Brad... what a "wife's boy".
Stop complaining to your wife that a rookie vote for you and step up in the game.
LOL I know, right? Especially since you ALL voted for her at least twice already. He's totally failing as team leader and definitely acting more like a team boss--letting someone else take the fall and then pointing fingers. At least Derrick and Abram stepped up, and Derrick even said if he couldn't make a few shots he'll go in. I still think he performed well; he just got out-performed by Abram.
Camila, you should have just kept your mouth shut. And Jenn and everyone else on the blue team can stop it with the pity party for Camila. Getting lost in all of this is that Brad, Tori, and Paula all promised her that they would not vote her in this past elimination, and they held up their end of the bargain. Camila is really in no position to be ragging on what she perceives as Brad's sub-par performance, especially after Brad protected her this time around. Why bother telling Brad that you voted for him, did she really think any good was going to come out of that?
The Jenn/Paula fight was so stupid. And Jenn is so full of ****. Like she wouldn't be voting for Brandon and Camila every time? If Brandon had been on their team instead of Ty, they would have tried to ride him to the end. And she's seriously ragging on Paula on never winning? You're 0 for 5 Jenn, and you've never even come close to winning. I'm tired of Jenn's mouth.
I actually agreed with Jenn. IMO, Paula started it. Jenn did say Paula started telling her that she shouldn't trust or befriend Johnny because he will screw her over just like he screwed over Paula. Paula is one of the (if not THE) most bitter person on these challenges. I used to like her, she's funny etc, but I actually liked that Jenn told her off.
I also have to pick up for Jenn a little bit here. I'm not a big fan of her but she did vote Ty in over Eric which caused the tie, showing that she was willing to give Easy a rest (her and Derrick). I don't think Johnny would have given Brandon a rest, but I can see Jenn and Derrick cutting him slack. As well as, Brandon is a good player while Eric is a liability.
BTW, Jenn did come much closer to winning than Paula, however I do think Paula has more in her than Jenn in terms of ability.
Also, I really wanna feel bad for Camila, but I don't really. She picked them both and should have known that most likely it would mean 2 votes AGAINST her. It also wasn't smart to tell Brad but I respected her point-of-view, I wished she would have owned it though. Instead of running back to Tori, go tell her what's up, and call her out.
The blue team was willing to keep putting in Katie and eric because they felt they were the weakest people on the team. The reason the red team put Brandon in was because they thought he was the weakest male on the team ( they stopped putting in camilla once she proved herself). The only difference between these two scenarios is that people such as your self disagree that Brandon is the weakest player but the strategy is exactly the same.
I disagree, but I'm one that think Brad and Paula are making a big mistake. At least when Johnny etc is being Cutthroat and backstabbing, they're doing it for the best of the team and ACTUALLY trimming the fat no matter if the "fat" is their friend.
Brad is throwing away the better players to keep the weaker ones. I don't think that's a great strategy.
I wonder if Brad will have some choice words for Johnny at the reunion for calling Tori a *****.
Eh, I'm not worried for Johnny. Brad might be stronger than him in a challenge, but Johnny has more bark, and in the reunion, it's the bark that matters. ;)

I was under the impression Paula told Jenn that if Brandon was on the Blue team, they would have done the exact same thing to him (or at least, on the episode it looked like that--haven't seen the Daily yet). That's when Jenn started getting mad, saying that she didn't talk about what Red should or shouldn't do, so Paula has no right to talk about what Blue would or wouldn't do.

I don't think Camila had any input in the draft beyond picking Dunbar. Dunbar even said on one of the confessionals that he told Camila to pick up Tori. I still think the Red Team's system is beyond ****ed and I hope they get called out for it on the reunion. Brandon's 1v1 record is now 3-1 after one challenge whereas Brad's is 4-2 after 8 with one, arguably two (Landon manhandled him in every round of Back Off), win from a technicality. It's bull****.
The Red team is just ridiculous. They are losing horribly in challenges because their strategy sucks. Brad is a horrible leader for his team. He hasn't shown much and in my opinion is an overrated player. He has never done much on any challenges he been on. He's good but not great. Definitely not top 10-15 competitors material in my book. Then you have Paula who is just a wreck. The red team is mad because Camila casted one vote against Brad. What a bunch of whiny *****es. If i stand correctly, Tori said in the room during the meeting to just go in the dungeon and vote for who they wanted. Camila did what she said and still got ******* at. The Red team just needs to shut the **** up. Bunch of dumb ***** I'd say.
Re: Cutthroat and the Secret Vote..
considering that usually the challenges have had names of either the place (The Island), the format (Battle of the Seasons) or the elimination round (Gauntlet, Inferno, The Ruins, etc).. i don't get why they decided to call it Cutthroat, specially since i haven't seen any more cutthroat-ness (judges, do you allow? ;) ) than in any other challenge.. i guess they didn't want to call it "The Gulag" maybe an allusion to the 3 team format would have been nice..
maybe some super cutthroat moment will happen before the end or on the end, but in case that happens, it would be the realization of wishful thinking on the producers (who named the challenge beforehand), than the result of a planned strategy.
now, we are all assuming the secret vote and the team selections was meant to promote more backstabbing and shadiness.. but as mentioned before it hasn't really happened.. although with almost all the disposables players gone on blue and red (except for Camila), it is certainly going to get bloody..
that been said.. 3 noteworthy things have come so far from the secret vote:
#3. Jenn and Derrick standing up for Erick.. and later throw him under the bus again..
#2. Camila shaken her team to the core with her vote for brad, until she dumb-ily (judges? no ? :( ) innocently owning up to it.
#1. Melinda feeling blindsided by her team voting her in.. and if she saw the daily most feel worse since it was the vets on the team who mainly put her in.. (although she is supposedly smart enough to know that if there wasn't a consensus on who was going in, aside from Camila, she was the next logical choice)
I disagree, next LOGICAL choice after Camila is Paula. Paula gets too much credit on these things, when she clearly has not proven herself to be a great competitor. I do think she can handle her own, but I think people just assume that she is better than most women, but if you saw her performances on Duel 2, you would probably disagree with that notion.

Yes but what im trying is to say in Brad eyes Brandon was the weakest link, he seems to think this is best for the team he thinks dunbar, himself, tyler, and chet are/were better than Brandon.

I still think Paula is way better than Melinda. Paula is well respected by her fellow competitors as better than average; I heard she runs marathons and has crazy endurance (do you remember her exile performance from FM 2?), and I don't know if she is strong or not but her upper body looks kind of buff this season...maybe it was just her huge falsies being squished against her chest. She's also come very close to winning before, and has won eliminations. Melinda, on the other hand, has done...nothing.

I think paula's performance is barely average physically and horrible mentally. I wouldn't pick her as a top 5 for sure. I put her in the same catergory as diem. Better than melinda yeah I guess but paula too is overrated. A lot of competitors are overrated to me...And you can't use activities outside the game anymore as proof because a lot of people talk about how they do this and that and end up being short. Example; derek mccray from RR. I don't know which one I didn't watch RR but he was on the gaunlet 3 and duel 2. From what I read he was a great athlete but he didn't stand out athletically in these challenges.
It seems like there is a concerted effort by production to show as little Teresa as possible. And I thank them. She was shown in Episode 1 in her obvious bid for airtime (calling Camilla a klepto). And since then it's like we only see her during voting deliberations.
I am surprised that we don't see much of her.
By that I mean I am surprised that she didn't cause a lot of pointless drama (like she did on FM2) to get airtime!

Or maybe she did and production got the point that many of us find her atrocious and desperate.
Or maybe she did and production got the point that many of us find her atrocious and desperate.
They tend not to care about that most of the time. LOL
I totally loved Brandon's confessional moment talking about his taking the leadership role for the last challenge: "Alright, I'm part of the team, I do what I'm told...therein lies the problem."
When has Jenn "come much closer" to winning? Inferno 3, Paula lost in the final and Jenn was not present at the final. Paula was a Big Easy collapse away from winning Gauntlet 3. On the Island, they both were on the same boat and got smoked in the final. Duel 2, they were eliminated in back to back Duels late in the game. FM2, Paula lost early on, and Jenn made it to the finals but finished so far behind everyone that she had to take a helicopter to the top of the mountain. So I don't understand what you're basing your inference on. Believe me, I'm not a fan of Jenn OR Paula, but as far as coming close to winning, Paula has come closer, which makes Jenn's whole comment about Paula never winning even more ludicrous.

Falsies? Hehehe. I've never heard that one before. Nice.
this challenge needs more individual missions instead of team missions. I'd like to see how each person performs and their time or whatever.
I feel SO bad for Camila. She reminds of Sarah from the Gauntlet 1. All isolated from the team and being sent in all the time.
Tori and Brad use to be two of my favorites, but I am starting to really not like them....
Same here.
I mean, the Brad part.
Never liked much of Tori. Only remember to see her on Gauntlet 3.
But Brad... I know that he wants the money, but he's just plain trash, with his wife.

Because jenn has done better in performance than paula. Paula making it to the end in majority of those shows by staying out of elimination. Jenn fought way more fights and I think that's why people, and even myself, consider jenn better than paula. But you're right her comment about paula not winning was hypocritical. I think she meant paula had more loses than her but still she isn't far behind...

I never was a fan of brad. I just liked the wedgie incident on the inferno 2. I thought that was hilarious. But athletically, he doesn't stand out to me. And you remember tori on gauntlet 3 because that was her first challenge and duel 2 was her second. She's on her third challenge. And since we're on the topic, does any find it funny how brad was talking about alliances between camila and JB and yet his marriage began with an alliance??? He and tori kept saying they have an alliance with each other on the gauntlet. Hypocrites.... And I loved when JB called tori a b#tch.
I am too lazy to go back and read all the comments.
Tori is hot, but seems like a huge *****. She seems fake and needs a reality check. If her husband wasn't there to protect her she would not be acting this way.
Paula is a mess. Plain and simple. Paula's nickname is "Walnuts" for a reason. She loves the camera so much it's sick. First with Camila and then with Jenn. They are showing her a lot. she has at least 1 confessional per episode.
I felt bad for Chet. I wanted to see him in a Gulag. I forgot Melinda was even on Cutthroat, but happy the red team lost 3 players.

Without Brad, Tori has nothing to bring to the game. She's not an outstanding athlete or competitor and so far, all she's shown in Cut Throat is her ability to bully someone and act like a *****. I started off wanting to see Brad & Tori win and as each episode is aired, I root for them a lot less. Camila can vote for whoever she wants, especially when she's the sacrificial lamb and has proven herself in this challenge more than Tori or Brad have.
I can't help but adore Paula. I'm sure she earned the nickname, but it's hard not to root for her. I think I just have awful taste in tv crushes maybe and always choose the unstable ones haha. I'm reminded of, I think, Duel 2 when her antics got Ryan sent home and I remember seeing on multiple challenges, where people have pulled her aside and given her the "They're not your friends, you're ******* your real friends over" speech and she doesn't seem to learn.

I agree about Camila. I don't feel like she owed them anything, let alone another sheep vote. "Oh, we'll give you one break after we unjustly sent you in the first two times, when it should have been Melinda anyway. Better be thankful!"
Still was a great episode, though.

There gave her a break, when they sent Mandi to, i dont see how it was unjust to send her in the first time when this was her first, challenge. They let her prove her worth and then sent in other players in both occasions.

If it weren't for Camila, Brad and Tori wouldn't be on the same team or have the majority for that matter. Kinda ****** if you ask me.

So they shouldn't vote for her because she picked them? Anyway, I believe Dunbar when he says he did picking once he was selected. So if anything they should be thanking him.
