Oh, and CT has a different girlfriend now than the one he was with before this challenge filmed. As for the jersey from the show, I could be wrong but I think they get more than one shirt. I think CT had like 2 or 3 from when he was on Gauntlet 3 a couple years ago.
I'm not talking about him hooking up with CM on this challenge or anything, I'm talking about when Fresh Meat 2 was airing, however long ago that was. Vinny & CT hosted a few Fresh Meat 2 parties in Boston while the show was airing and CT hung out with both Laurel & Cara Maria quite a bit during that time.
Well, hooked up and hung out are two very different verbs.
i vote CT is hot
I agree. CT is gorgeous. He is definitely my favorite cast member this challenge.

God, Alton is extremely thin compared to those two. Kenny is a big boy as well. He doesn't get that recognition, yet he is a big dude. probably at 195-205. Which is respectable when factoring in what he can contribute as far as speed, strength, and endurance.
Wonder how CT and Abram dealt with Wes while he was there. Would surprise me if a lot of the guys didn't like him.
CT has done two challenges for a month at a time with Wes, he knows what to expect out of him. Plus after being able to watch Rivals & see stuff for the first time that he was unaware of during the time of filming, he doesn't take Wes seriously and knows that Wes simply runs his mouth to get a rise out of people because he's a troll who, at the end of the day, won't do anything of any consequence to anybody because he has no spine. He saw all the paranoia driven huddles with JEK on how to get rid of him, he saw Wes on the verge of tears saying he regreted antagonizing CT because he was afraid of what would happen, he saw Wes say that he felt bullied by CT, and he's heard Wes admit on Derrick's podcast that he would curl up in a ball on the floor if CT ever got violent with him. With all of that in the back of CT's mind and Wes knowing it's there now, do you really think Wes is going to be so arrogant and brash towards him as he was on Rivals? If anything pops off like it did on Rivals, CT might embarrass him by pouring a beer on his head or something & just be done with him.

Well he might not do that exact thing, but something to just embarrass Wes and make him look like a punk and then move on...as in he won't get all worked up into a shouting match with him on Rivals or hit him like he's done to people on past challenges. He just doesn't see Wes as somebody worth getting worked up over because he knows that's just the response Wes wants to get out of people with his actions.
Townie, how is CT's relationship with Mark?

It seemed like they were always ok with each other, that rivals all night screaming incident seemed to be just 1 drunken night cause on the next episode they were sitting next to each other watching Jasmin/Jonna argue, Not to mention the fact that they seemed fine on the aftershows, they hugged when CT came out and there was no screaming, and there wasnt any animosity on the duel 1 reunion either and Wes sent CT a free bag of protein or some crap on twitter. If Wes is smart he would work with CT, because most of these guys are good at finals but can be beat in eliminations but you definitely dont want to go against CT in a physical elimination. CT's mainly a threat because he very strong but the guy smokes a lot! So it's hard for me to believe he would have the same endurance as some skinny marathon runner, so it's better to be in a final challenge than an elimination with him.

Evan volunteered to go up against him on the Duel because he thought he had a better shot in an elimination than a final. The same thing happened again on Rivals when the guys desperately tried to get rid of him before the Final because they all thought they didn't have a chance in a Final against him. He was solid in the three Finals he competed in despite losing. I really doubt CT would be weak in a Final challenge, and I'm sure nobody would want to see him at the end if they are competing against him.
Here's a video of CT his dad and a picture of his brother if anyone's interested. "We Got Justice For My Son" Says Vincent Tamburello's Father - Video - WPTZ Plattsburgh

I think people give this man way too much credit. There are dudes who can beat him. I feel like if CT were so "amazing" he would have won one already. In all honesty, I cant recall CT doing anything that memorable in the past besides the Johnny backpack. Other than that, I have seen other guys preform time and time again where as CT always comes up short. The CT story is getting old though, IMO,
When has Ct "come up short"? Duel I, he got disqualified to a BS technicality, G3 big easy lost it for them, and only Rivals Adam choked really hard. The guy has proven time and time again that he is one of the best athletes on the challenge. The only time Ct has choked was this past challenge

You can't judge by how many times they've won, the challenge isn't the NBA. The name of the game is making it to the finals, once you get there anything can happen. You can't blame someone for not winning in the finals on team challenges when 1 person sucking can bring the whole team down (see: Big Easy). CTs made 4 finals which is tied for 3rd for most finals made and he's only really been on 6 challenges. Sometimes people just have bad luck, it also took Brad forever to win. At the same time people get lucky and win a lot. Look at Darrell he's won 4 and he didn't have to go into eliminations on the first 3 and the only impressive win he has is Fresh Meat. CT did choke on Exes though...

The name of the game is either winning or getting paid their appearance fee and a paid vacation for 6 weeks.
It wasn't CT's fault he lost the Inferno 2 (Tonya, Tina) or the Gauntlet 3 (Big Easy). He was kicked out of the Inferno 3 and the Duel 2 due to physical violence, not because he wasn't a strong competitor. Lots of people have won who aren't necessarily strong competitors like Katie and Sarah. The rookies only won on the Gauntlet 2 'cause the final challenge was lame so you can't really call those winners like Ibis a strong competitor just because she won a challenge.
Last night, I watched CT interview Brandon from the Real World St. Thomas on U-Stream. And I still don't understand why people are so obessed with that man. I mean he confused me. At times, he was joking around and it was borderline obnoxious and at other times he would be very serious. Like he kept putting the mic close to Brandon and the other hosts nose and it was funny the first time he did it, then it got annoying. He also ****** into the mic and kept pretending like he was "going downstairs." He also stared into the camera a lot. To me it looked like he was putting on a big show. Then someone asked CT if he was ever going to settle down. And he said he was done trying to sleep with the planet a long time ago. He also said that was his personal life and at the time he is CT but in real life no one calls him that. WTF so CT, the CT we see on television is a character? Then someone asked him how Diem was doing and you all can go and watch the video for yourselves but, in my opinion, it looked like he smiled. Then after he smiled, he said all jokes aside? Why in the world would you ever think to make a joke about cancer???? Then, I guess he got all serious and said he didn't want to speak for her and he didn't want to comment because it was inappropriate. I mean as a challenger I can see why people are fixated with him, but as an individual he is very confusing. I don't know what to think about him. He's just for show.

You also must remember that you have probably only seen him before through an editors' eyes. With something live like what happened last night, the long periods of silence and stares can't be edited out. In this context, he really isn't any different that most others identified/defined with "mtv" as a part of their twitter name.

He's just for show.
With the Diem question, i think he meant he had given a "non serious" joke answer to every other question asked to that point, pretty much not answering any of them directly, so he said all jokes aside, like i am not going to bs about a question about Diem and her cancer that is not my place to discuss. He seemed to get very serious quick on that and said it wasn't his place to discuss, i see nothing wrong with that answer or how he handled it. I mean honestly is it his place to talk about it? If she was doing great and something great happened in regards to it maybe he could say she is doing much better, but otherwise I think he handled it as well as he could in that situation. I didn't see him smiling i saw him looking extremely uncomfortable immediately when asked and wanting to move to next question asap. A very sobering question. Other than being from Boston, CT didn't seem to enjoy Brandon's company imo. It was not a great pairing for the ustream I didn't think. Brandon and the constant we would own the challenges and saying how he can't wait to take him on he just seemed to be annoyed quick with Brandon. I kind of was too. I would have rather seen 3 alum just discussing, but it was put together last minute so it was still kind of entertaining, more so than the episode itself IMO. In pretty much every CT interview i have seen, he has given almost the same answers, and he also doesn't answer a lot. When you ask him to specifically name a best or worst or something of that nature, he never directly does. I don't think he likes to discuss other cast members in anyway. I don't blame him because he may see them again in a challenge, but if you are looking to learn a lot about him via interviews, you will be disappointed. Some of those questions were pretty awful too and it appeared like 2-3 people on twitter asked most of them. so it was tough to really give good answers. He did mention him and Johnny had some thing coming up together they were hosting, so i guess they are still getting along. As far as CT vs Chris, i mean i see what he is saying or how i interpret it. To me it's like Kobe Byran'ts best friends probably don't call him the Black mamba when they are out at a bar on a friday night, they call him Kobe. Kobe's competitve drive and will to win is probably not on hand relaxing out at a bar Friday either. CT is like his his nickname when he is competiting or on air, while people who have known him for years call him Chris. Clearly he is not best friends with the cast outside of the show he only mentioned Ace as a person he remains in touch with and now Johnny. So i think his point is they know the version of him who is competing on challenges, locked in that house wiht unlimited booze. That isn't Chris i take it as his point. So i don't think that means he is acting, but in those circumstances, the CT character is heavily influenced and not truly a representation of who he is. The influenced part is the house, the lack of entertainment, the booze, the way they are going with the story, the editing, etc. A lot of his entertainment value could be a result of all the "influenced parts" i spoke of as well, where as if they do the ustream live from the challenge house at 330 AM, it may go a bit different. But that would be the same for anyone. He seemed to not be enjoying the ustream much to be honest and was glad it was over.

In case nobody has ever noticed--most of the Real World/Challenge people are very good at not really answering questions, especially serious ones. Cara Maria being the most notable exception, of course. I have always assumed there is a group philosophy that if you answer all questions, people will stop asking and therefore stop caring to follow you.
Is there anyway to watch the Brandon interview? I didn't get to catch it live.
I actually would've watched CT doing the show because I would've liked to hear his opinion but when I tuned in they were asking him who the toughest girl on the Challenge is and Brandon cut him off with something along the lines of, "He is! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!! I'm from Boston too!" (slight paraphrasing) I was done after that.
I was listening to the interview and was having trouble finding where CT speaks about Diem and her cancer. At which point would that be in the audio? Thanks. I was curious to hear what he had to say.
It's the U-Stream interview where CT is interviewing Brandon from St. Thomas. The link to watch the interview can actually be found on CT's twitter page. He is asked about Diem at about 22:30.
Thanks "Imjustsayin." I listened to it. He did sound very uncomfortable answering the question for sure. It was awkward right after the question how Brandon just tried to jump in and joke around again and CT didn't seem to get whatever joke he was trying to make. One thing I definitely got from how CT answered though is that he seemed upset by the question. It seemed like he was really worried about Diem.
