Fresh Meat 2: Kenny Santucci

I'll put it like this, there's two strong differences: The three of them have this kind of condescending humor where they make fun of people. With Kenny and Evan you can tell that they are joking and and not serious about it, whereas Johnny comes off as an jerk because he berates people past their tolerance point. It comes off as simply being mean because he's not actually funny. Also, Kenny and Evan seem stable while, Johnny is insecure which causes him to get emotional and angry when things aren't working out how he likes it. He blows a gasket and becomes an ******* to people.

In that house, you get bored, and any guy that wants to start pranks on people, including me, is a friend of mine, lol. I've hung out with kenny on and outside of challenges, in reality hes a great guy, extremely hospitable, they type of guy who picks up the check, even when its a bunch of guys, lol. Yea hes says a bunch of stuff thats mean, but you have to admit its funny, and he really doesnt mean it, were just jokin around havin a good time. Hes really a great guy, and did you all not see my amazing retaliation on the great TP fight of fresh meat II?

Kenny seemed to have an easier time with the obstacle course than Laurel. Yes, she is a really strong partner to have but it's not like he is holding Laurel back. He has been at least keeping pace with her throughout FM2 so I don't see how you can claim Kenny to be any weaker than Laurel. Landon and Darrell may be better than him but that doesn't make Kenny bad. No matter how good Laurel is if Kenny wasn't able to keep up with her they would have never done as well as they have.

I think benz was trying to say that Laurel holds Kenny back the least, and thus appears stronger because he can show more of what he's capable of.

His jokes can be 'mean' if you take everything literal and personal, but it's what production wants and he gives it. He provides great sound bites, adds entertainment to the show, & that is why he keeps getting the invite back. Although he'd probably tell ya it's because he is Mr. Beautiful ;)

Thanks for your input Emilee and Noor. It's always nice to hear about people outside of the reality TV environment from people who actually know them. ;)

Kenny is one of my favorite people to watch - he at the very least is always entertaining - he says something in every episode that you have to laugh at. Reading this thread from the beginning I have to laugh - everyone is talking about how he isn't a good competitor (or at least not in the top 5, etc) but somehow once again he is there to the end.

and this time without Evan or Jonny, and with almost more than half the house against him at one point.

NONE of the stuff he says is funny to me and he may be a good guy in person. But he's just irritating to me on the challenges. Oh and I was suprised to learn that you have asthma(spelling?) I had it too but I grew out of it (I think).

Someone told me that Kenny and Trisha (Sydney) dated a while back, is this true/was it ever confirmed?

I recall a convo on this board refering to JEk doing the sydney shuffle...so I don't know if dated would be the right word. I think in the backstage exclusive for the island Robin said he slept with Trisha and Shauvon.
