Sorry for making you repeat it, but what did Jeff say!?
About a week ago Khalia was talking about Harry Potter and how Dumbledore was gay. Jeff made comments about how it's not right to make a central character like Dumbledore gay because little kids read the books, and that you can't have a book where "kids go off to a magical land where the head guy is gay". Khalia told him she didn't see anything wrong with it, and he blew up at her saying "don't give me that **** just to look good for TV!!!" She then said her sister was gay and he said "I don't give a **** if your sister's gay!!!"
After it happened, Jeff got called into the DR twice in a matter of 30 minutes.
A lot of past HG were upset with what he said, as well as GLAAD. I believe someone posted the complete transcript on here somewhere.

I do agree that J&J are getting the PERFECT edit - but that is what they (editors) do on reality shows (choose sides) in order to weave a compelling tale...
Just to clarify, I don't think he meant it the way it has come off to some people. But I think the way he handled the situation was wrong. Regardless, I feel like it still should've been shown. They show Rachel and Brendon's every single flaw/mistake/arguement, why not Jeff's?

Lol, so typical.
Jeff is still awesome in my book!
And I agree with Gucci, I don't think it's as big a deal as it's trying to be made out to be. I understand where Jeff's coming from, and do feel he could have handled it a little better even though he was right to just drop it after a certain point.

Could they even get an edit where Rachel and Brenden would be the side that they chose? ;)
I don't think Jeff meant it negatively. It was his opinion. I honestly think it was silly to make a fictional character gay. I never read the books, but does it allude to Dumbledore being gay in the books? (I am not talking about acting, but truly having feelings for another guy?) or did JK Rowling just get up one day and say I think I'll make him gay?
