Whatever, that whole show had these random *** storylines for every cast member they kept bringing up for no reason. Believable was a man, Secretz had secrets, Yodela met a dude at Jamba Juice, etc. A producer probably just told New York to call her a man so that's what she did, she was just there for her check. The entire show was very transphobic which is something that they should have never let happen, they probably wanted to take a page out of the old VH1 storylines of people being called gay all the time. It's not New York's fault

She wasn't, she showed her Baby pics and Chance made another girl check to see if she had a *****. But they still kept going on and on about it every episode, I don't know who thought it'd be a good idea to basically torture a girl by having everyone on set call her a man for 10 episodes
I don't think Tiffany should be given a pass on this whether it was a joke or not-- her popularity was literally made off of the lgbt community so no way her publicist or HERSELF should've approved of her doing something like that on camera.
The contestant she was talking to in the video wasn't the actual transgender woman from the show, she was born female not sure if that makes a difference since calling a non lgbt person a man is probably bad too but I did just want to clarify that point
Not my apology to accept but she posted her explanation on instagram. It wasn't the usual PR crying stunt. I get what she meant.... But came out horribly and I think she's stuck in the 2000s and despite being surrounded by people who are trans or familiar with trans people she doesn't realize that sense of humor will get you cancelled in the 2020s. I know she means well though and I definitely wouldn't call her transphobic. But that's just my take don't @ me
