Battle of the Seasons: St. Thomas - Trey, Laura, Marie, Robb

Team St. Thomas may be fresh off the boat from Hassel Island, but don't underestimate this rookie squad. While veterans have historically had the upper hand on The Challenge, Trey, Laura, Marie, and Robb hope to prove newbies can compete with the best of them. Marie worries, "I'm anxious because rookies are sacrificial lambs. They usually get cut in the first week." Team St. Thomas is well rounded both athletically and strategically, with former college football player Trey providing the muscle while party-girl Marie moves to control their political game. Complicating everything, however, is the unresolved tension between couples Marie & Robb and Trey & Laura, who never saw eye-to-eye during their season. Will this fearless foursome find a way to come together? Or will fresh emotional wounds rip them apart? via MTV

The only one I'm particualry rooting for in this team is Robb. I don't like/care for the other 3.

I like them & think they will be a top team. I most want to see who Marie will mix it up with though. I think Laura will be one of the better girls physically, but very low on fighting & drama.

Trey is still an idiot… Has he not watched any challenge? He’s so gullible. They all seem in good shape, but I think Laura and Robb are not feisty enough. So I think they’ll be gone by the 2nd or 3rd episode.

So he should know that Wes can't be trusted and aligning with him is not a good idea....Just ask Cj.

I like this team even with Marie on it lol. Trey and Robb are athletes and Laura and Marie won't back down from a fight. Go St.Thomas.

Like that Marie actually comes around to aid Robb if you saw the sneak peek after the first episode.

I'm a huge fan of Marie's, she tells it like it is, and she's the only one who's not being selfish. She could've looked out for herself and said, "sure, send Laura and Trey in", but she's thinking about the whole team.

I really haven't seen much from Marie yet but would definitely like to see her again on the next challenge so I can get a better feel for her gameplay. I realize having Trey on her team hinders what she can do but I haven't seen much yet from her that's impressive.

The only one I like from this team and pretty much the entire RW season too is Robb. I think Trey is a good guy but he needs to realize that he's playing a game it's not real life. He's investing his emotions and ego into too much of it and it's just a braindead way to approach trying to realisticly win. Hopefully he learns for possible future seasons that he needs to be able to have political game and join alliances to be viable in the game.

Robb really disappoints me. He's 6'5, basketball player, looks like he's a jock but really he's a sensitive little girl. He didn't stood up to Frank, he never looks Zach in the eyes, and he has such weak game when it comes to Marie.

And I don't think I've even seen Zach and Robb in a scene together to see whether or not he "looks him in the eyes"

And when they were in a group with san diego (trey wasn't there and neither was laura I think) Robb would talk but kinda look down when he was facing Frank or Zach. I'm not gonna lie, when I first saw a picture of Rob I thought he'd be crazy since he kinda looks like Machine Gun Kelly, but this guy is coming off real 'soft'.

Like Marie was the one wearing the pants in their relationship. Also, he doesn't feel the need to prove anything, or to be in power, like Trey, Frank, Alton or Zach do.

This team disappointed, especially because this is the only team without an obvious weak link. Trey sucked at that chariot race and beat only JD. I was actually team Laura/Trey this season because I like to root for the floaters (and because Laura's hot), but probably not next season considering Trey "reversed" my twitter follow of him after I replied to something stupid he said about Chelsea

Mainly because I don't see how she could run a final when on St. Thomas it seemed liked every scene she was in she was smoking. She was the last one up the ladder on the first challenge, didn't get any questions right on the trivia, and her and Robb came in last on that egg toss. Just sayin.

Just sayin.[/QUOTE] Marie is the weak link on the team, but I said obvious weak link. Every other team had an obvious one -- Eric, Lacey (and Melinda), Devyn, Sam, Jasmine, Trishelle, Preston.
