Starting with FM, they make the final challenges nearly impossible for some people to finish. I like the simpler final challenges, like on the Inferno. Everything is Endurance, Stamina and Strength based now. It's grueling, we get it, but it's also fun to watch not such crazy final challenges.

The Inferno's final was really fun and there wasn't anything that was too difficult to do. It had eating (more mental than physical), a few obstacles (fun obstacles, not difficult), the crossword puzzle (again, very fun and involved mentality), and some physicality by carrying your teammates. I really loved the crossword puzzle portion because of it's simplicity and the fun it brought, even as a viewer. I would much rather see them cut down on the extremity of the distance needed to be ran/swam, added some good puzzles, and then some other things that add to the "fun" factor while still being challenging instead of making the cast feel like they're in bootcamp and the best physically fit competitors are the only ones to perform well. One another note, i was just browsing over Abram's formspring and he was asked out of Jenn, Veronica, Paula, Coral, Tina, Susie, Aneesa, and Tonya which three he'd want on his team, at first he answered Jenn, Coral, and Paula but he went on to say he wouldn't want three and he thinks Jenn is the best out of all of them. But before-hand he had ranked the blue team girls as "Emily, Theresa, Jenn" in terms of athletic ability. I just found this pretty interesting. He also talks about Evelyn and his perspective of steroid use.

They also had some physical aspects to the challenge, like carrying your partner and climbing through the ropes. I also liked the theme, 7 deadly scenes. Eating the foods was great. Regarding Abe, I agree with his 3. Except I might change Paula with Veronica. Veronica did amazing on the Inferno 2 final and she has stamina and endurance. What is Abe's formspring?
http://www.formspring.me/AbramBoise It's very interesting to hear everything straight from him. And regarding his three, I agree with Jenn and Coral, but I'd probably take Susie as my third. I just found it really itneresting he ranked Theresa above Jenn in athletic ability, yet called Jenn the best out of the rest of the others.
They also had an eating gross things part on the Ruins final challenge.
Also from Abe's FS he listed who he believes are the top 10 male competitors. In his order from best on: 1. Derrick 2. CT 3. Landon 4. Alton 5. Brad 6. Kenny 7. Johnny 8. Darrell 9. Miz 10. Himself He also said Derrick is the toughest competitor on the shows, just ahead of CT (who he said was strongest) and Darrell. And his all-time female competitor out of Evelyn, Rachel, Jodi, and Holly? Rachel.
They also had an eating gross things part on the Ruins final challenge.
You're right the Ruins final challenge was pretty intense, but fun. It was not as crazy as the Duel II or FM2 final. I honestly found them boring.

If they were to compete now, it's been awhile for Coral and Veronica since their last challenges and the game, sadly in a sense, has changed considerably since their era.

Anessa can probably beat any female in a physical aspect, but when it comes to endurance and stamina? I don't see her being that fit. Tina and Tonya proved to have very little on The Inferno II and Aneesa was last on Duel II. A distant 3rd.
I just saw a video of Ruthie saying that she'll hopefully be on the next challenge in January. So hopefully we'll be hearing about potential cast members for challenge 21 soooon.

Bring back some fun, so I can watch Katie win :) Loved the older challenges and elimination rounds. These recent elimination rounds aren't so challenging, but they aren't fun to watch either. Some new rules would be nice also. Theresa over Jenn is hilarious, and Jenn over Susie is also hilarious. Coral and Veronica are ok. Jenn is decent. Paula is strong physically most times. Susie is pretty good and I'm surprised he didn't choose her, and well, Aneesa is a beast at elimination rounds, nothing else really. (I do like her though).
You're right the Ruins final challenge was pretty intense, but fun. It was not as crazy as the Duel II or FM2 final. SOme of the missions were okay (like the sliding one) but many of them were tough, not to mention the exiles, which I thought were ridiculous(esp the bucket/mountain exile), as well as the final. It was too tough. I hated it.

Abram does have the benefit of first-hand observation of the players, but asides from what he's seen himself, he doesn't know anything about them, i.e. past Challenge performance. I don't think Susie is way better than Jenn (that Inferno was bad luck for Jenn), and I can see him holding Susie's alliance with Cara against her, as it practically cost her team the Final. Plus, there's no way Evelyn is or was on steroids. If she's in the best shape of her life and only just now is able to run a sub-4 hour marathon, and 2 sets of 10 pull-ups, then those steroids were wasted. That's not to **** on her accomplishments, because that **** is hard, but she would be totally jacked if she was juicing, and she's just not that big. I wonder where he would have put her if she was in that group of girls that was previously mentioned.

He seems uninterested, so I think he knows from him being there, but seeing other challenges that could have proven someone's strength, most likely he may not have seen it.
I'm praying that in the next challenge, the cast isn't on lock-down. Please let them have fun so they will want to return! And less challenges that are 30 feet above the water. I don't enjoy seeing the cast getting injured in like every episode (cutthroat).

Who sends people into a gas chamber and asks them to remember a series of numbers and letters, while trying not to vomit or pass out? The stampede, that one, I'm really surprised someone didn't get seriously injured with guys like Easy. I like that they were more creative with the challenges and Gulags, but come on, people getting injured is a regular occurrence now and that's less fun to watch. I miss challenges like Gauntlet 2 and The Duel.

I like extreme challenges, which involve heights. This season definitely had some of the best missions in a while.

[strike]extreme missions are fine once in a while, but when every single mission is about who can run the fastest and is the physically strongest, it gets boring and predictable. i say incorporate puzzles and strength into the missions.[/strike] Extreme missions are fine once in a while, but when every single mission is about who can run the fastest and is the physically strongest, it gets boring and predictable. I always think back to the Inferno 2 and wish they would do more missions like those. Dodge Yer Balls, Run For Your Money, Shirt Off My Back all come to mind and those challenges were physical, but anybody could win and it involved teamwork.
I liked missions where each individual had their own time, so you could judge on each persons performance. Rather than ALL team missions where it's difficult to see who's doing well and who isn't.

Was anyone else a little confused by him being cast as a ******? I didn't see his season, but I watched BOTS with him and he seemed like the nicest guy. Didn't he make cake for everyone?

It was on Youtube, but now it seems to have disappeared...
Since rsox brought it up, how in the **** did Johnny Bananas get picked for the Good Guys team on Inferno 3 and Dan (Miami) was on the Bad *** for Inferno 2? Dan at least would have been more of a Good Guy, in my opinion.

Between him taunting Jodi after the vote switch, and his fights with CT & Tina, he definitely earned a spot on his team.
