The Real World San Diego: La Jolla - Ashley Kelsey

Thanks to freeman87, Ashley Kelsey is our 5th San Diego cast member and second girl to surface. She is 24 and is originally from Winsted, Connecticut where she was a 2004 graduate from the Gilbert School, a private school in her area. She then attended the University of Connecticut, where she appeared to major in business and graduated in either 2009 or 2010. She appears to be attempting to get into the modeling business, according to her ModelMayhem site.

I doubt she went to the main campus of UCONN because she only has 14 friends from there and I would think we'd have more mutual friends. But, if she did she must be really intelligent because the UCONN school of business is extremely competitive.

She's a lot prettier than I thought she was gonna be, judging by the coffee shop video. I wonder if she's gonna have the sweet, bubbly personality or a more catty, aggressive one.

yayy, another Real Worlder from Connecticut! The other being Paula Walnuts, who actually grew up in my city and graduated at the same High School I did. Her sister even works with my sister! :p

There are posters here who DO know some castmembers personally, including friends and family members so I'm not really show what you're talking about... But I'm really excited about this cast and while I didn't really get a positive vibe from Ashley in the coffee shop video, everything else we've fund out about her has changed my opinion about her and I think I'm gonna like her.

Gilbert is NOT a private school. It only sounds like it is. It's opperated by a trust fund, but it's open to those who live in town. No one would ever pay to have there kid go there. Only 70% go on to college.
