"Pretty Wild" Star Sentenced to 6 Months in Jail

Neiers, 18, wiped away tears after entering a no-contest plea to a single felony charge of burglarizing the home of actor Orlando Bloom last July. Without the plea deal, Neiers could have faced six years in prison for the burglary, the prosecutor said. She also avoids charges on other burglaries tied to the ring, including break-ins at the homes of Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton. Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Peter Espinoza imposed the plea-bargained sentence that included the jail term, three years probation, a two-year suspended prison sentence and restitution to be determined later. Neiers must start her 180 days in the county jail on June 24, he said. A Los Angeles police detective testified at a preliminary hearing in December that Neiers was one of four people caught by a security video camera carrying bags out of Bloom's Hollywood Hills home in the early morning hours of July 13. Property belonging to actresses Lohan and Rachel Bilson was found at Neiers home, the detective said. More than $3 million in stolen property was recovered from another alleged burglar, police said. One of the suspects told investigators they used online gossip sites to track where celebrities lived and when they would not be home, according to court documents. The E! cable network was producing a reality series about Neiers and her family when she was arrested last year. Instead of interrupting the show, "Pretty Wild" included the real-life drama in its story line.
[via]
I just saw this on E news, not that it matters because I never watch the show anyway. I did hear that Orlando Bloom was going to testify, he must have been pissed.
Dina Lohan is giving high fives around NYC because her daughter hasn't been to jail for more than 30 days yet.

6 months? She deserves it but I didn't think she'd be going at all.
6 months? She deserves it but I didn't think she'd be going at all.
If one of us stole $600,000 worth of stuff, we'd be looking at more than 6 months (probably more like 20 years.) That being said, you are right. They will probably check her in and then have her out of their 3 hours later because of "Celebrity overcrowding."
It's true. And it's funny when people get shocked when any celebrity or well known gets in trouble. It almost seems the standard lately.
I really hope that this little tart (I am being nice) has to sit out a good chunk of the time otherwise it will just add to her and her family's sense of entitlement. I want to know why the heck any network even had any interest in a reality show of this family since it started before she was accused of the thefts. If it weren't for those nobody would know who she is. Her and her adopted sister seem to think they are this generation's Paris and Nicky...which they are far from.

I can't even watch this show its so ridiculous, but I agree with Bacchus, she'll be there for a couple of hours, a week tops. It disgusts me but I guess thats the way the world works.
Why the hell is she famous? Maybe I should know but I don't.
Why the hell is she famous? Maybe I should know but I don't.
This is pretty much why she's famous.
YouTube - Pretty Wild: In The Clear I guess the phrase, "in the clear" should not be taken literally in this context.
See the whole point of that was "if everything is as Alexis has said it is". Clearly, it is not.
Totally not in the clear... Bahahahahahaha!! What a dumb-***. Seriously...when will they learn? How is her mom gonna spin this one?!
HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! I am so happy this happened!!! I know it's awful to wish something terrible on someone but this girl is such a nasty, self absorbed, spoiled little brat. Even though I bet she'll get off pretty easily (AGAIN!!!) I still love thinking about how upset she is sitting in the slammer at the moment. I have had friends that have had to go to jail for things FAR less worse than what she did (mostly DUIs) and they ALL learned their lesson the first time. If this idiot spent time behind bars and learned nothing then she deserves all the terrible times that are coming to her. Some people will never learn....... I would love to be a fly on the wall and see how her Mother is trying to make this out to be everyone's fault but her daughter's, hehe.
Team Neiers is shocked at the turn of events. Her rep, Bob Mazza, tells E! News that he met with the troublemaking beauty yesterday and everything seemed "fine." Her mom and Pretty Wild [strike]enabler[/strike] costar Andrea Arlington claims she had no idea her daughter's bust was due to drugs. "She was not arrested or being charged with possession as far as I know," Arlington tells E! News, instead insisting that Neiers was in trouble because "she did not check into her probation meeting last month and there was some confusion over her address because she had two addresses listed for the location where she was living. They tried to reach her, she did not respond." "I am just disappointed because we don't need to go through this ridiculousness again." Despite her confusion over the details of her daughter's arrest, Arlington has one thing right when it comes to the authorities: "They don't screw around."
[via]

That family is breaking at the seams - Alexis keeps getting in trouble, her older sister doesn't even talk to them anymore, and their mother is just a hot mess.
That family is breaking at the seams - Alexis keeps getting in trouble, her older sister doesn't even talk to them anymore, and their mother is just a hot mess.
That family was broken long before they went on reality television.
