Bi, Gay, Straight, Pansexual-whatever. Seeing that his concern is to NOT be defined by his sexuality, this trying to put a label on what he is is counterproductive to that.
Of course you are right and I applaud him for that if it turns to be the case. Unfortunately I see too many people who say they shouldn't be defined by their sexuality who are simply because they are the ones who define themselves by it. Either way, I find his story intriguing enough at this point in the game.
Here's a pretty good article that I got from wiggy's Twitter page. Mike talks about his sexuality and moving back to DC (and why he didn't dress up for his interview!).
That was a great article. Mike is quickly become my favorite cast member this season.
Mine too though I somehow think Andrew is going to surprise us before it is over with a complex underbelly to himself.
It really ****** me off when people think that all ******** men are gay and just confused. It's like, nobody cares when women are ********, since the majority of young women nowadays have done something sexual with another girl. But if I guy identifies as ******** they are just like "Oh, your gay and just don't know it yet". It's frustrating.
Amen to this.
I'm straight and proud. Some people are just confused, *****, over using their free will.
Over using their free will? Care to elaborate?
when i mean over using free will i mean doing stuff thats wrong. like a knife you use it to cut but people use it as a weapon to murder. God made a man and woman to be attracted to each other. if u go against God or misuse anything he says then u are wrong. i know everybody has there own beliefs but i was just replying to old mold's reply.

Well in that case...I'm sorry I asked.
I think by the end Mike claimed he was a homosexual.
I may be wrong since I try my hardest to block that season from my mind. :D
LOL. No, on the reunion he said he was now focusing on women.
His personal FB is in the name of Michael Christopher and refers to Manning as his stagename. I always suspected Christopher is his middle name and he just wasn't ready for the flood and uses his middle name as his last name for his personal stuff. Who knows.
I'm not a fan of Mike because he always seemed very fake to me. It always seemed like he wasn't being "real" during his season and was just trying to play a part and project an image. He reminded me of Kyle from the Chicago season in how he was so obsessed with playing a certain role and coming across a certain way for the show. I don't feel like we ever saw the "real" Michael Manning (or Christopher) and only saw the character he wanted to be on the show. It was annoying.
btw michael manning is his stage name...interesting. His real last name is Christopher.
Pretty sure his middle name is Christopher and Manning is his real last name. Lots of people do the whole first name middle name thing on Facebook now (mostly teachers, so they can avoid their students adding them on FB)
I was reading an article posted by RealWorldMTV twitter about Mike. In the article, it talks about how he didnt watch the New Orleans season of The Real World, however he would like to be on a Challenge. He said they asked him to do the first challenge (Cutthroat, im assuming) and he said no, but now he thinks if they asked to do another one he would probably do it. Here is the link:

I would love to see him on a challenge.
He turned out to be one of my favorites on DC. In the beginning I thought he was a pointless character, but he turned out to be one of the more dynamic cast members, and kind of saved that season for me. The episode where his boyfriend was getting disowned was one of my all time favorite episodes, very touching.
Also, I think he might dominate. In one of the dailies, he was working out with Andrew, and he appeared to be very strong.

Yes since we haven't had any hints at him being on the next challenge, hopefully if it gets renewed then he will be on one. I also think he would go pretty far.
And I too loved that particular episode, it is one of the only ones from DC that I have re-watched online. Him, along with Ashley made that season.

I think he would do well on the Challenges but I doubt he will do one. He seems to be focusing on trying to be an actor.

I like the article, too. Especially since I wrote it. ;)
Lol, Mike is on here at 14:00, I think this is a reality show, hard to tell if they're acting or just really aware of the cameras haha

Oh yeah, its reality and its extremely awkward too. Its almost as if they're afraid of the cameras and the conversations are so forced its weird lol. You'd think Mike would already be use to cameras.
