She is the first Real Worlder since Ruthie (Hawaii) to be from the area her season was filmed in (others include Melissa from Miami, Puck from SF, and Tami from LA). She attended West Hills High School, and attended Grossmont College for two years before transferring to UC Davis this fall, where she will be majoring in psychology. She is 100% Mexican - her grandparents immigrated from Mexico (illegally) and her mother gave birth to Priscilla when she was 17. She has a brother and sister, who are both younger. She also got breast enhancements about a year ago. I have been told that the reason Priscilla is not seen out with the rest of the cast is because she has been forbidden to drink by production, and if she is caught drinking she will be kicked off the show. So, it's very unclear what we are going to see of her this season. I mean, not that it's a terrible thing, but since when did this start happening? I remember Cameran being drunk all the time on the first San Diego season (and the list goes on with all the cast members who were heavy drinkers under the age of 21).

Well I know the drinking law in Sydney and Cancun is different but Hollywood clearly showed Bri and Greg intoxicated,so it's either new rule or San Diego rule inforced on the producers.

She's really attractive. I'm hoping that this whole "no-drinking" rule doesn't affect her adversely in terms of screentime. Hopefully she has a good story or something because otherwise that kind of sucks for her. I wonder if maybe it's a San Diego thing and they did it because of the last time RW filmed there (with Cameran being underage)? Also, I love that her name is Priscilla. I was waiting for a fun name this season because it seems like a Real World necessity haha.

For those that were wondering about the drinking thing, when I was in the finals for RW a couple years ago I was underage and they said it was a big deal because they could be sued if it was found out I was drinking while under age on camera. It was weird because I then thought..well then why do you have me here? lol But yea, so they can get sued apparently. I feel bad for her, she might not get air time if they all go party and leave her alone.

I would like to see them do a season where most or all of the cast was under 21 just so the drunken stupidity wouldn't dominate the season.

I like it when they cast young people, though it hasn't happened as often lately. I like watching the interaction between the younger castmembers and the older ones and the difference in maturity. It's also interesting when someone like Jillian who was cast on RR13 when she was 18, has been on the RW/RR circuit now for 7 years and she is the same age as Leroy whose season just aired.

Obviously the laws in Australia are different where the public age to consume alcohol is 18. With regard to Rachel and Svetlana, things have changed throughout reality TV in recent years, thanks to the far greater involvement of the show's insurance underwriters and network attorneys, who both have a major stake in a litigation-free TV. The San Diego Police Department and local prosecutor's office have long memories, as do community leaders, who recall their collective embarrassment the last time Real World was shot there.
