I think this cast isn't as bad as most people make it out to be. There are a lot of fresh faces, and even the apparent Veterans team has a plethora of players that still seem as if they are new to the challenges. I think that without the usual Kenny or Evan (so far), this challenge may perhaps give birth to a new set of people and alliances to dominate the challenges to come. Maybe I am being a tad bit too hopeful, but this cast thus far has potential to contribute something new to the challenges.

[B]Derek[/B] & [B]JD[/B] - How much both drama will cause on their teams. (Derek seems like he'll be sneaky and JD seems like he'll be a **** to everyone.)

[B]Vinny[/B] - Will he be everyones puppet and just tag along with the strongest alliance, then get screwed.
[B]Brandon[/B] - If he will step up as a leader (he kind of has those qualitites) and will he hook-up with Melinda to upset Danny off (Okay, jk :x)

Rookie team looks stronger than Veteran team. The only challenge with rookies and vets that both have an equal amount of good players was The Gauntlet 2 on both teams you had strong players. Im glad aiyiiia is on here she's pretty cool, Looks like some of the people who did challenges in the past wont or cant do them anymore and not they went downhill since The Gauntlet 2. What do you mean why are there so many people from Cancun? There's three. RW Austin had 5 on Gauntlet 3. RR Extreme had 5 of Battle of the sexes 2, etc.

I'm not sure if the rookie team is stronger than the veterans but, if this is in fact the format of this challenge, I get the feeling that the rookies will put up one **** of a fight and will give the veterans a run for their money. Veteran males might seem stronger than the rookies but the rookie girls look a lot stronger and better athletes than the veteran girls which should make things really interesting. BTW, just because we haven't seen Aiiiya or Emilee in a challenge before doesn't mean that they can't be athletic. For example, I haven't seen Emily from DC in a challenge before but I know she's into sports and is very athletic so I think she will be a good competitor and probably one of the strongest girls.

That's exactly my point. We know Emily from DC is athletic...Emilee and Ayiiia, from what we've seen have been really high maintenance! Now, granted, that they'll have Laurel, and Mandi who did prove herself...but it only takes 1 weaklink to bring down the whole team.
let's say two or three challenges down the line they bring Kenny or Evan back and see how long they stay in the game. I am basing this on how all old school vets like Coral, Veronica, Syrus, etc. are like born again rookies (credit to Veronica lol) and usually never make it to the finals.

Mandi and Laurel have proven that they are strong and Emily from RW DC is athletic. You haven't seen Aiyiiia or Emilee compete and by their looks they look athletic to a certain degree. I dont think you have said something I agree with in your last 2 posts.
Melinda is NOT weak, she was one of the stronger girls on gauntlet 3 no doubt, and she wasnt around long enough of Fresh Meat to get a good grasp on how well she could do, especially with a partner like Ryan. I think she is way more athletic than Katie and Jenn who you didnt even mention.
Paula is also not a weak competitor, yeah shes not the strongest but she has made it to the end of 3 challenges of the 6 she competed in, she has done pretty well for herself.
If you were going to say weak people on the veteran girl side it would be Katie(who hasnt provided any real good drama for a long time), and Shauvon(who could do well possibly).
Now I also wouldnt judge a book by its cover. Emilee and Ayiiia may "look" athletic because they are skinny or whatnot, but that doesnt mean anything, they could turn out to be very weak. Theresa is also a weak competitor. Everyone keeps saying that Cara Maria is strong or whatever but she cant be that athletic if she lost to Jillian.
Overall the Veteran girls are more likely to dominate the rookies.

Sure The Veterans get a great start and they cause hype in the Challenge but overall Team Blue has won every single time on any Gauntlet season. Gauntlet 1 Road Rules won,Gauntlet 2 Rookies won, Guantlet 3 again Rookies won. Laurel,Emily and Mandi who I think is strong, and when I say strong I dont mean like Laurel,Ev,Rachel strong but she is strong. Those Three could take out any grl on The Veteran team. Face it the Veteran team looks dry.

Indeed. That's why I think the rookies have a fair shot. The veterans have several weak links that the rookies don't have to deal with. Shauvon, Katie and maybe Melinda are all weak links to me and the veterans don't have any girl as strong as arguably Laurel, Cara Maria and probably Emily. The best veteran girls (arguably Tori and Sarah) are average at best.

Out of those three, it was only G2 where the Rookies were actually dominant. G3 was the epitome of things going awry. That's kind of why I like that Eric is on this challenge as well as I know they'll play that angle. Hopefully the vets win.

Mandi was pathetic in FM2 and the only reason she didn't look like it in the Exile is because Wes was even more pathetic.
As my least favorite "character" of all time from any season ever, I hope everyone is wrong about Emily and I hope she gets her *** handed to her in the very first elimination by someone like Sarah.

Some people have their twitter/myspace/facebook accounts handled by others when they are away on Challenges or other business. It's not an immediate indicator of being eliminated from a Challenge.

tbh I can't see Emily causing any drama. I suspect she'll be as competitive as Emily from RR and she'll perform very well since she seems to be a physically strong woman, but can I see her causing such drama like Emily did? I can't. I just have a lot of faith in Emily that she will be a really great competitor.

What I love about this cast, is the feeling of fresh new blood. It feels like a brand new group, and a lot of new drama, and a lot of new enemies. I smell a Veronica vs Katie fight soon.
