Ok so far the prime suspects for the next challenge cast are Nehimiah, Jasmine, KellyAnne, Brandon, Mike Manning, and Frank. Am I missing anyone or over thinking anybody?
Sam from the past season of the RW SD tweeted about Crossfit on Thursday and on Friday tweeted about going to the doctors and the gym. I tried to upload screenshots of the tweets, but the file was too large.
I think it'd be cool if they did a whole season of just new people. And I do think people would watch it regardless if their "favorite" are on it or not. It could be really interesting because there would probably be a lot less pre-formed alliances. I just wish that BMP would stop casting people based upon their likelihood of contribution to the drama. I keep saying this but the original Battle of the Seasons was one of my favorite challenges cause the cast was just so likeable and funny. Seeing people cry or scream at each other or whatever isn't THAT entertaining and plus, it's gotten real old.

A few have shown up here from time to time, but I imagine more read it than would ever admit.
Coral has been hinting on Twitter about being on a show. I have no idea if she's talking about a Challenge, or some other show.

She has the potential of being good TV, but don't expect her to be good in competition. Most veterans will tell you that Coral is all bluster and no bite. It's interesting how some people create legends out of very little.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Coral fan, but I've never understood why girls seemed so scared of Coral. I've never been uber impressed with her performance in the missions, except for maybe Fresh Meat. Her outrageous personality has always been what made me love her.

Because she has an intimidating mouth. A majority of the girls on this show are not athletic. So any girl who isn't athletic, of course is going to be terrified of her. Coral also did beat Beth. Another girl every uncoordinated girl fears. She's definitely no Laurel or Evelyn, but she has enough to get by.

I know people say that. I wouldn't try to say she's the best competitor ever, but she can certainly hold her own. It's been years since she was on a challenge, so if she is on it'll be interesting to see where she's at now fitness-wise/competitively. But she will most definitely be good TV.
And I personally think she's a better competitor than you're giving her credit for. For example, Evan wouldn't have done so well on Fresh Meat with a lot of those other girls as his partner. Like Tina, for example. (I love her though.) Those challenges were group efforts, if your partner was weak, you couldn't win the missions.

An you're basing this off of what? It's not Beth has proven to be a top notch competitor. Coral on the other hand has won missions, immunities, eliminations and a challenge win under her belt.
Coral was just faster and smarter than Beth in that elimination.

I get tired of the cast veterans who say Coral's this and Coral's that but yet aren't brave enough to go against her in that moment. Just like another person has said she can hold her own when the **** hits the fan.
So now we're downplaying Coral's performance on I1, BOTS2, FM and G3? She did decent on those - she's not the greatest of all time but this "bark but no bite" is irrelevant.
She's a legend because she plays (or at least played) the social game well and when her *** was on the line she found ways to get out of it (elimination or winning a mission).

Not "we," just me and the past Challenge cast members who I was quoting with the "all bluster but no bite" comment; thus, it can't be irrelevant. (Please quote me correctly next time.)
I would still expect her to be interesting TV, especially if the challenge does not include many of the most talented, athletic former cast. Whether or not that is a good thing may well be a personal choice.

raskkii may be basing the opinion on 1) Beth's commentary at the time on Myspace, 2) on my contemporaneous posting here at the time, or 3) any number of cast who were present and have commented on what they saw vs. what was shown on TV. I can tell you that I was aware the evening before the taping of the elimination that Beth was planning to allow Coral to win. Coral, Katie and Beth were all roommates on that challenge.
What I've not written before is that after finding out that Coral simply quit only a couple of days later, it really ****** off Beth. If she had known that Coral was going to quit, Beth would have won (again, as so many vets have observed.)
Still, I think Coral would be a good casting choice 1) since she needs to redeem herself with the vets, and if there is no Johnny, Evan or Kenny this time, then she will not be encumbered by guys willing and able to attack her personally with stuff they know about her 2) since Evelyn has retired and she won't be present to revisit their last challenge together, and 3) since she knows what is good TV (or at least used to be good TV). Who knows, maybe her last few years have been an interesting journey and she will be able to offer some of the young cast members some sage advice, particularly about poor lifestyle choices. I'd certainly watch just for that alone, but going head to head early with Camilla or Laurel, she would be a short time cast member, imo.

You sure about that with Camilla? Camilla may have endurance but she's also very small. If it was Coral vs. Camilla in some kind of wrestling match, I'd probably go with Coral

Fair enough. But still wouldn't say Beth would have won for sure like what raskki said. Especially if she hasn't really proven to be all that good of a competitor (not saying she's bad either).
