To be honest, the only thing amazing about Cancun was the house. Cancun definitely had the best house in all 23 season. My top 5 would be... 1. Cancun 2. Key West 3. Hawaii 4. Las Vegas 5. Back to New York I don't like when they transform studios or like wherehouses into the houses like Hollywood or Seattle or Austin. I loved when they turn actual houses into MTV looking cribs. New Orleans was a beautiful house as well as the chateu from Paris.
omg the Hollywood house annoyed me. That entrance was hideous, the rooms sucked, and it was just....horrible. lol
The Austin house is now a restaurant and an office building.
omg the cancun house? really? that house was to bland, I mean sure it would be cool to live in a hotel resort in cancun for 4 months but compared to some of the other houses in the past I'd say no... Best Houses: 1. New Orleans - on the outside it looked like it could be a normal house, that a rich person would own...but on the inside it was crazy...it was one of the few houses that looked like a normal house, and wasn't to over the top... 2. Philadelphia - go look up that house, and tell me its not perfect or the best... 3. Las Vegas - like the Cancun house but better, and ur on the 28th floor overlooking all of las vegas... 4. Denver - similar in the philly house in the fact that it was huge and had so many luxury items, plus the outdoorsy theme was cool and different from real world houses. 5. Paris - A chateau...c'mon?? Worst Houses: 1. Austin - this house was so gross looking, the only thing cool about it was the shag room, and the outside of it looked cool...but with the constant girly colors all over the house I don't see how many man could of appreciated truly appreciated living there...even the guys room that season was purple...no manly colors at all in that house, and it looked gross, compared to other seasons before it looked like alot of the interior decorating was like only sub par, like they hardly put any artwork up that is part of what makes the real world house, also you could still tell it was a former warehouse to me it looked like a grocery store or something on lsd... 2. Sydney - I was re-watching this season and all of its great moments...and I realized that... without a doubt this has to be the smallest house ever...ever notice how just about every scene in the house takes place in the kitchen...? Even that looked small from what I could see....and it also had all these corny boost mobile ads all over the house...I was like *** 3. Key West - except for the outside it was pretty boring, I except more originality it looks like a 40 year old who has never even watched the real world did all of the decorating... 4. Hollywood - That is hardly a house at all 5. Paris - I expect them to do more with a chateau than to just paint a really cool ear on the wall in the phone room...compared to the houses before this one was pretty boring...
Well idk why they dont use the same interior designers the used for the bcg house

Cancun's house looked like throwup. I'd hate to wake up to that every morning, the jelly fish tank was cool. Sydney, Philly, and New Orleans were my favorite houses. I think Philly was was the absolute best.
The LA, London & Miami houses were pretty good actually.
My top favorites were New Orleans and Philly; however, I also enjoy the houses in Seattle, Hawaii, Chicago, and Brooklyn.
There is 2 more episodes left in DC and a reunion show of course. I think there aren't anymore surprises, this season was kinda boring I feel there were people who didn't live up to the experience or maybe they just didnt show it on TV. I give props mainly to Callie and Emily becuz they seem like they really wanted to be there. All the others remind me of other people from previous seasons.

I liked Callie but I would have rather seen a legit overweight person on the show...I feel her weight struggles, while valid, just didn't appeal to me as much as someone actively trying to lose weight would have. Overall, I'm just sad they didn't pick real activists to put on the season...instead, they casted people who they could have put in another city not taking into account the special types of people they could have casts for a DC season: a wannabe journalist, a blogger, a Tea Party member or someone from a 3rd political party affliation, real activists, etc. It's like they forgot the DC theme by casting singers and other people who just didn't belong in the cast.

So according to MTV the top 5 real world locations are pretty good and stick to Real World originality by being "Real". But I've only seen the Vegas season. :D Top 5 Real World Locations Of All Time (Well, According To Us) MTV Remote Control Blog
What are everyone's top 10 favorite "storylines"??? We have a lot to choose from! 1. pedro's illness. i think everything about him on that season was so interesting. i actually really liked his relationship with rachel and how it developed. his wedding was also a great episode. was it the first gay wedding shown on tv? 2. ruthie's alcoholism. really hard to watch but very touching to see everyone root for her and want to help. 3. tonya's kidney stones. annoying drama. interesting tho! 4. danny and paul's relationship and danny struggling with dont ask dont tell. 5. joey's addiction. very sad and touching. 6. steven and trishelle's pregnancy scare. 7. ryan learning he was being called back to iraq. this was one of the few times i actually cried watching this show. 8. julie making friends with the homeless girl and eventually spending the night with her under the bridge. it was also kind of sad when she ends up not seeing her again. 9. julie coming out of her shell through out the season and standing up to her father when he goes to visit her in new orleans. it was pretty interesting to see her learning different aspects about people's lives. 10. the hurricaine in key west. one of the realest moments on the entire series. pretty scary!

And if you notice, the majority of these all occurred before 2004...when the show's quality really began to diminish.

I like that list Ruben, but Trishelles and Stevens pergnancy scare wasn't something memorable in my opinion. Another moment from Key West was Paula's goodbye letter in the finale, it was sad.
Why are Trishelle and Steven key casties for Las Vegas? It should be Trishelle and Arissa... Paula's goodbye letters are one of my favorite moments in RW history...
I agree Salt with Arissa and Trishelle. I didn't really like Steven, he was my least favorite male on that season.
I kinda always thought Steven was closeted. Something about him sets off my gaydar, I dunno. I liked Trishelle in the kinda of, love to hate her, way.
I kinda always thought Steven was closeted. Something about him sets off my gaydar, I dunno.
Yep, he set my gaydar off as well! As far as I'm concerned, Steven is (still) a closeted man :/
I don't think he's gay. He may have been a little curious at some point, but not full gay.
I don't think he Liberaces it up or anything but I bet he has experimented
Yep, he set my gaydar off as well! Seems to me like it was a little bit idk forced, like he was trying to cover something up...He also hardly hooked up with any girls, and I've never remember him in the past ever dating anyone...he also turned down trishelle...lol lol
