To discuss how awesome they are?
Unfortunately, a very distinct attachment to Kobe and Phil wouldn't allow me to do that.
She makes a good point.
Wow that was a very good read, I laughed at the part about her not being considered a giant next to Laurel and Theresa.
I was shocked I liked it, since she isn't my favorite person. I hate to say it, but she is growing on me. Maybe by next season I will like her.
Her blog about real world vs. fresh meat is interesting. Does anyone know who Emilee was referring to, when she said she was mad at a fresh meat from oregon who had an opportunity to win money, and not her?
She was talking about Luke.
She was talking about Luke.
Actually, I was just using a reference that would be familiar and an example to a viewer. I had Mandi more in mind, despite her being one of my great friends.. I was flashing back to how I felt in the moment.

Thanks, I know
I really loved her blog and I hope she continues with it. My personal favorite line was "I am going to cut Road Rules out of this because in challenge years, not to be mistaken for real life years, they’re old as ****, and the show unfortunately was cancelled." This made me like her even more.

I decided to view Emilee's twitter after reading that and I have to say I'm with her on an all rookies challenge. Though she forgot the Hollywood season, I'd throw them in too. I just think it'd be interesting. It would essentially be like an old challenge with newer cast members if they got a bunch of people who had never won/played the game before. It would be interesting to me to see how the game turned out.
an all rookie challenge would be fun, but i don't think it will help the ratings..
Truth is the ratings aren't that bad, I mean shows like TNA and Smackdown do around that range, although SD sometimes hits the low to mid 2s, but TNA is always in that same 1.2, 1.3, or even .9 bracket and that show is probably not as cheap to produce as a Challenge and they don't even make money from the live gate. I think the main factor is that compared to other MTV shows the ratings aren't as hot. I hope maybe giving a long break till summer like its rumored to happen this year, will make people miss it..sometimes having too much can over saturate the product, and with RW and Challenges constantly on TV it does get to that point.
All rookie challenge? No thanks. Month long breaks? Also, no thanks. I start missing the challenges mid-way through the season of RW, and if the challenges were on constantly, I'd be a happy camper. Anyways, I hope the next challenge Emilee is on, Jonna or Bronne are also present. Definitely hope she makes it farther on that challenge and continues being aggressive like she was in her Gulag.

I don't think she had anything to do with her elimination on Cutthroat. They were hazing the rookies and she just happened to be the victim this season (Funny how the Cancun kids were the victims when D.C. succeeded Cancun but what ever lol). It would be nice to see Emilee on the nice challenge. She's a nice little firecracker.

Emily just looks stronger and tougher, not to mention the fact that she got the honor of not being a captain.
I wish Emilee would have fought a little harder.
fought harder huh? My fight lasted a little longer, and didn't involve throwing each other out of bounds. Someone also decided to use two hands instead of one a couple of times. I had the finger marks to prove it. It didn't show what I had to prove - it showed what Camila had to prove, and that's all I have to say.

Might I also add that editing really has nothing to do with it. You can feel as though you're being very aggressive in this kind of thing, and it may not at all look like it to an outsider, or even feel like it to the person you're up against. I know this from being the one who felt more aggressive in my sparring for about a month(training for a BJJ competition), and yet being told that to the people I was training with, I didn't actually become more aggressive until a week before the tourney.
Editing actually does alter peoples opinions of much of the show, Emilee even said, Derek and Brandon threw each other out of bounds numerous times so they must've breaks while restarting the Gulag, we didn't see any of that. Opinions=altered. Emilee said her fight went longer than was showed, um the editing clearly made it seems like she was beaten easier, which she wasn't. That's where I rest my case.

I simply said I just wish you fought hard enough to win the gulag so we could have seen more of what you could do.
I wonder why they would edit out the struggle. Looking back at past seasons almost every elimination round looked like an easy win. I wanna see some Wes vs Derrick type of elimination rounds. All out battles that can go either way. By showing the real Derek vs Brandon gulag people would look at Derek as a stronger competitor than the weak rookie as they portrayed. (lol, I'm getting kinda upset. Who edits these shows monkeys?!)
