not only this episode, but this entire season has been one big thrill ride. I was on the tip of my toes all night. The "traffic" jam really made me think, "Will Jill and Thomas actually catch up?" I was in disbelief when the doctors won.
Wow so the surprise is that the next one will be in HD!

It was predictable, there was only one episode which made me excited - the one with double u-turn. There were few extreme detours/roadblocks and the final puzzle was boring. IMO, one of the worst seasons ever.
