The final four Teams mix it up in Brazil where Racers cry out in pain during a hairy situation as this season comes down to a race to the finish line during the two-hour season finale of The Amazing Race.
I'm hoping that's not implying that the Globetrotters are going to win. I can't stand to see that happen. The only way I'll leave this episode happy is if Zev/Justin or Gary/Mallory win.

Nah, I was just bored and figured [strike]we[/strike] I needed an ode to the Celtics to keep with this weeks "theme." :D
Just speculation, but:
Murtz Jaffer tweeted his "prediction" of who wins TAR, and he has not ever been wrong (for TAR). He says that the winners are
Gary and Mallory.

Interesting indeed. Although I'm going to have to catch the episode when I get home later tonight. Stupid school project. Ugh, I hate group projects.
Yeah, I'll also be watching it later. My Wings (and beer) take precedent.

That was the t-shirt a guy in the trailer park was wearing, heh.
Only you would notice that ;) Although now I will when I actually get around to watching it.

Looks like he was wrong... HAHA!
I'm glad they won though, they could probably use the money the most
I'm happy for the winners, but after the first hour it didn't really matter to me who won.
I wasn't a fan of this season from the start and felt the rehashed cast of losers (literally - as in not winners from previous seasons) was an unfortunate choice. I'd have much rather taken a shot with new blood rather than a group of people I almost universally was dispassionate about.
Here's hoping to some sort of reboot in the fall...
Definitely disappointed in who won. I've never really been a fan of them at all. Thank goodness Kat and Nat won last year because if they would have been the first female team to win I would have been even more disappointed.
Definitely needs a reboot in the fall!!!
Glad "Unfinished Business" is finally finished. Maybe TAR can get back to being good TV. This season was certainly a disappointment for me.
Too funny that Murtz' prediction was wrong. Looking forward to rubbing that in next time I see him.
Well that was a pretty disappointing finale. I really don't like how getting a good cab can be a deciding factor in a win. Poor Gary and Mallory were out of it from the start because of a sucky cab.
I was also disappointed that they didn't have a race memory challenge to end it. All the detours and roadblocks were pretty lame for a finale and didn't really give any team a chance to catch up. The Globetrotters only really lost because their cab stopped to ask for directions, not because they did anything wrong.
Truthfully, I didn't really care once Justin and Zev were out, who also got pretty screwed by a bad cab taking them to the waxing place. Justin making the comment about what the penalty would be to knock out the woman waxing him was priceless though.
Ah well, here's to hoping for a better Race next time.

That's another reason why I didn't really like the finale either. I used to love when they did the really hard memory tasks, but now it seems that the ones they do lately (if they even do any at all) are way too easy.

Yup. I like playing along and seeing if I can remember the details and challenges so I was really disappointed that they didn't even have one this time. You are right that they last few have been pretty easy though.
