Since rsox brought it up, how in the **** did Johnny Bananas get picked for the Good Guys team on Inferno 3 and Dan (Miami) was on the Bad *** for Inferno 2? Dan at least would have been more of a Good Guy, in my opinion.
John was a good guy on the Inferno 3 because he was one of the more rational, friendly, and least confrontational people of his season (Key West) He wasn't exactly neutral wallpaper (Zach) but at least he wasn't like Tyler, or Janelle terrorizing Svetlana for being an immature 19 year old (the nerve).
He also was pretty easy going on the Duel as well.
You must have not seen his fight with Melissa on his season of the Real World.
It was the best Real World fight, till Brooke's Denver meltdown.

Well, Johnny was never really looked at as a bad guy until the Island, that's when he got really bad. I don't remember him doing anything bad on Key West except un-do Janelle's bikini and almost get kicked outta the house, but that's about it. Unless I'm forgetting something...
And on the Duel he was only there for one mission so the most he did there was give that grumpy look while he was losing the Duel, can't really blame him though since he didn't have a chance to even try and win.

I always found it weird that she then followed that up by not giving a **** when he busted in the washroom when she was taking a bath completely naked and jumped in.
It's funny how there is not ONE fist fight in Real World history while Road Rules has three. Like Stephen(RW Seattle) said on Battle of the Seasons.....Road Rulers are "less ******", but more "outwardly mean and vicious".
Never saw the Tami vs David one only clips, so can't say. But you probably have analyzed those to death too so I'll believe you.
I miss Key West John.

The Real Worlders are both more *****ier and outwardly mean.
Did you not see Stephen smack a GIRL? Or watch David pull off a blanket from a half naked Tami??? Or see Brynn throw a fork at Steven?
Not to mention Tyler on Key West, Joey on Cancun or most of the cast from Chicago making fun of Tonya (Kidney Stones...). Not to mention a lot of the malicios fights cast members got into.

Considering that came from Stephen, who smacked a girl, I'd say it carries no weight. And while RW may not have had any fist fights on its seasons, there have been plenty of times where it came close.
Not to mention look at the challenges: CT (Real World) has been kicked off twice, Steven slapped Shane and got kicked off, Puck spit in David's face, etc.
And weren't two of the three fist fights on RR from one person (Abram)? So it doesn't really speak about the entire show in general, I'd say.
Heh a person named Abe was involved in all three RR fist fights.

I tried to watch the Cancun season, but couldn't get through it, due to that Joey kid being one of the biggest ********** in RW history.
If this happens it might be pretty epic but Derrick is trying to get Miz on one of the podcasts.
Bill Simmons got the Miz on a podcast. It's not impossible.
Yeah I'm helping him out, gave him the WWE contact info plus told him its better if the actual talent network news contacted them instead of just him. WWE loves free press.
Derrick and Kenny are huge wrestling fans, that would be a great interview. It may even be easier for them to try and reach the Miz through Mark Long, I think they still keep in touch.

Did you see Belou attack Antoine with a fork on Road Rules 3, and Antoine coming back attacking her and threatening to KILL her? Did you see Shane slap Darrell on Road Rules 11? Did you hear about Piggy attacking Los on the 2000 challenge, and Ayanna hitting Christian on the Extreme challenge? Not to mention Katie hitting Veronica on the Inferno during their argument. Kina ripping Cara's bra during their Gauntlet, and Tina punching Beth......Road Rules owns the Real World in terms of drama. Historically, Road Rules has had more drama within its on team on challenges in the past than Real World did.

That was before Johnny's heel turn on The Island. I really didn't mind him before then. I re-watched Inferno 3 a few months back and he was very adamant about playing the game fair and stuck up for Paula numerous times. Two things that you don't see him do anymore.

I'm watching the Inferno 3 for the first time, so I'm like...wow Bananas isn't being a ******. My brain's having trouble wrapping around that. And noticed Kenny's pretty much the weakest guy so far on it and just as fixated on his own looks as ever. Evelyn's just annoying, even that far back and still up her own ***.

This is sort of the challenge where Kenny makes a name for himself, or at least steps it up from a competitive stand point. On the same end, Alton comes off looking pretty shabby throughout the thing.

Yeah it was weird remembering that Alton was an incredible competitor, then watching Inferno 3 again. He was fairly pedestrian throughout that Challenge, and got out-performed by Johnny and even Ace on some missions. It wasn't the Alton we remembered from his other couple Challenges (Gauntlet 1, Gauntlet 2).

The thing is, even some of the "individual" missions were partner-based or had some other component that made it not exactly even.

I just finished ep. 5 and so far, Kenny refused to even compete in a challenge, whined like a girl and DQed with Aneesa on one; John again rubbed the girls the wrong way by thinking everyone should go along with whatever he wants, but did pick it up more with the setting things on fire challenge; Evelyn alienated the bulk of the girls on her team for no reason other than to prove her dick's bigger than theirs; Alton hasn't performed to his best and kind of came off to me like he was coasting or showing off (liked him a lot more in Gauntlet 2); Danny's trying to be leader for the Bad *****, but not doing that well at it and losing his temper a lot; Abram's doing well, but not stepping up as leader or really blowing me away with his performance. Colie's performed well so far, as have Jenn and Janelle, but the vet girls not so much. I expect Evelyn to fly out of the box and kick everyone's ***, but she hasn't stepped up so far either and even Tonya seems to be doing well and hasn't flipped out so far. I'm glad I FINALLY got the chance to see this one.

Well yeah there were all those moments, but I wouldn't go as far as saying RR is any more dramatic than the RW. On the challenges, Road Rules teams have certainly been more cutthroat than RW teams, but for ever RR drama you can find something for RW.
Belou attacks Antoine with fork? RW has Brynn throwing a fork at Steven, and Landon pulling a knife out (on Karamo? or Melanie? idk)
Shane slaps Darrell? Stephen slapped Irene and Steven slapped Shane.
Katie hitting Veronica? How bout Julie trying to kill Veronica?
Maybe the RWers haven't been as physically dramatic as RRers, but they have certainly been verbally abusive. Plus there have been moments on the RW where maybe nobody actually hit anyone, but it wasn't for lack of trying, like the last night of Austin, or the Davis/Tyrie fight where Davis dropped the N word. I mean just in the last few seasons we had Trisha pushing Parisa, Shauvon throwing glass at Cohutta, Will telling Greg his dad killed himself because he was a ******, JD breaking a table and ripping out the phone from Devyn, Joey and CJ attacking Ayiiia and Joey basically telling her to go cut herself, Ty throwing Andrew off a balcony, and the whole Ryan/Preston debacle.
I'm not even sure Kina ripping Cara's bra counts as drama since it was just an intense elimination.
Not trying to start an argument, but just saying that I wouldn't say RW or RR are any better or worse than each other as far as people and drama go.

Any of those should be clear signs that they shouldn't have an endless supply of alcohol at their disposal, but without that, how many of those things would have actually happened? I think both sides have done some ********* things over the years and the one with Joey telling Ayiiia to cut herself really stands out, but I think RWers have been more mental, where RRers seem to be more physical. RW, they have other rooms to go to when they want to avoid a fight. On RR, you're stuck in an RV with these people every single day.

If you're talking about the one on the beam over the canyon, people were throwing it left and right on purpose. Evelyn was being picked on for being the brand new girl (only one episode on FM; she was like that season's Cara Maria except she was undisputedly actually one of the top girls on that challenge). I'm curious to see what parts you're talking about where Colie performed well because she DQ'ed a bunch.

The more and more that I watch the Gauntlet 2 the less impressive Alton looks to me. I think it's pretty popular opinion that was the challenge that made people think very highly of him, but there's just so many up and down performances followed by some pretty one sided eliminations. He then followed that up with the Inferno 3 with more of the same, but to worse results.
It sort of makes me want to rewatch the first Gauntlet to see how well he performed on that one, because going off memory I can't remember him screwing anything up.

I did mean the one on the beam in the air, as far as Kenny DQing with Aneesa, but up to ep. 5, Kenny hasn't really done anything impressive at all, aside of maybe give CT a bloody nose when they were wrestling. He didn't even try to stand up on the beam, where everyone else did. The first words shown were him complaining about it. Then, another shot of him standing around talking about how he's too pretty for it. The rest of it has been, for me, Kenny talking about himself and how good looking he thinks he is. In the scene with Evelyn and the Bad *** girls, she flipped out when they didn't let her hype herself and didn't feed her ego, so she stormed out. They didn't show anyone picking on her, as far as I saw, before that. Nobody even raised their voice to her in that and she was in badger mode. Colie just did well on the climbing mission after she and Alton were DQed, which Alton didn't perform well at all on that one when he was boasting about being such a great climber. Tonya, who everyone always gives **** to, actually won that challenge. Colie also showed herself as being a very calming influence on her team, doesn't lose her cool and is probably the most rational girl on that side. Paula also did really well so far and hasn't freaked out yet either.

It's a 16 episode season or so, Kenny comes into his own after a while.
