I dunno man. Yeah, Preston and Ryan would be the first ones out, unless Tyler chose them to stay and use his magnum sized condoms on them.
I dunno man. Yeah, Preston and Ryan would be the first ones out, unless Tyler chose them to stay and use his magnum sized condoms on them.
Are you making a generalization that Preston and Ryan would be weak competitors solely because Preston is gay and Ryan is speculated to be feminine? Because that's exactly what it sounds like to me...and I'd be careful making such generalizations.
TJ doesn't show up at the house unless it's for the game itself (Voting, new rule, etc). He's also not allowed to hook up with any of the cast members.
Just because something isn't allowed doesn't mean it hasn't been done...just saying...
TJ doesn't show up at the house unless it's for the game itself (Voting, new rule, etc). He's also not allowed to hook up with any of the cast members.
But, then the challenge ends and not everyone immediately went home, according to stories some cast members tell. Read between the lines. I can't tell you more than that.
It wouldn't have made much of a difference if Preston came on Rivals anyway; he'd definitely get sent home on the first episode.
I wouldn't count anyone out. Jasmine and Jonna were my pick to go home first when I heard the cast list, but thus far in the game they have been performing really well and seem to be a strong team. However, based on Preston and Ryan's conflict, I would be the first to doubt their ability to work together.... but then again, Kenny and Wes have managed to work together.

Tyler is really strong and he's gay...and Davis is strong too (just sucked that he was partnered with fatty Tyrie), so no I wasn't generalizing because they are gay.

Is it just me or do people not get the same camera time as they used to? It feels like on previous challenges even the not so popular had camera time and would do interviews, I don't get what's different, the episode is the same length and it doesn't feel as though they go as in depth as they used to. So whats taking all the time up? Lol some people just seem like wall paper on this challenge.

Almost like a movie, you have leads, supporting, and then random day players/extras. Some examples would be. LEAD Beth (RW LA) Coral (RW B2NY) Mike (RW B2NY) Veronica (RR Sem. at Sea) Kenny (FM) Evan (FM) Johnny (RW Key West) Wes (RW Austin) Kellyanne (RW Sydney) Rachel (RR Campus Crawl) Susie (RR Down Under) Paula (RW Key West) Jenn (RW Denver) CT (RW Paris) Evelyn (FM) Tonya (RW Chicago) Tina (South Pacific) Cara (South Pacific) Supporting Katie (RR The Quest) Mark (RR USA 1) Shauvon (RW Sydney) Danny (RW Austin) Johanna (RW Austin) Eric (FM) Diem (FM) Aneesa (RW Chicago) Dunbar (RW Sydney) Laurel (FM 2) Cara Maria (FM 2) Adam (RW Paris) Robin (RW San Diego) Brad (RW San Diego) Tori (RR Viewer's Revenge) Jillian (RR X-treme) Sarah (RW Brooklyn) Abram (RR South Pacific) Derrick (RR X-treme) And i think pretty much anyone else that's been on the show for the past 4 years (Theresa, Camila, Davis, Tyrie, Katelynn, Mandi, Brandon, Nehemiah, Melinda, Rachel (Austin), etc.) might as well be wall paper, aside from an episode or two that they have some sort of storyline.
Yeah but before every one was shown in the interviews, I don't think I saw 1 interview with Sarah or Brandon lol.
Sarah had at least 1 in the first episode and 2 in the last one. I don't think Theresa had one until now and I'm not sure if Brandon's had one, period.

I.e. Brad, Derrick, Abram, Laurel, Tori etc. And WTF is Shauvon doing on that list??! She has done, what two challenges? and both she was eliminated as one of the first 3 females. She doesn't play a role period. I also think a lot of people on your list (except for Rachel, Melinda, and Brandon) are more of "supporting" cast. Regardless, challenges are not how they used to be. Personally, I like it when the girls are catty and manipulative... not the guys, but times change, people grow, and I am not expecting Coral, Tina, Veronica, Rachel, Katie, Tonya, Beth, Julie, Melissa, Emily, and Trishelle to all come back any time soon. They all had their time as being the, for lack of a better phrase, "cool kids" on the challenges... I just happened to like them better than I do the casts now.

I'm sure the people they don't put on camera aren't saying anything worth showing...

I was working on a "Confessional Count" to see how many interviews everyone got, but I forgot to do it for last night's episode and I didn't do the first episode (so basically I only did it for the 2nd episode)...I'll get around to it eventually and post it up here!
I don't know where to post this but I was wondering why the cast is in LA atm, Adam said they're all filming an after show. I don't think he was though. An after show for what? Don't they only do after shows for fights? And when would it air?
Hopefully that means something big happens later on in the season.
Yeah maybe but from the previews I can't tell what. The Laurel/Paula thing? Evan throwing the mission? Lol they didn't give Adam R a after show and he actually hit someone but no one cares about him, even the Jonna/Camilla fight didn't have an after show. Who knows, oh but CT is going to be there.
Maybe they're going to start doing those brief recaps of each episode like they did on cutthroat and RWLV2. If I'm not mistaken they didn't start doing them for cutthroat until episode 3 or 4, maybe they're doing the same for Rivals.
Steve (RR The Quest) is on Twitter now. Twitter I always thought he'd be a challenge "Regular". I was upset when he wasn't back but I kinda feel the replaced him for another intellectual non-partyer guy- Jeremy. There are a few rookies that I wish they had had back because I felt they could have made a big impact on the series. Like Sarah (RR Campus Crawl), Puck (RW San Fran), Heather B. (RW New York), Trishelle (RW Vegas), Christena (RR South Pacific), Christina (RR Down Under), Amaya (RW Hawaii), Melissa (RW New Orleans), Colin (RW Hawaii), Belou (RR Europe), & Nathan (RW Seattle). Guess we'll never know now. =/
So it's going to be Wes, Nehemiah, Mandi, CT, Mike, and Cara Maria shooting the after show today.
Looks to me that someone on Twitter let it slip that Mark will be hosting the after shows again.
Well no suprise. Chet was horrible host. (just my thoughts)
Does anyone else feel like these challenges aren't that hard this season? It's kind of a crap shoot if you win, lose, or DQ. It doesn't seem like it really takes physical strength but more focus to win. I kinda like it.

I kinda like it.
Each cast member must have, on average, an equal opportunity (not a disproportionate chance) to win the challenges, otherwise it would be counter to the Game Show Act. It is not a sports competition, so while athleticism and physical strength may be weighted factors on some occasions, there must also be competitions that favor the smaller and/or smarter people. It seems to me that the producers put some additional thought into the events this season, which I applaud. If CT has to rely on Adam, Eve on Paula, or Cara Maria on Laurel, during a mission/challenge, for example, it helps level the playing field and adds more flavor to the story line -- past rivals must work together to succeed.
Agreed! I like that everyone has a fair chance, no matter how strong or athletic they are.
I've been watching the older challenge and don't understand how everybody (the cast) seems to think Veronica is such a weak competitor. She's done VERY well on the missions on various challenges and has even won the lifesaver many times. She still holds the record for challenges won with females. But on the interviews, they keep saying Veronica is weak and she's easy to take out (Gauntlet 1, Inferno 2). Julie kept saying she wants Veronica in the Inferno (Inferno 2) 'cause she's so weak, yet on the Inferno 1 Julie was afraid to go against Veronica. Funny.... Veronica beat Jodi in the faceoff, yet Landon kept saying Veronica is the easiest girl to beat out of Tina, Tonya, and Rachel after that happened. Is it because she's so outspoken? Derrick said Veronica's the weakest link in the final mission yet Tonya and Tina were slowing the team down and the reason the team lost the final mission. Veronica wasn't even tired and ahead. I don't understand.

When she needs to back it up she does and she kicks ***.
