If Sarah did leave the game, I wonder if there would still be a female elimination if the grey team lost, since that would not be fair to lose 2 girls in one week.

They have a more formal, "prettied up" opening this time. It's fine, though I think they should put a more recognizable person first.

The theme sounded a bit like Faithless - "Insomnia" from the 90s

Laurel is not leaving a good impression on me this time around.

I feel Laurel is socially awkward on these shows. Not in a shy way at all, but in a "can't read the room well" way.

Why is Laurel so annoying this time around? She probably feels like a vet now. Um, the mission started within the first 7 mins. I bet there's gonna be ALOT of drama after the mission. (Kicking, and Whipping maybe?)
