Don't get pissed at me Molds but there are some interesting things on Svetlana's twitter that lead me to believe she could possibly, maybe, probably not, hopefully be on the next challenge. Her account is @SvetMTV

I think Johnny Bananas has mentioned before that @svetMTV is not the real Svetlana. It's someone pretending to be her.
I think if Ryan and Preston or Abram and Adam L. were there instead, the challenge would've done just as well. The Vegas kids were barely shown, the entire show was based on CT and Wes.
But i don't know if there's any way to say who brings in a bigger crowd. I think the format helps the most. But i do think CT was a big draw to Rivals because that's who everyone was talking about when the trailer came out. Of course you have the same fans talking about how they wanna see their favorites but there is a reason this challenge did better than FM2, Ruins, Island, and D2. The format was fresh and there were some "fresh" players, (i.e Jasmine, Jonna, Cara Maria, Laurel etc...) who weren't just pushed into the background as usual. So with "fresh" players comes fresh drama, hook ups, and competition.
No one likes Ryan or Preston...both are weak and would be out in the first round.

Who cares? They would be fresh faces and this show is in short supply of that.
I hate it when its all jacked people. Remember when Danny (New Orleans) won a challenge? I miss those days when you could win a challenge without being incredibly athletic.
I'm praying that this upcoming challenge is less physical so that people won't be dying in the final mission.

I care! Granted, I have no idea who we're talking about, because I don't really watch the Real World. But if they're truly bad enough that they're a shoe in to be the first eliminated, then how do their "Fresh Faces" help? By the end, nobody would even remember them. I am all for "Fresh Faces" but I don't see the point if they stand no chance of lasting very long in the Challenges.

Do you also prefer Flag Football over Tackle Football?

Agreed. That final challenge on Rivals was just way to damn much. I would also say that Cutthroats final challenge was too much. There's no need for these challenges to be so damn extreme. It adds to the predictability IMO.

Just because someone could be the 1st eliminated doesn't make them weak. And sometimes the people who leaves/gets eliminated 1st make an Impact. I mean Look at Jo on the Gauntlet 2, Julie on Battle of the Sexes 1.
And why would you even say that nobody likes Ryan/Preston if you've never seen their season? Were you here during New Orleans 2?

How does it being extreme add to the predictability? Did you predict that they would spend the night on a mountain? Because I sure didn't. However, I did predict that during most other Final Challenges that they'd have to do some medium distance running involving a few obstacles and a puzzle. Short and obscure finals (Gauntlet 2, BOTS 1, The Island) are a lot less climatic. I personally felt that Rivals had the best Final Challenge yet.

Umm, FooFighter7 said that, not me. I am completely indifferent about them.

It pretty much determines who's going to win. I mean think about it. did you really think that Cara Maria/Laurel and/or Jenn/Mandi were gonna win? It was pretty damn obvious that Paula/Eveyln were gonna take that Final.(the guys were more of a toss up to me).

I could not disagree more. Although, I, like everybody else, knew that Jenn and Mandi were gunna come in last place (let's be real Jenn is the queen of last place in the finals), I wouldn't have been able to guess who would have won, i actually would have said Cara Maria and Laurel would have won, simply because I think that Cara Maria is slightly better than Paula and Laurel and Evelyn are the best.
Also, I wouldn't have been able to guess with the guys either.

I thought that Laurel and Cara Maria had a shot at beating them, I think Laurel and Evelyn are the two best female competitors in the history of the challenge. And I didn't feel that Paula had any particular advantage over Cara Maria (Except for Experience) How close was it between the two teams, do you know? Because I have no idea, haha 2 minutes in the Challenge often equates to 3 hours in real time.
No one likes Ryan or Preston...both are weak and would be out in the first round.
How do you know when they'd get eliminated? And Ryan is pretty stacked and i think Preston is well liked. And there are a lot of past challengers that can prove your argument to be false.

How do you know who'd be good competitors if they aren't given a chance? And Johnny, Tyler, Kenny and some others were eliminated fairly early their first couple challenges, had they never been asked back then they would've never improved their challenge game.
(Kenny was in the FM final but sucked throughout most of the it so my point still stands lol)

Well for one, Preston is around 6'3 and 130 lbs and ryan isn't a generally liked person by other real world cast mates. Also, I doubt either of them are big on working out or playing sports.

I definitely see your point, and I am not trying to say that they shouldn't give them a chance, like I said, I have no idea who they are. I am just arguing that bringing "fresh faces" onto the Challenge won't help much if they can't make it passed the first episode. I don't know how they'd perform, but it was previously posted that they'd go home first, so I was simply going off of that.

Ryan works out. He's tweeted some pics, he has more of a swimmer body than football body though. But my point is that he definitely stays in shape.
But so does Ty, Brandon, CJ, Nick, Vinny etc... so that's not a good indication of how long they'd last or how good they'd do in the missions/eliminations.
And what does being liked have to do with anything? If they casted a bunch of the same ol' friends, the challenges would be rather stale.
And what does being liked have to do with anything? If they casted a bunch of the same ol' friends, the challenges would be rather stale.
Well you have to be liked to some degree. There's a reason Beth has never won. If CT wasn't such a beast, he'd always be the first one home because most people don't really like him, granted, if CT wasn't such a beast, people would probably like him more, so that might not be the best example.

Well it also has to do with how badly the challenger wants it. And Ryan and Preston definietly don't seem like athletically motivated players.
Also, Brandon is like 5'9, you have to have size in these challenges. And Ryan and Preston have a combined weight of like 300.
You mean like now?
I know we're all looking for the best solution to the problems we have with the challenges. I think I have come up with the best way for you to get back to enjoying the show. Stop watching.

Yeah.....not gonna happen. Would you rather me not complain so much? Because I'll stop if you want.
You mean like now?
Yep, but even worst. Can you imagine if CT and Wes weren't on this challenge or if Wes wasn't on FM2, it'd be even worst than it already was because Kenny, Darrell, and Landon would've had everything handed to them on a silver platter. And if Wes wasn't on The Ruins, that challenge would've been almost as stale as Duel 2.
