ashley C (seems like an awesome girl... but contributes nothing)
And, for the heck of it, I'm gonna do Road Rules as well:
Road Rules 2: Christian (likable and funny but did less than Timmy and Devin) and none (Emily and Effie were both amazing)
Europe: Chris/Patrice (both were painfully boring) and Michelle (love her, R.I.P... but you can't argue with the pure entertainment that is Belou)
Northern Trail: Jon (didn't contribute anything significant) and none (all the girls were great this season)
Down Under: Shayne (likable but boring) and Christina (tough choice, but it's hard to beat out Piggy and Susie)
Semester at Sea: Shawn (LITERALLY SO BORING!!!) and none (Veronica, Ayanna, and Pua are like the perfect trifecta)
Campus Crawl: Eric and Raquel
South Pacific: Chris (didn't bring anything to the show) and Christena (great girl, very athletic, but boring)

Favorite female cast member: not sure. seasons i have watched fully include- 22,23,24,25,28, and 29. and every female on those seaspons has annoyed me at on point. the girls in bold are my faves from that season.
29: perhaps Arielle is my fave, even though she was boring. the other 3 OGs were bothersome at times. the exes were wallpaper for the most part. Cory's ex was stupid and i was glad she left. Hailey was kind've cool, but otuside of her fight nothing memorabel from her to eb a fave.
28: All of the females that season were BEYOND annoying save Avery perhaps. however she had one bad moment when she was talking to that guy in the bar disregarding Johnny Reilly.
27: didn't watch the whole season. i need to.
26: i watched the season from episodes 1 through 5.
25: Heather Marter was close to being a fvae, but then acted like a hypocrite.
24: Ashlee equals wallpaper, McKenize was likeable but not a fave, Sahar was the most annoying, and Jemmye was perhaps my fave.
23: Ashley was a *****, and Erika was a little tiresome but not horrid. Emily and Callie were alright.
22: no explanantion needed. i hated that season. the only good thing is that 3 out of the 4 girls on that season were very attractive.
