I am not willing to listen to anyone's opinions yes, but i will listen to facts.
Well, no one here wants to listen to you. So take it elsewhere.
Clearly! What he should have done is analyzed EVERY competitor that has every played in any challenge ever created, and appropriately create a scoreboard and tally up the points prior to stating HIS top 3 competitors.
You know there wouldn't be anything wrong analyzing every challenge and trying to create some sort of empirical based ranking of challenge competitors. It's when one person assumes that their drastically different opinion is correct versus the opinion of everyone else (just about) based solely on information that's available to everyone with an internet connection and some modicum of proficiency with finding old seasons of The Challenges. That's what makes it pointless. What's worse is when that same person has shown a clear bias to favoring one series over another series and fails to note his own opinion may be slanted. The real kicker is finally when you have former challengers with opinions based on first hand information being discredited as well. You shouldn't lampoon someone for creating opinions based on diligent research and analysis. You should be lampooning someone for claiming to do so when it's clearly obvious they're not capable of that despite their emphatic claims stating as much.
Let's please move on. New subject, please.
Anyone know if Brittini is willing to come back? I miss her, she was a really good competitor on the Duel 2.
Anyone know if Brittini is willing to come back? I miss her, she was a really good competitor on the Duel 2.
I'm pretty sure she's moved on. Not that she definitely won't be back, but I think she's doing modeling now and said she wouldn't be back.
If you're talking about the one on the beam over the canyon, people were throwing it left and right on purpose. Evelyn was being picked on for being the brand new girl (only one episode on FM; she was like that season's Cara Maria except she was undisputedly actually one of the top girls on that challenge). I'm curious to see what parts you're talking about where Colie performed well because she DQ'ed a bunch.
Just finished watching ep. 12 and Evelyn DQed after again hyping herself as the supastah. Kenny also DQed and Alton, well, that was just really sad. I found it interesting when Ace was going on about how he has to listen to Alton brag all day about how great he is at everything, then he's fumbled the ball repeatedly on this season. I was really rooting for Jenn to kick Susie's *** in the inferno, too, especially after Susie showed herself to be extremely hypocritical and two-faced. "I like you, girl," to Jenn? Hahaha, uh huh. That was just so funny. It's also weird seeing a challenge where Jenn & Paula aren't friends yet. Tonya's turning out to be a better competitor so far than Evelyn, as far as I can tell. Kenny would have been one of the first dudes I sent home on this one, given that he *****es so much and doesn't pull his weight. The Good Guys are bigger ********** than the Bad *****. Also, if Susie was so tired of being picked on and bullied, why turn around and do the same exact thing to Tonya? That's hypocritical. Completely unrelated, but Evan's back on Twitter and I hope he doesn't return to the challenges after discovering he flat out lied about being on a hockey scholarship to Cornell. Edit: Is it me or does it look like Kenny had an alliance with Susie, Paula and Cara from the Good Guys that kept him from going into the last inferno on I3? Also, really tired of watching Susie & Cara's showmance. And Alton blew it with this one and is looking like a bit of a punk throughout it. Don't brag, if you're not bringing your A game.
As I said I've been rewatching BOTS1 and can I just say that I don't remember thinking this before, but Anne is kind of a huge *****? She's an undercover ***** for sure. It was only like the second episode and she was already trying to get rid of Veronica, over Gladys who was pregnant (which btw, LOL at Beth getting vote off before her... pretty ridiculous in a kind of hilarious way. I'd be ******.)

The editors gave V a very very good edit I suppose until The Inferno 1.

Voting off Rachel and Veronica and using the excuse that the whole team wanted it was pretty lame, especially when hardly anyone backed her up. What's funny is that in one episode she talked in an interview about how she would never cry about an elimination because it's "not her style" but then James gets eliminated, she cries, then quits. The best part of BOTSexes 1 is that Tonya refuses to play Battle of the Opposite Sexes. Oh, how the mighty have fallen...
I wonder why they chose Veronica to be the "good guy" in the Emily scenario. I mean they were pretty much neck and neck the whole season as far as performance goes and they had already proven on the show that V was sneaky on her RR season. Emily looked like the victim on Battle of the Seasons with Holly/Chadwick but I don't remember if she was made out to be the "villain" in her rivalry with Julie on Extreme Challenge. I would have liked to see some of the things "Veronica said" to the other girls that made them feel inferior. I don't doubt she did but I still would have liked to see it.

I couldn't stand much of a whiny insincere manipulator Emily was and how easily Ellen would fall for every word out of everyone's mouth. The challenges themselves were pretty good which was it's redeeming quality along with how long Blair continued to dodge elimination.

She didn't know or wasn't told the key to getting the "matching" giraffe (neither did a bunch of other people), which is why some people had such a hard time and other people were completely lost. If you look when they put the "matching" giraffe in, none of them are the same. You can tell she has something to prove and makes up for it in the last two missions before the final.
Evelyn responded to Abram's steroid accusation in her blog. MySpace - Evelyn - 23 - Female - San Diego, California - myspace.com/evsmyspace

I felt bad, but I figured it was better that she found out on her terms than when some random person threw it at her and caught her off guard.

Evidently, Bananas was the only one to figure out that you had to look at the markings on the base of the giraffes to match them up, but plenty of people finished the mission. I took it as the key was more important than matching the giraffes perfectly. After that, she pulled up the slack with the water one that followed. Kenny, I don't see how he got the fastest time when it took him awhile to get the hang of it when a few other guys picked it up faster than him. Abram looked like he got his girl out of the water much easier. Bananas has done MUCH better on I3 than Kenny, in my opinion, and Alton is a huge disappointment and doesn't deserve to be at the end when he's hurt his team more than he's helped them. The same with Ace. How'd he last this long?
I don't think he was the only one, but he seemed to be the loudest one, and there was also the issue of him telling everyone but Ace not hearing it, which Cara made sound like JB purposely screwed Ace.
I don't think he was the only one, but he seemed to be the loudest one, and there was also the issue of him telling everyone but Ace not hearing it, which Cara made sound like JB purposely screwed Ace.
I didn't get that either. Bananas isn't known for being a quiet guy and I'm surprised he wasn't so loud that the other team didn't hear him. It looked to me like Ace was just upset he sucked once again. It wouldn't benefit Johnny to screw Ace on the mission, since neither were on the chopping block and seriously, Ace should have been happy nobody apparently noticed how bad he is. He was the male Aneesa. I don't like Susie at all on this one, but Cara's more of an "eh" reaction and her antics have hurt her team, just to benefit Susie, who couldn't understand why they were celebrating because she didn't get that the world didn't revolve around her at that exact moment.

Yeah I remember watching some youtube video about all the hypocrisy on the challenges. Tonya refusing to take off her clothes in the BOTS and then flashing everyone on the BOTS 2. Veronica saying that she doesn't hold grudges or revenge on the BOTSeasons and then saying how she'd love to send Emily in BOTSexes home for what Emily did to her in Cabo. In all fairness, Veronica had next to zero chance of making it to the end in the Ruins. She was essentially a rookie. When Susie was telling her she didn't play the game like she used, it's like well, yeah cause she doesn't know anyone on the challenge. It's hard to play a social game when you don't have any social connections. Susie is a really good strategist, but I'm not really a big fan of her.

It went from nice girl to hypocritical, self-absorbed not so nice girl. The Tonya one is hilarious, considering she did soft core **** and posed nude, too.

A lot of the girls knew Veronica from outside the challenge, and didn't really care for her so much. She slept with Emily's then boyfriend, James, and Stole Ayanna's paper. I am sure Veronica said a lot of things that the cameramen didn't catch. And even if she did catch them, they wanted to make Emily the Villian in the Emily/Veronica rivalry. I am not saying Emily was a victim, I think she was a manipulator, but I also think she played smart and she did well. Did anyone else notice the cliques that season. It seemed the light, blonde girls stuck together an the brunettes. Emily, Tonya, Christena, Genesis and Anne (she doesn't have blonde hair, but was light) VS Veronica, Rachel, Melissa, Aneesa, and Jisela.

And why is it Veronica's fault more than it is James'?
Just hearing Derrick's latest podcast with Dan about Mike, and either Dan is angling for a job with WWE but he is so **** wrong. He claims Miz made it to wrestling cause of Tough Enough which is sooooooo wrong, the guy was training and wrestling in independents from Battle of the Season to Inferno 2. As for the wrestling community hating Miz's win..dont know what wrestling community he's talking about, because a the majority of the community loves it.

He could be angling to ride Miz's coattails into a grudge match or something.

I'm looking through his recent FS posts and he's really concrete with his belief that she is on steroids. I mean, he says she's the best female competitor he's seen (when she controls her anger) but he really thinks she's juiced up. I don't believe that Ev's on steroids because I've known girls who were and like Ev said, she doesn't have the typical steroid body. Does that mean she's 100% clean? No because there's many other things that she could be taking to enhance her physically, not saying that she does those things, just saying. I'd like to hear other castmembers opinions on the subject though. Do any other castmembers have FormSprings? And does anybody know what sport Ev played in college? She said she was a D1 athlete...
I actually find it funny that someone pointed out the cliques in Battle of the Sexes being somewhat racial. I noticed that back when it aired. It was Emily, Anne, Christina, Tonya, and Genesis being one group and then Veronica, Lori, Melissa, Rachel, Jisela & Aneesa being the other. Ayanna floated in the middle and I think Ruthie and Ellen pretty much stuck together. I don't think any of the other girls on that season were there long enough for us to care or even determine what clique they were in (Beth, Gladys, Julie, Amaya)

As far as I remember, she played softball at Adelphi, but that might not be right. I like Abram, but this is kind of annoying. Like Evelyn said, he doesn't work out at a gym (he said so himself). Does he see or know what people, especially women, look like when they're on steroids? It's really unfair of him to make that accusation seriously in a very public place and then not even take the time to see something that might be contrary to his belief. Say what you want about her personality, but it seems like she's being stabbed in the back by all the people she thought were friends...Kenny, Derrick (Island, Ruins), Laurel (the way she talked about her on the FM confessionals or whatever), and now Abram.
Well, I just finished the last episode of Inferno 3 and I haven't yelled at the screen that much in awhile, mainly because Susie just irritated the **** out of me. She showed herself to be pretty manipulative, self-absorbed, two-faced and callow. *****ing because she wasn't the primary focus of the team on girl elimination days. *****ing because Paula gave it her all and didn't half ***, like Cara did through the entire season, just to save Susie's ***. If you need people to save your *** every **** time, maybe you should just go home and bake some cookies or something. I would have liked to see what Cara could do without Susie working her puppet strings. Throwing Paula into the final ladies' inferno was bull**** and so weak of Susie, but it was good to see Paula beat Aneesa after losing to her in The Duel and have that victory for herself, even as the girls of her own team screwed her. She definitely was the strongest girl on the team after they trimmed the dead weight. I would have liked to see Jenn beat Susie, just to shut Susie up. Jenn did **** well in her first challenge, as did Janelle, though I would definitely put Jenn above Janelle, as far as performance throughout the challenge. If her flag hadn't of gotten stuck, I think she could have easily beaten Susie and gone onto the final. I would have also liked to see Davis make it to the end, especially when his performance was better than Ace and a few times, even better than Alton. Alton or Ace should have gone into the final male inferno against Abram, because they performed much worse than Davis did and he'd already taken Danny out. In my opinion, Ace and Alton were kind of useless throughout the entire show, aside of a couple challenges that catered directly to Alton (climbing). A couple times, I could've sworn it was Ty out there and not Alton. Evelyn did well, but not to the degree that I expected or to live up to all her hype. She wasn't the strongest female on the show and a few times, Paula's performance outshone Evelyn's. Plus, Paula handled the stress and anxiety a lot better and I'm actually **** proud of how well she did on this one. If only Inferno 3 Paula would have stuck around on future challenges and hadn't gone to The Dark Side. I'm really impressed yet again by Derrick and what a beast the guy is on these things. He was pretty flawless, game-wise on this one. The same with Abram. Kenny, though, I still would have cut him earlier on in the game. He only seemed to step up his performance when his *** was on the line and I really do think he had an alliance with the girls on the "Good" Guys team. There was a clip where he's laying in bed with the blue girls and Susie tells him not to throw her anymore and he says okay. Not that anyone would have really listened to him, but that came off as very shady, but then again, Susie & Cara didn't really play as "Good" Guys at all. Pretty proud of how well Tonya did and that she kept it together fairly well throughout this one. For my final teams, I would have put Jenn in instead of Janelle and anyone in place of Kenny on the Bad *** team. On the Good Guys, I would have cut Ace and Alton and kept Davis and Timmy, then swapped out Susie for Rachel. Are there any other seasons worth watching? I've seen a few episodes of Inferno 2 and Gauntlet 2, but the egos on G2 made it hard to finish.

I wrote it down, because I remember I thought about it that time. Ayanna was in the middle with Ellen and Ruthie sticking together because they were in every inner circle from the beginning. I was debating whether or not to put Jisela with Veronica and her clique because she only stayed 4 episodes, but she came into the game with a pre existing friendship with Veronica. The best part about this season, was the viewers got to see how females interact within there own group during competitions. Half the time they were after eachother. You really saw all the cattiness and sketchiness starting from there.
