I admit, derrick isnt the best...BUT i would rather have derrick than no one....and im sure if derrick keeps doing this and the challenges get renewed...he will improve it's just like any TV show...if you watch Friends, Seinfeld, Saved by the Bell, Three's Company, any sitcom...the first couple seasons the acting really isnt that good, but as the series progresses, the acting improves a lot, and im sure derrick's ability to hold a podcast entertaining and quit saying "um" "yea" will go away

Derrick barely talked this time leroy and mike had plenty to say... It was good!

Derrick clearly hates Wes. I think Ct is talked about for a good 10-20 minutes a podcast haha.

After listening to the past 3 Rivals podcasts here's my thoughts on things that i once thought otherwise: I think i've made Kenny out to be a bigger ****** than he actually is :P He actually sounds like a really good guy. Adam R. really is a ******, no one has said anything good about him yet except for Mike who said he's cool guy sober. Ty is gay-ish. Leroy is cool as pickles. Robin is really paranoid. (I always thought it was the editing and just people joking but on the podcast she seemed so upset with people over the 1st ep. lol) Wes is a punk :( CT is a cool dude but definitely crazy.

I think Derrick's podcast is really cool thing. Maybe he is not the best host, but from podcast we can hear the real situation. That's great.

Something completely different now, I think the challenges should get another season and they should call the miz to come back and help BMP out with the shows. I mean they got him famous, so the least he can do is help keep the shows alive to return the favor :p

I don't think that the real Svetlana would call her SvetMTV. She isn't very big fan of MTV.

There have to be some tangible reasons why so few people watch the show. 249,195,511 people above age 15 make up the more that 113,000,000 U.S. households with a TV. On average no more than 2 million have watched the past few challenges. I would posit that shows where the edit displays more positive role models and focuses negative attention on those demonstrating bad behavior actually obtain a larger audience.

Listening to some of Derrick's podcasts, some like Evan and Kenny have criticized the production of the show due to what the show has become. Here's the link to part 1 of the podcast. They state how it's very boring in the house since labtops, cell phones, and etc have been revoked. They also gave advice on what would make the challenges better to watch and for the people there; like allowing fighting. Listening to them, I had an eerie feeling that not many more Challenges will be aired. Rivals seems like it's gonna be epic, but there are some things lacking. For one, the Dailies. I can't comprehend why Bunim/Murray thought this season should be without it. Especially a season like this! They need to give the fans what they want. They should produce DVDs of the numerous seasons that they have had and stop being content with the mediocre ratings that The Challenge shows have been getting.
