I don't agree with the Jonna bashing. And people have been calling Trishelle on her *****iness, but Devyn also needs to be called out. Devyn hooks up with 60 year old men and skunks like Big Easy and yet she calls Jonna "hoetic."
Correction: I was not "hooking up" with 60 year old men and Big Easy. I had authentic relationships with each one respectively. I ALSO did not call a guy I was living with/sleeping with while on the challenge to tell him that I had met/was sleeping with someone else... that is the defining difference between dating and hoeticism. I made the word up.. so I should know the definition. Thanks V1man for the support. xo If you have any more questions about my definitions, dating, or if you want to ask me something personally feel free to view my answers on youtube/DevynSimone or tweet me.
While I have enjoyed you on the challenge and was completely surprised by that comment. Don't you think you kind of stepped over the line with that comment?
While I have enjoyed you on the challenge and was completely surprised by that comment. Don't you think you kind of stepped over the line with that comment?
First off thank you for the support. I really do appreciate it. :-) Now the not so fun stuff. While I understand that my comment was off putting to some, you guys forget that there are things that I (and other cast members) know that you guys don't see. This includes things people say, how they act towards us, and how that act in certain situations. It because of those factors, I stand by my comment. It was how I was feeling at the time (in a recent interview I also stated that many of the girls were upset because it very much seemed that Jaz was bullied into volunteering and we were not supportive of that at all! The verdict is still out on that one). I don't dislike Jonna. I also don't believe in saying things about people unless you're willing to say it to them directly. She may have been midly surprised by my comment but I don't think she was shocked. Although I'm sure that wasn't the nicest thing I've ever said, at the time I felt it was warranted. People grow, opinions change, and I reserve any final judgment on any cast memeber as we are watching the show unfold with you guys and still learning about each other.

Also a side comment: As a black female who watches every week with several other black females. When you take off the weave and showed the 'fro it gave us life. We were all screaming for joy because the 'fro was so beautiful.
Devyn I think you've been the break out star of this season. One question are you working with the people at Merriam-Webster to get hoetic in the dictionary?
Lol... Good One.. *Trishelle..
That has been around since almost forever...
Devyn I think you've been the break out star of this season. One question are you working with the people at Merriam-Webster to get hoetic in the dictionary?
Note: Hoetic is actually a word already. I think she added the suffix -ism to it.
(1)I think it's pretty safe to say she was having *** with the dude if they were dating. (2) And we're not allowed to say anything negative about Devyn just because she's a member?
1. Safe to say? YGBSM. Your opinion does not equal truth. Of course, the subject is really none of our business anyway. 2. No more so than I could write here what I think of your screen name. Somewhere deep in the vevmo files is a thread that Bacchus and I worked on when I was a moderator that addresses the site terms and conditions with respect to the treatment of other members.
How does her taste in men make her a hoe? That's like saying, You like tall guys so you must be a w***e.
I didn't call Devyn a ho. I didn't call anyone a ho. And btw, a "ho" is just a derogatory term for a woman. There are no automatic ho-qualifiers. I don't think Jonna should be called a ho or be called hoetic. Jonna had feelings for another guy. I don't think she needs to wait five weeks, come home and breakup with her boyfriend and then go start a relationship with Zach. It sure looked like there was some misogynistic slutshaming going on about Jonna, both on the internet and what the editors showed us on the episode. "Hooking up" just means anything physical, as little as a genuine make out. It doesn't matter if it's in a relationship or not. Several adult women said some nasty, inappropriate things at the Arena. Only Trishelle was being called out on it, that was what my original post was about. If Jasmine had simply stood up and volunteered because she cost them the challenge, no excuses would have been needed from Jonna. We can only see what MTV shows us, but there have been many cast members who have not made any nasty or inappropriate remarks that aired all season. I won't comment further on Devyn's relationships after seeing V1man's rule reminders.
I think it's pretty safe to say she was having *** with the dude if they were dating. And we're not allowed to say anything negative about Devyn just because she's a member?
No, we are not allowed to say negative things about members which is why you have been spared.

No, I do not know that Devyn had *** with her boyfriend, but I don't think it's blasphemy to say that it's pretty reasonable to believe that a girl in her 20s would do it with her man. But like you said, that's really none of our business and I don't know why we're even talking about it. I really don't know why you have such a big problem with the name ChallengeGod, maybe you think it's disrespectful to god or something but I really don't understand. And with regards to Devyn being a member, so let's say next week on the Challenge she does something terrible like calling JD the f word or something (not saying she would ever do that just hypothetical). So we're not allowed to criticize her just because she's a member?
No, we are not allowed to say negative things about members which is why you have been spared.
I didnt say anything negative how have I been spared?
I don't know why you hate me do much V1man, we had one argument like 5 months ago....
Well, I have no memory of any argument, so that can't possibly be a reason to dislike you. About 90% of those posting here I forget on a daily basis. You are in that large majority. (I may have hated Pol Pot and Hitler, but you? Hardly. You should not take personally my disagreement with some of your opinions.) BTW, just as I said often to the press years ago when I was the Director of the Pentagon's Press Office, I don't respond to hypothetical questions.
BTW, just as I said often to the press years ago when I was the Director of the Pentagon's Press Office, I don't respond to hypothetical questions.
lol Just had to throw that out there...
So we're not allowed to criticize her just because she's a member?
If you actually read the terms of service, you would understand the context of the basic "respect other members" rule. You don't get to suddenly change and selectively abide by the rules just because you dislike someone's television persona. A member is a member, and while you're entitled to express your opinions about their actions on tv, it is 100% prohibited to attack them directly or call them names ("ho" being one of them). There is a difference between respectfully expressing your opinion of someone and straight up attacking them on this forum. Devyn and Jonna are both members, so I would advise not labeling either of them with derogatory terms.
Plus, since she is a member and active on twitter I'm pretty sure she's willing to address anything you have so say maturely if you say it in the right manner. It's not like she's Trey or something ;)
And Just because "Trashelle" has been around doesnt mean it's right lol. Once again *Trishelle...
Well, I didn't post with the intent to be pleasant...
I didn't call Devyn a ho. I didn't call anyone a ho. And btw, a "ho" is just a derogatory term for a woman.
Anyways the numbers speak for themselves, CJ 3 wins and Zach only 2 so although San Diego won that elimination round CJ was the better man.
Umm, yeah…one can only use the phrase “the ____ speak for themselves” if you don’t have to add anything else to it. Like you had to right there. Otherwise, ppl would be asking you things like “Well, why did CJ go home then?” Then, you have 2 choices - you could lie by omitting the rest of the story, or you got some explaining to do.
Frankie J...Yes, you are ignoring something...Earlier YOU said that Zach won when it counted and played to win the game Herm Edwards style like he was more impressive because he did those things. Well, CJ played to win the game, too and him humiliating Zach 2-0 to keep his team in the game up to that point was just as important and impressive as Zach winning the tie breaker. So, since what CJ and Zach did was so impressive the only thing to really go on is total rounds won..and CJ won 3...Zach won 2.
1st, thnx for making me picture, "Herm Edwards (Gangnam) Style" :D 2nd, whatever gets the win is INARGUABLY most important. 3rd, instead of trying to compare a subjective thing such as what/who was more impressive, let’s look at the facts: 1. CJ won more rounds but still lost fairly. 2. CJ’s racing strategy (confirmed by CJ in Derrick's podcast) was successful but not by much considering his lighter weight advantage. (Btw, CJ said that 'Zach flys by him in anything > 15 yard dash') 3. Zach not only directly overcame that strategy, but consequently forced CJ into what he’d been avoiding, ftw. (CJ also confirmed this in Derrick's podcast) 4. When it wasn’t about speed, Zach fully met the expectation of his size/weight advantage. 5. Additional/future matches do not favor CJ considering what was learned: -Zach won’t try to run past & get wrestled from behind again. -if CJ goes low, he gets hurdled & probably loses. -if he doesn’t, Zach gets a hold of him & he definitely loses. -CJ’s only way of winning is to successfully feint low humiliating Zach 2-0 - I asked you the following question before. Don't treat it like a rhetorical question; answer it pls. - How is it embarrassing for someone to lose a short foot race to a much smaller guy?
And you keep saying that CJ turned it into a foot race...well, Zach completely hurdled over CJ to FINALLY win his 1st round against CJ in the tie breaker...I mean, Zach completely avoided using his strength there...I guess he turned into a foot race as well.
Yeah ok, so what?! He did what it took to win, JUST LIKE CJ. I never had a problem with CJ doing that (I did w/ his wrestling in the 1st run, but he took the next 2 anyway w/out capitalizing on poor officiating) My problem was with you avoiding admitting they were foot races, so you could say Zach was exposed, & he clearly wasn’t. Again, CJ said he avoided going head-to-head for obvious reasons.

And that's probably what the problem is for me here..I guess I have been pretty underwhelmed by Zach on this Challenge overall and maybe he's impressed you more (Or not...IDK) but I'm sorry, I just have not been all that impressed with him. I mean, the way he's talked about himself on Twitter I just expected more..of course there is still some more of the Challenge left and maybe he will impress the rest of the way..who knows ? And you are half right..Zach's strength really wasn't exposed but his lack of speed and quickness was sure exposed and his toughness was in question for the first 3 rounds but he showed toughness and that he can outsmart someone (The hurdle) in the last 2 rounds.
I didn't know Jonna was a member. I'm not that involved.
We don't expect everyone to know. That's why I'm reminding people now. But I also want to avoid straight-up listing those with an account to prevent people from assuming they can go overboard with the nasty posts about other cast members as long as they're not listed as members. Gives the forum an unpleasant TWOP vibe if the harsh criticism goes unregulated, really.
And people have been calling Trishelle on her *****iness, but Devyn also needs to be called out. And I don't think dating older men can classify is ho-ish behavior either. Devyn is far from a ho, she's very classy.

I like to agree with those that said Devyn is classy. However just because Jonna is a member doesn't mean we should hide our criticism of her as long as they aren't derogatory or violent (that's borderline tippy toeing). Also as much as I dislike her I wouldn't call her man chasing ways as "hoetic" (which I don't even know what the **** that means plus it's cheesy) or whorish.
We don't expect everyone to know.
Although we should know who is who here so that we don't always offend those cast or crew members here or wait to be told at the last minute...
Although we should know who is who here so that we don't always offend those cast or crew members here or wait to be told at the last minute...
I think the better policy is to withhold mean-spirited comments towards cast members because it's the respectful thing to do anyway, regardless of their membership. That way, no one gets offended. Like I said before, criticism is perfectly fine. Witch hunts aren't. Know the difference and you'll be fine. Vevmo is not a site to gossip and talk trash about cast members. We like to set ourselves apart from other forums by maintaining positive relations with cast members, which is why we put in effort to provide cast interviews for you guys.

CJ went home because Jasmine lost her elimination rounds. CJ beat Zach 3 times. CJ has lead his team to a 1st place victory in the Insane Games, where Zach hasn't done much of anything, **** even Zito proved to be too much for him.
Well I'm trying to explain to you why CJ was better but you completely ignore everything I say. CJ went home because Jasmine lost her elimination rounds. CJ beat Zach 3 times. You seem to forget that A. they only won the first event B. that event depended on the instructions of the other people on your team and C. the rest of his team is pretty small and easy to carry
Watching this episode again I wasn't a big fan of what Trishelle said about Jonna. Not the trashy comment/hoetic/whatever because that stuff gets thrown around and it sucks but such comments are going to be made. I didn't like the whole "Jonna is bad because she manipulated Jasmine so she can stay etc..." On Derrick's podcast Trishelle said she was NOT overly dehydrated on the trivia challenge and pretended to be because she didn't want to do it. When Derrick asked what would've happened had her team come in last that challenge she said she would've stalemated the vote and manipulated San Diego to throw in Nany instead of her. Now, there's nothing wrong with that...it's playing the game. But it has been said that the pot should not call the kettle black.
Sounds like classic Trishelle. Talks a big game, but has nothing to back it up with. She couldn't even knock Jemmye off the chariot. At first, I was glad to have Trishelle back for this season, but besides belittling sarah, she's just reminded me why I could never stand her.
Like Devyn said their is other elements to the show that we dont get to see so.. Trishelle's comment was just her opinion lets move on what she saw and was there for.... and Trishelle said if her team were to get last she would have gone in... I dont remember hearing Trishelle say at all that she would have made san deigo choose Nany.. that makes no sense because san deigo doesn't have a say in the matter if a whole team decides on one player Alton, Dustin, Nany all would have made her step up.. and she would have done it with out a doubt.. Y'all have to realise Trishelle isn't as bad as you think she's here to compete and spice things up for tv.. she has stated that numerous times shes get along with every one in the cast now including Jonna and her and Nany are SUPER close so yeah.. She's playing a good game and her confessionals to me are hilarious.. I think in the upcoming episodes Trishelle will prove herself and show she is strong competitor...
