I think that's it. Although they were opponents on the Gauntlet. Veronica was also on Battle of the Seasons and Challenge 2000 (without Tonya) and Tonya was on Freshmeat and The Island (without Veronica).
Kenny and Darell have coasted to the end the mose three times. Kenny(Infer III, Gauntlet 3 and the ruins.) Darell (gauntlet.inferno, inferno 2) And for the girls Rachel(RR) three times on the gauntlet the inferno 2 and duel 2.

Tonya also did Inferno 3 without Veronica.

I think an even better perspective to look at this is through the percentage of new people on a Challenge. For example, The Inferno had only one more new person than Cutthroat, but Cutthroat had 30 castmembers to Inferno 2's 20. So I did the math, here's what I found:
1. Extreme Challenge: 13 of 13 (100.0%)
1. Challenge 2000: 12 of 12 (100.0%)
1. Real World/Road Rules Challenge: 12 of 12 (100.0%)
1. Road Rules Allstars: 5 of 5 (100.0%)
5. Fresh Meat: 16 of 24 (66.7%)
6. Battle of the Seasons: 21 of 32 (65.6%)
7. Fresh Meat II: 15 of 26 (57.7%)
8. Battle of the Sexes: 20 of 36 (55.6%)
9. Battle of the Sexes 2: 16 of 36 (44.4%)
10. The Gauntlet: 12 of 28 (42.9%)
11. The Inferno: 8 of 20 (40.0%)
12. The Island: 6 of 20 (30.0%)
13. The Inferno 3: 6 of 21 (28.6%)
14. The Inferno 2: 5 of 20 (25.0%)
15. The Duel: 5 of 20 (25.0%)
16. Cutthroat: 7 of 30* (23.3%)
17. The Gauntlet 3: 6 of 33 (18.1%)
18. The Duel II: 5 of 28 (17.9%)
19. The Gauntlet 2: 4 of 32 (12.5%)
20. The Ruins: 3 of 28 (10.7%)
No surprise to see Gauntlet 2, Gauntlet 3, and The Ruins near the bottom, seeing as to how each of those had an entire team made up of people who had either been on 2 prior Challenges or had won one before. The Duel II's low percentage I would imagine was due to star-studded lineup they wanted to put together.
*Does not include CT or Tina, since I don't know what their role is in the season yet.

Adding to your list:
16. This one is obvious: Challengers who came out on both duels were Eric Banks, Brad, Evan, CT Tamburello, Nehemiah, Robin, Paula, Diem, and Aneesa.
Wes and Mandi, partners on FM2, share the same birthday (today, Nov 24).
Huh, that's one of the more interesting facts in the thread, to me at least lol. What a coincidence.

Another one: on the first Duel, both second place winners won motorcycles in previous missions, But the people who won the Safety in those missions ended up winning the Duel.
Basically- Brad & Jodi win Mission 4, Jodi wins safety, Brad wins Bike.
- Svetlana & Wes win Mission 12, Wes wins safety, Svetlana wins Bike.
Both Duels featured cards with the Duel choices on them. On both challenges, the same duel was never played back to back:
Tyler vs. Johnny- I Can
Derrick vs. Tyler- Ascender
Paula vs. Aneesa- Pole Wrestle
Kenny vs. Nehemiah- Ascender
Robin vs. Casey- Pole Wrestle
Eric vs. Nehemiah- I Can
Svetlana vs. Beth- Push Me
Wes vs. Derrick- Pole Wrestle

Brad vs. Eric- Pole Wrestle
Kina vs. Svetlana- Push Me
CT vs. Evan- Ascender
Diem vs. Aneesa- I Can
CT vs. Brad- Push Me

and the Duel 2:
Ryan vs. Nick- The Elevator
Aneesa vs. Shauvon- Back Off
Robin vs. Kimberly- Duel Pole Dancing
MJ vs. Robin- Push Over
Brittini vs. Brooke- Back Off
Evan vs. Davis- Spot On
Nehemiah vs. Evan- The Elevator
Kimberly vs. Ruthie- Back Off
Landon vs. Isaac- Spot On
Derek vs. Eric- Duel Pole Dancing
Jenn vs. Kimberly- Push Over
MJ vs. Dunbar- The Elevator
Aneesa vs. Paula- Back Off
Evan vs. Derek- Spot On
Diem vs. Jenn- Push Over
Brad vs. MJ- Duel Pole Dancing
Tori vs. Aneesa- The Elevator
Brad vs. Landon- Back Off
Diem vs. Brittini- Push Over
*The Duel 2 really isn't surprising because the male and female picked at the same time so that card was already taken, but I still listed them

That is definitely the most interesting fact ever. When was this shown? I always thought Males weren't allowed to go against females in the Duel? And I thought Robin lost to Kim? I guess she won and went right back in against MJ! Who won that one?
C'mon guys you don't remember that? Robin beat MJ but they DQed her for jumping up and down on him while he was lying on the ground. Can't believe you guys forgot.
I already posted this in different thread but I think it's interesting enough to post again.
In Battle of the Sexes, 34 competitors faced off in "Dead Man's Drop", with Ruthie beating out everyone with a time of around 7:10. However, in The Gauntlet, the 13th gauntlet, featured Sarah and Irulan also doing dead man's drop, both staying up there for 48:00, drastically longer than every single time posted in Battle of the Sexes.

They also did this on "Spring Break Challenge", if I remember correctly. I don't remember the times though.

Now I really wanna see that match-up happen! MJ wouldn't stand a chance.

I think the reasoning for this is because in The Gauntlet, the stakes were higher. You fall in Battle of the Sexes, you're likely still going to be there the next day. You fall in The Gauntlet, you go home. I think many of those people in the original Battle of the Sexes could have hung on for a lot longer if falling didn't mean getting sent home.

Yes. However, there were people in the BOTS mission that felt as if they were in an elimination challenge. For example, Laterrian knew that he had to do really well since he was in last place. And he immediately knew that when he fell he was going to go home. Similarly, other guys knew that they had to beat Laterrian's time otherwise they would be at the bottom and go home. And I don't think people tried any less hard. I mean those girls really wanted to win and prove it to the guys that they were better. Plus, 48 to 7 is really really large difference, even if they didn't try as hard.

Yeah well Laterrian just completely stunk on that mission because he didn't position himself well enough on the bar. For the most part, I think people would have tried harder if it meant they weren't going home.
Back on topic...I realized from my earlier post about which people have been teammates the most. Rachel/Veronica/Tina were all on the same team 3 times (Gauntlet, BOTS2, Inferno 2). Any other groups of 3 that were teammates 3+ times?
Was Derrick meant to be the last one in that group? Was Derrick on G3?
Nope, only other people that were on the Inferno 3 and the Gauntlet 3 were Janelle (different team on the Gauntlet 3), Danny (different team on the Ruins), CT (wasn't on the Ruins), Rachel (different team on the Inferno 3), and Johnny (different team on Inferno 3).
Kenny and Ev were the only ones who were on the same team on all three.

I wonder if Kenny and Evelyn being on a team together and winning together (along with Johnny and Derrick on The Island) made her being backstabbed on The Ruins that much worse.

If it were me in Ev's position, I'd say it would make it worse. Getting a win as a team in anything is a huge success and even if there's people you don't like there winning with you, you put it aside and it brings you closer. Just look at Katie and Veronica on the Inferno, hated each other even before the challenge and especially during it, but when they won they celebrated together and hugged and congratulated each other. Ev obviously felt betrayed because of what happened, but to know that you went through so much with people, and then have them flip on you and stab you in the back, that's just a kick in the face no matter how emotionally stable you are.
There have been 4 eliminations in the challenges that deal with a pole in some way and contain the word "Pole" in it lol
Gauntlet: Pole Climb
Duel: Pole Wrestle
Duel 2: Duel Pole Dancing
CutThroat: Pole Me Over
There were also challenges that dealt with poles like
Duel: Pole Dance
Gauntlet 3: Pole Push
I didn't put "Push Me" from the Duel because it didn't contain the word Pole
There have also been 4 eliminations in the series that deal with players having to hold on to and object and try to rip it away from their opponent.
Duel: Pole Wrestle
Island: Ring Wrestle
The Ruins: Rag Doll
CutThroat: Handcuffs
There was also RR: Viewers revenge which had Gripbreaker which was basically Rag Doll.
