Grrr...So, after several weeks of no new episodes, I wasn't all too crazy about this one. First of all WHAT THE heck with Teddy and Owen?! Please don't go there please don't go there please don't go there. For crying out loud she's starting to have a thing with Mark, and haven't we already explored this almost-attraction-will-they-wont-they thing this season? Yeah, I thought we moved past it too. The stories were boring...Alex is being a jerk to a woman he is sleeping with (not new), Callie still wants a baby and oh! there's one right there! And Christina is chasing after the latest surgeon like a puppy...again. Not trying to be all Debbie Downer but dang I thought this season started out pretty good, but just when it gained momentum and I was starting to have faith in the show, they have way too many gaps between new episodes (so it's hard to stay interested) and nothing is happening. It's like the season hit a wall about when Little Sloane showed up. I know I'll finish out this season, as I've stuck it out this long and there are only a few episodes left, but I don't see myself being interested enough to stick around for Season 7. And where was Bailey?
It's like the season hit a wall about when Little Sloane showed up.
I could care less about the little Sloan tangent. I didn't even really pay attention to it this week (which meant I missed about half the episode.) Alex, who I thought was going to become a better version of himself is right back where he was 3 seasons ago. Derek is just an *******. I like Teddy, but not with Owen. I wasn't interested at all in the Callie baby thing. Pretty much a wasted week. This season did have a great start, but the wind was sucked out of the show with weeks of repeats, followed by a new episode, followed be weeks of repeats. Really we have seen a changing of the guard (as expected) and now the show pretty much revolves around the cast that wasn't there when the show premiered with the long timers like The Cheif, Bailey, Mer, Alex, Christina etc, getting bit parts (with two leads quitting and one fired.)
