Cutthroat: Real World/ Road Rules Challenge - Speculation (Spoilers)

I know molds didn't say anything about this, but I did see that the first elimination is Camila vs. Emilee. They were 2 captains. Just throwing that out there.

They are also two rookies which I think is the deciding factor why they are sent in.

And least physical of their respective teams.

I am not saying it is for sure, I am just throwing it out there as an option. Plus how would you know they are the least physical?? We don't know that at all.

Well we havent really seen them compete in a challenge (spring break doesnt really count compared to the real challenges) so I wont judge based on that just yet.

So.. Camila goes into at least 3, as of now (and loses the 3rd one). It's nice to see that she is recieving the proper treatment of being a rookie. I am glad that she is surviving some Gulags. I wouldn't mind seeing her (or Emily) win a couple, as rookies.

And not because of his alliances ect. but because he hasn't been in an elimination round since like the Inferno 3 . So it really shouldn't be a surprise if it's true.

So are we leaning towards an Abram vs Derrick final gulag? If so this challenge is gonna be one of the best yet. im so excited.

Who said anything about Abram vs Derrick final Gulag? I sure didnt so don't quote me as if I did. I only said if rumors are true that Derrick doesnt make it...

I'd be extremely surprised to see Derrick lose actually. What does not going into an elimination have to do with how well a person competes? So if someone like Landon didn't go into an elimination round for awhile he becomes weak? Well Landon took a few years off, went into an elimination round, lost, and came back and won his next challenge with only Carley to depend on. Just an example. I don't understand how Derrick is "weak"...he still is a key factor in every mission he competes in, which is a huge reason as to why he doesn't see elimination rounds. Why would they give up one of their best players like that? Derrick isfar from weak and if he did get eliminated in that last Gulag, I'd only be surprised if the person wasn't Abram because I can't see anybody else beating him.

At least Katie can hold her own on some terms, I can't see Emilee doing say at all.

But if anyone did eliminate Derrick (I don't think he did get eliminated),my guess is that it would probably be Tyler or Luke that got him.

You really think Luke could have beaten him though? I mean yeah it could've been a puzzle, but other than that I don't think Luke would stand a chance lol. Tyler, maybe. Looks like he's a bigger guy this time around, but I'm not sure.

Don't under estimate luke, the guy is quick as **** and if the gulag has a speed one, he could probably take anyone out.

Molds, do you know any names of anyone who was an alternate for this challenge? Curious about Raquel, and others.

If we're talking about Derrick then I'd say Derrick's quicker than Luke, but Luke's faster. There's a big difference, speed is good if you have to run past someone, but quickness is very key because you are able to move around the person easier and are also more agile. I'm very aware smaller people can beat larger people, like in this case Eric losing to Luke, but Luke is quicker AND faster than Eric (unless it was the puzzle elimination). But in my opinion Derrick (quickness+strength) would beat Luke (speed).

I think he's actually had noticeable size gains between all hi challenges, between the Duel and Gauntlet 3, and between Gauntlet 3 and now.

I actually would be really surprised if Derrick got beat by anyone other than Abram or maybe Brad. I've just been pulling your chain on who I think could possibly or could've possibly beaten Derrick ( Luke, Chet, Tyler, Dan ect. ) because I know you're a fan of Derrick. However, I do agree with Entropy on the fact that Derrick has lost a step or two possibly and an upset in any elimination round can happen no matter who is going against each other. But yeah, I would be surprised if Derrick didn't make the Final. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you though. Maybe PM Molds and ask her to tell you if Derrick made the Final or not because you can bet your bottom dollar she probably knows. I actually thought it was quite obvious that I was pulling your chain a little, LOL. I mean, Tyler beating Derrick in something physical ?? LOL

On another note, as much as I like Derrick, at this point in the challenge I think any of the guys remaining, including Luke could possibly beat him. It would just depend on the type of elimination round.

I do accept that fact though, that Derrick could get upset, but I just don't think it's likely. And liek i stated above, while his age and physicality may be starting to take their tole on him, I think he's in a better mindset nowadays with more motivation to win. That's just how I think though. Oh, and trust me, I've tried a few times to get Molds to crack, she's holding her ground strong though. And at this point, come the revealing of the final Gulag, I could eat those words.

Age shouldn't be a factor for Derrick. He's 27/28 now? He should actually be in his physical peak. If he takes care of himself he could do challenges for another ten year (Mark Long anyone) Same goes for a lot of these vets. I know they've been on TV for close to a decade but a lot of them were 19/20 when that started. They're all still very young from a health and fitness standpoint.

All these threads about Derrick being eliminated, which I don't believe. Because I am pretty sure the Gray Team wouldn't throw Abram in.. they will throw the weaker male which is Luke. To me it makes sense like that. Derrick will kill Luke. Derrick = Abram Derrick > Brad, Luke, Tyler, rest of challenger males.

[/QUOTE] You're right, Derrick's 27 now, so I'd love to see him on tv for another 10 years...but times have changed so I don't see it happening. Especially now that he's a new father, he's gonna have to take a break and just be a regular father for awhile. But to stay on topic, I think so far, all the eliminations will be fun to watch: -Emilee vs. Camil- like watching newcomers compete, shows what they've got -Derek vs. Brandon- same as above, plus Brandon showed potential on FM -Mandi vs. Cara Maria- FM2 girls battling it out and we get to see CM compete -JD vs. Brandon- Brandon continues to prove himself, another newcomer to view -Vinny vs. Eric- If this is physical, it should be intense -Ayiiia vs. Katie- Katie:heart: and newcomer Ayiiia competes 1 vs. 1 -Eric vs Luke- hope this is physical and Luke takes Big Easy out -Katie vs. Camila- This won't be fun to watch at all... -Ty vs. Brandon- Brandon embarrasses Ty? This should be gooood I think it'll be interesting to see who takes out Melinda, I'm hoping for Emily, Jenn, or Laurel. And the next elimination revealed is the tricky one where Laurel and Paula were both placed at one point, hmm...
