This picture also makes it pretty clear that where the Heroes lose the first IC is at the puzzle, where Jerri, Sandra, Rob and Randy make up ground on Rupert, Amanda, Cirie and Sugar:

SU has stated that unlike last time, he believes Sandra gets some votes thrown her way this time.
He said that at the 10 year party, most of the Survivor alumni were telling a particular person "I am hearing great things about you, congrats!" When someone rebutted that if people were congratulating Sandra, they could have just been going off the Sucks bootlist. SU said about half of the Survivor alum do not visit Sucks, especially the pre-*** players who would be more likely to congratulate Sandra. He said with All Star seasons, the cast runs their mouth and that's where it filters back to.
From the looks of the puzzle, it's not the same as the simple compass one from Cook Islands. It looks more like the one from Tocantins (I think the final 4).
Sandra is getting in on the action between Richard & Russell, and in addition to posting this:

She asked Richard to concede that she is at least the best female player ever:
SURVIVOR SANDRA DIAZ-TWINE TO RICHARD: SO YOUR THE TALK OF TOWN AS ALWAYS, U AND RUSSELL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHOS THE BEST HMMMM, SO WHAT MAKES A SURVIVOR A GREAT SURVIVOR? AND THANKS FOR THE SHOUT OUT ON THE RED CARPET, LUVED IT...SASSY SANDRA THE GREATEST SURVIVOR FEMALE PLAYER OF ALL TIME, CAN I AT LEAST HAVE THAT TITLE, MR. GREATEST
Seems very confident in her chances of victory.
I found where some of the banter started, underneath that "To Richard" comment I posted above, that she posted on Richard's wall, Stephen Fishbach from Tocantins responded:
Stephen Fishbach That's pretty amazing. Best ever and he's never even won the game! I guess winning a jury vote has nothing to do with the game of Survivor. Someone should inform Mark Burnett.
Richard Hatch Some of Russell's fans are blinded by... well, ummm... actually, I'm not sure what they're blinded by. :-)
Stephen Fishbach He's an amazing player for sure - and also a great TV character. He might be as inventive strategically and logistically as Mr. Hatch himself. But he's got to win a jury vote.... I would love to see the Hatch/Hantz/Diaz-Twine face-off.
In response to the Hatch/Hantz/D-T face-off, Russell said this:
Russell Hantz I AM ALL FOR THAT BRING IT ON STEPHEN LOL
Russell Hantz AND SANDRA IF YOU WANT TO JOIN FOR A QUITK VACATION COME ON !! I WILL GIVE YOU ONE !! ;)
(quick vacation insinuating that he will vote her out fast)
She responded with:
Sandra Diaz-Twine russell id be afraid if i were you, if you got put out there again the only way you would last past the first vote is if your tribe won, thats the only way PLAYER
Then she wrote on Russell's wall:
Sandra Diaz-Twine WHAT UP SUCKA, SO YOU WANNA TAKE ME ON A VACATION
He responded:
Russell Hantz LOL SURE I WILL YOU KNOW ME ;)
Well, I found it interesting that the EXIF data was completely off.
Anyway, I also found this interesting in Jeff's blog.
Russell made an interesting comment: ”I’m the best to ever play this game and now I get to prove it.” How do you feel about the idea behind his cocky declaration? Do you believe that the winner of this season will go down as the ”best to ever play?” Or will the winner of this season simply be ”the winner of Heroes vs Villains.” There are so many factors that go into someone winning this game that I often wonder if you can ever truly declare someone the best. I will say that to win this season you will have to play one helluva game. Nobody is going to win by coattailing it. No chance that kind of behavior will be rewarded. Playing an ”under the radar game” is different than riding somebody’s coattails.
I don't think there will be too many people that will be quick to say that Sandra is one of the "best people ever" to pay this game. It's like Jeff is warning us in advance that she is going to play an under the radar game and that it's not what it looks like - which will be riding coattails.
It's funny, you pick up on so many different things having read the spoilers :p
This is what most piqued my interest in the Probst blog:
Boston Rob and Sandra led the villains to victory by leading them through the puzzle. Period. They’re both scrappy players and scrappy will be the key to winning this season.

This is what most piqued my interest in the Probst blog:
Haha, I hadn't made it that far yet ;) but that was also a very interesting part.

If Sandra wins this game twice (and that would be a perfect record for her, Parv wont have a perfect record even if she wins) it will be hard to not call Sandra the "best player". No matter how she plays the game she will become the best player (or maybe second best, Rich has to stay number one!)
People call Amanda the "best player" just for making it to the finals twice, so if Sandra wins twice...just imagine.
Jeff also says this
"Boston Rob and Sandra led the villains to victory by leading them through the puzzle. Period. They’re both scrappy players and scrappy will be the key to winning this season", Not only is that a hint Sandra wins, but he is also saying Sandra is a player just like Rob, Is Rob UTR as well then? I dont think thats the case, and I dont think Sandra will be UTR.

I don't think she's the best player ever. I think there are people who have played better. Just my opinion. Everyone's got a different one. I guarantee Jeff Probst won't consider her the best player ever. I think (and granted, we haven't seen the game play out yet) that right now Sandra will be considered the winner of Heroes vs Villains and that's it.
Compared to the rest of the people left in the game at the final 4 and their previous game play versus Sandra's, I think that Sandra definitely could get away with flying under the radar. It looks like she made a good alliance though.

If Jeff called Amanda the best player for just getting to the end twice, how can he not call Sandra the best player for winning twice? Rich couldn't even win his second time.
Sandra will be known as the winner of Heroes vs. Villains AND Pearl Islands, dont forget she will be a two time winner.
I mean this all goes for Parv as well. However the Parv haters will have some say being Parv was voted off before, and again the riggage by Erika Shay for Parv as well hurts her.
I'm watching Pearl Islands as i write this and Sandra i think deserves a lot more credit than people are giving her. You are also assuming she will play UTR and i think your a wrong in thinking that. Sandra may ride coattails but she will not be UTR doing it lol. I also don't know who's coattails Sandra will be riding considering her alliance is out by the time the merge rolls around as well.

Because Jeff is an idiot and he thinks with his *****.
I know she will be a two time winner. I was referring to the quote that Jeff said: will the winner be considered the best ever, or will they just be considered the winner of Heroes vs Villains?
Rich didn't win in a season where the winners were targeted and were 4 of the first 6 to leave the game. I don't believe that the winners are being targeted this time around at all. A lot of people said that "I think people are more likely to bring a winner along because they've already won and no way would they give a person a million dollars twice."
I'm not saying that Sandra doesn't deserve credit. She did win after all (even if it was against Lil, one of the worst final 2 people EVER). But I do not consider her one of the best winners. I might change my judgment after seeing how this season plays out, but as of right now? Nah.
Sugar has made comments that lead strong credibility to the theory that Erika Shay set up the Parvati/Russell alliance before the game began (from zap2it):
On Russell and what anybody knew before the season started:
Certain people might have inside people who might know more about what's really going on and they're best friends with people... It's life, it's "Survivor," it's Hollywood. People did know certain things [coughsParvaticoughs].

That's exactly who I was thinking of. She made some comments in an interview during the show that seemed like she knew more about Russell --
Yeah. Well, all they told us, the common players, was that Russell was on the last season, he obviously did something important or big enough for them to bring him back and when he was placed on the Villains team we knew he was a villain and probably went really far in the game. But some other people maybe knew some things...
[At this point, the interview is cut off by CBS]
This tweet from a crew member to Erika that I posted September 13, was indeed a message from Parvati:
@erikalynnshay I have a message I was instructed to give you. When you go to the airport later this week, bring Coldstone, and Jack. Copy?
In this interview, Parvati states one of her favorite post-Survivor foods is Coldstone ice cream.
The muddy sumo challenge is the episode 3 immunity challenge. TDT has the explanation -- an immunity idol can be seen when Rupert is cheering, and Randy is in the challenge, so we know it has to be episode 3, because the block challenge is the ep. 2 IC.
They also think slip 'n slide is episode 3 reward, because of the amount of ****** hair Colby has.
I'm really interested to see how the heroes alliances shake down next episode. We have the CBS press release stating
IN ONE OF THE MOST EXPLOSIVE TRIBAL COUNCILS EVER, SECRETS AND STRATEGIES ARE REVEALED AS TEMPERS FLARE, AND A HEATED ARGUMENT THREATENS TO TEAR THE WHOLE TRIBE APART, ON "SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS," THURSDAY, FEB. 18
"It's Getting the Best of Me" - Backstabbing and dissention run rampant in one tribe as a castaway reveals that old grudges die hard and makes a move to put a former ally on the chopping block. Meanwhile, one Villain pushes so hard to provide for the tribe that he passes out cold, on SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS, Thursday, Feb. 18 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network
I am not sure of any "old grudges," but the former allies are obvious -- Amanda/James/Cirie and Tom/Stephenie.
My guess is that since Stephenie declined a spot in the Micronesia/Candice alliance, when she finds out she's a target, she tries to see if the alliance offer is still on the table and tries to throw Tom under the bus?
The main thing that confuses me is we have been told JT and Rupert ran the heroes and left Colby out, and that Colby was alligned with Tom and Stephenie. But JT's main relationships were shown to be Tom and James episode 1, and he harped on getting Cirie out since pregame. I think its pretty obvious that Rupert alligns with Micronesia/Candice, but I can't figure out if JT hops in with them.
The spoilers on the dynamics of the heroes tribe could be wrong since it seems all the sources are coming from the villains, so who knows.
Oh, I didn't even see the stills for the 2nd IC!! Good work Sean.
EDIT: Schmergenball for the 2nd RC could make a lot of sense with Rob's collapsing back at camp.
New to forum ... not really a spoiler, but a clarification ... Dalton Ross reveals that Stephane competed twice in first reward challenge .. first time popping out her shoulder slapping the mat in victory. It was really a competition to 5 ... and she went out and competed again after getting having the shoulder popped back in. Explains all of the timestamp confusion on the cameras discussed earlier ... or is this too obvious to point out?

No, not at all. I had no idea. Thanks for pointing that out!
YouTube - Survivor Heroes vs. Villains - Episode 2 Full Promo
The block challenge is played in male/female pairs. Rupert, Randy and Courtney sit out.
Heroes pairs:
Amanda & James
Cirie & JT
Stephenie & Colby
Candice & Tom
Villains pairs:
Parvati & Russell
Danielle & Rob
Sandra & Tyson
Jerri & Coach
I think it looks like a relay race so I don't think they are assigned one specific team to go up against. But Cirie, JT, Danielle and Rob start the race.
Parvati takes a tough face hit against the corner of the block because of the way Russell is pushing it.
Per SU:
Sandra "gets loud" with a few people. Courtney talks a lot of ******
The Coacherri showmance will carry on throughout the show, but it hasn't gone further than Samoa
Danielle gets herself voted out as previously stated
Tom is mistakenly focused on eliminating Cirie when he could have used his idol more wisely as a weapon
If JT didn't do whatever it is that he did when he was voted out, he would have stayed, and the Heroes may have had the numbers.
In episode 2, Rob is dehydrated, he believes Stephenie competes in slip n slide so that would be next episode.
Also, Danielle's socks go missing (via Russell). Courtney & Sandra tag team Coach at a tribal council and get him to shut the **** up.
missyae weighing in on the Parvati/Erika/Russell controversy...I'm not really sure what he's getting at unless he's saying Erika took Parvati to Samoa before HVV started. There actually were a couple beach pictures of Erika and Parvati from early summer and some people commented it might have been Erika taking Parvati to scout out the location ahead of time. But the pictures were from June-ish if I remember, which season 19 didn't start filming until June 11. Plus I don't see how Erika could take Parvati to Samoa to meet Russell because its not like they could hide it from production -- unless production encouraged it. They won't fire Erika for this because it ended up working out and taking their golden child to the end.
Arsenio Hall would say - things that make you go hmmm. How did this Evil Alliance get formed to start with? How much did she already know about him? How did he know he could trust her? Samoa was the place to be last summer! Why did she say - making a deal with the devil. Why did Sugar say Why have a few other players made the statements they have about this Evil Alliance. Why would CBS tell its players to not comment on this story? I bet they are really happy Sandra won because if Parv had won - with all of these questions..... Yeah OooO - I know you already know all of this - but you dont know all that I know about it.
Next episode's blurb:
ONE TOUGH VILLAIN HAS THE WHOLE TRIBE ON EDGE AS EVERYONE SETS THEIR SIGHTS ON A VERY DANGEROUS ALLIANCE, ON "SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS," THURSDAY, FEB. 25 "That Girl is Like a Virus" - One of the most powerful women in the game targets a worthy adversary and gets aggressive in her efforts to oust an immediate threat, on SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS, Thursday, Feb. 25 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
The dangerous alliance refers to the Coach/Jerri/Randy/Tyson and the other 6 coming together to combat them. Jerri is the aggressive and powerful woman and is trying to get rid of Parvati. The previews for next episode have Parvati calling Jerri a bitter old couger, and Jerri saying she wants to punch Parvati in the face.
The episode will end with 6 votes against Randy -- from Courtney, Sandra, Rob, Russell, Parvati and Danielle -- and 4 votes against Parvati -- from Jerri, Tyson, Coach and Randy.
More talking in circles from missyae about the ES/PS/RH scandal:
Whater - lol - annadoop - it does not take much to be superior to you. All it requires is a first grade education. I understand it was probably the toughest 3 years of your life but some of made it without any problems. I understand why you just sit here and wait for those who are superior to you to bring you info. You have no research skills and no people skills to get close enough to the story to find the truth. Take this and go to work and see what you can find out - 5 players so far from season 20 want this story to come out. The real story - not what you have seen posted at realityblurred.com - That guy did such a bangup job he got canned from doing the exit interviews. The upcoming boots have been warned by CBS on what NOT to discuss. Thats a lot of smoke for there not to be a fire.
I wish that the producers could just let the game play fairly. Stop giving certain people advantages! Also, is it really fair that almost half of these women have a bff in casting?
From the previews, for the sumo challenge:
Sandra and Courtney sit out
Tom vs. Russell (Tom wins?)
JT vs. Tyson (JT wins?
Candice vs. Parvati (Candice wins?)
Colby vs. Rob (Colby wins)
James vs. Randy (James wins)
Rupert vs. Coach (Coach wins?)
Danielle vs. Amanda (Danielle wins?)
Cirie vs. Jerri (Jerri wins?)
On an interesting note - Rob vs. Colby will be a rematch from All Stars in the same challenge where Richard rubbed his richard against Sue. In that challenge, Rob hit the water first, but Probst mistakenly called it as a Rob victory.
