And the women's pursuit team upset the Canadians!
Was that to get into the quarter finals or the finals? Where are you looking up results? I'm pretty much sticking with ESPN and NBC.
Ohno is a hurdler! Awesome!
Was that to get into the quarter finals or the finals? Where are you looking up results? I'm pretty much sticking with ESPN and NBC.
Semifinals. The results were on the link you just gave me :)
Where are you looking up results? I'm pretty much sticking with ESPN and NBC.
...but I get lost in the long lists...hehe. I wish there was a place that told me what was happening live in sequence.
Semifinals. The results were on the link you just gave me :)
But it won't load! I just saw the title, posted the link, came back and didn't get a chance to read it. Ahhhh! (The other link.) Ok...thanks. :D
Is short track skating near live, or has all this stuff already happened? Edit: This should be near live from the schedule on ESPN.
Is short track skating near live, or has all this stuff already happened?
Umm...hasn't happened yet. Men's 500m is at 7:15.
Umm...hasn't happened yet. Men's 500m is at 7:15.
Men's 500m quarters heat 1: 9:00 PM ET. Olympic Sports Schedule
3 Koreans, 3 Canadians, and Ohno. Should be an interesting skate.
Men's 500m quarters heat 1: 9:00 PM ET. Olympic Sports Schedule
Oh...on Vancouver's website it says the finals are at 19:14. I don't really care about the semis, just when the good stuff happens :D
3 Koreans, 3 Canadians, and Ohno. Should be an interesting skate.
I'd be happy if he got bronze (even though he is the defending champion.) He seems to be one step behind the Koreans. p.s. I'm guessing the ET feed [strike]is about 6 minutes behind (so close to live.)[/strike] The women are live w/ a 9:14 ET start time.
Looks like the Swedes upset the Canadians in women's curling in extra frames.
Looks like the Swedes upset the Canadians in women's curling in extra frames.
[strike]NICE![/strike] Awww...well, it was surely a well played match and the better team won.
That is huge. The US might not be out of the Gold medal race... (Although we are still a long shot.) Going into today: [via]
We are not projected to win another one (well, we are projected .6 of a gold medal.) Yet, we have two chances in team pursuit, still have Bode on the hill tomorrow, have hockey, the best heats in 4 man bobsled and a pretty good short track skater coming up. We could break this open!
Just watching Ohno rock back in forth as he sat contemplating his next skate. I kind of miss sitting in cold folding chairs, waiting for your opponent and knowing you have to win to advance. Such is the reality of individual, head to head sports. And at the same time, I think those butterflies took 10 years off my life. ;)
APOLLO! Ok...I know the name of my next cat, should he win gold. Edit: Zeus had issues with the "next cat" statement. What I meant to say is Apollo would be a great name for a cat. :D
BTW: I will admit to a certain cat naming "strategy" being I've had four and (under sometimes heavy protest) their names have been: Bacchus, Osiris, Jupiter and Zeus, hehe.
Uh...the Canadian in the 4 spot is HOT.
And the Canadian Judge disqualifies Ohno....go figure.
BTW: I will admit to a certain cat naming "strategy" being I've had four and (under sometimes heavy protest) their names have been: Bacchus, Osiris, Jupiter and Zeus, hehe.
I used to have a cat named Isis!
****, the driver for the US 2nd bobsled is sexy too!!
OH MAN!! I can't believe he missed that shot...
Hahaha, great joke by Jimmy Fallon. "How would **** Button's name appear in a phone book?"
And the Canadian Judge disqualifies Ohno....go figure.
Yeah that was a bunch of BS. Now I want to beat the Canadians in every event we have left. Specifically men's hockey! I want a blood bath boys!!
It is time. This will decide who actually won the entire winter Olympics.
Gooooooaaaaaalllllllllll!!!!!
Zach parise in the clutch!!!!! The former lowell devil!! Go usa!!!!
GOOOOOOAAALLLLLL!!! Now it's down to OT! Keep it up boys, no regrets!
