And am I the only one who enjoyed Nicaragua?
I don't think this season is predictable at all. Considering we have NO idea on how the redemption island people play into the game from here on out, I don't see how this is predictable. And if you are talking about the whole season being predictable, I don't think anyone would of expected Russell to leave so quickly and Rob to be in the final 5.
And yes, you are the only one who enjoyed Nicaragua :)

I did not enjoy it.
It easily ranks in the bottom 5 seasons of all time. Unremarkable cast with a winner who probably still needs velcro to secure his shoes if flip flops are not an option...
I think Grant knows he has to screw Rob over first and he can very well do that.
I think Grant's only chance of screwing Rob over would be in the next episode. He needs three people to do it and that's his best shot. Do I think he's going to do it? No. It also depends on who comes back into the game. With the way it has been going, it seems as if a strong male competitor will be the one to come back and I'm sure they would be his and Rob's over his own focus for Rob.

I don't think the season was predictable as a whole, but on an episode by episode basis it's really easy to tell who is going to be the next to go. Of course I thought Russell and Rob would both be gone by now, unless there were on tribes full of idiots. The RI twist isn't as predictable because we were never told when someone would come back into the game let alone having RI repeat after the merge. At this point I'm figuring that whoever comes back into the game will be the first one back out unless they are allowed to enter right at the end or win immunity.

As must as I really do like Survivor, last year was just a mess. Definitely in the bottom five, if not at the very bottom.

I liked Nicaragua. It was a very Solid season all around.

The first part of the season was all right. I feel like it's been extremely obvious who's been going home in each episode for the past six episodes though. Plus, I'm pretty sure as long as the RI-returner doesn't make it to the end, Rob will win. That whole "I've been doing this show for 10 years and haven't won yet" speech sort of convinced me that Rob was going to take this one.
And I felt like Nicaragua was a breath of fresh air, seeing how Russell wasn't on it. Maybe that's why I liked it.
I'm wondering how they are going to finish this series considering there are only two episodes left (the one on Wed. and then the finale on Sunday). They better finish RI on Wednesday because I would prefer someone not to be automatically put in the finals.
