wow haha, **** blockers in the house
I enjoyed this episode! I actually liked Andrew this time...he annoyed me on the first episode. I really enjoyed the part where they went to the gay bar, it made me love Mike and how nervous he was. I just wanted to reach through the TV and hug him. So far so good...fingers crossed it stays that way!
It has always annoyed me how they peep on each other hooking up. Like in Cancun when the girls were crawling on the floor around that 'douchy' guys bed. (can't remember his name.....you know....the punk rocky blond ****** guy) They were just surprised that someone finally spoke up. LOL I love Andrew. I love all his hats and his quirky personality. My two favorite comments from him were..... "So Emily....now that you've had the Bull...do you want the young calf?" and "Captain Ahab and she's my ****!!"

"So Emily....now that you've had the Bull...do you want the young calf?" and "Captain Ahab and she's my dick!!"
His name is Joey, and that quote was actually from Stepbrothers, so he didn't come up with it himself. But it came at a good time.
Wow. I've never seen this kind, restrained side of you, lol.
hahahahaha thanks, i'm trying to behave! No...not really. And I don't think of Andrew as immature...he just has a different sense of humor. But I'm right there with him. If you're talking to someone as gullible as Emily was on Day 1 - you do nothing else but run with it!
Andrew reminds me of all my friends back home, so nothing he does really throws me off or makes me think hes an idiot, i love his outgoiness. And Idk what the heck Calli was so mad about at the last minute, she had her chance to show Andrew that she had a thing for him. And when they were getting ready didnt she say he was like her brother and she would never kiss her brother?? Idk what her deal is. But Andrew looks like a good kisser... so she missed out. haha
I liked this episode a lot. I think I might like this season!!! Thoughts on the cast after Ep. 2: Love Mike - He just seems so genuinely nice and sweet. Emily - The most interesting cast member so far. Like Callie - Just like Mike, she just seems so genuine. Andrew - Funny at times, but other times a little over the top. But I like him. Neither Like or Dislike Josh - Who? Erika - Just like Josh, we've hardly seen her. But I will say this, what they have shown of her I've liked so far. Up and Down Ty - I am not sure how to feel about him. He definitely has his down sides (i.e. Ep 1 and the preview for next week), but this week showed a better side to him that I can tolerate. He does seem like a nice guy who lets his emotions get the best of him at times. Don't Like Ashley - Okay, it's probably just that editing is not doing her any favors, but she really annoys me so far -- in both episodes. She just seems to stick her nose into EVERYTHING. The whole "don't talk about religion around me" to Ty, her getting annoyed with Callie's political views, getting upset with Mike for kissing someone, and her comment on the phone to a friend (I think?) saying how when she first heard Callie was from a small town she didn't think she'd like her but then when Callie said she was willing to learn Ashley was like "oh okay good, that's all you had to say." Okay, Ashley, are you saying every person from a small town has to want to change themselves? Are people from small towns THAT bad that they would have to want to change for you to like them? I'm from a small town -- and I'm proud of who I am. I don't need an experience like The Real World to learn that everyone should be accepted. It's funny how people say people from small towns aren't accepting of other people, but nothing gets said when a "city" person judges a small-town person for where they're from.
This was a good episode! This season is looking really good so far. The only thing that really bothered me was some of the things Ashley said about Mike and the guy he brought home. But from the looks of the trailer it seems like this little conflict between them isn't over yet. I felt bad for Andrew, he was trying so hard with Callie lol. I would've been mad too if I was him for the girls snooping around. And it looks like we're hardly going to see any of Josh this season.
This was a pretty good episode. Even though i find Andrew annoying, i felt bad for him last night because he got **** blocked big time. I think im starting to fall in love with Callie, the more i see her the more attractive she gets!
My thoughts: Ashley reminds me of Johanna. Emily reminds me of Baya. Ty reminds me of Alton. Andrew reminds of me Isaac mixed with Brooklyn Ryan (hints of strange Chet). I really like Emily, I think her personality is amazing for the show. In two episodes, she is by far my favorite. I really like Ty, and I'm not sure if its because he is beautiful or all Alton-like. Sexay most definitely.
Not only do Emily and Baya physically resemble each other, but I think their personalities are pretty close as well. Had the Brooklyn editors actually SHOWN Baya we'd know for sure.
His name is Joey, and that quote was actually from Stepbrothers, so he didn't come up with it himself. But it came at a good time.
Thanx for the heads up. I would have never known. :)
In the first half of the first episode, I thought Andrew was adorable. Then the lying really got annoying. And he's super desperate to have *** with any girl who'll have him. He tries way to hard and it's not cute at all. Now I just find him really annoying. On the up side all the other roommates are pretty interesting so far. I can't wait to see everyone's layers peel :)

How does Callie remind you of Shauvon in any way?
How does Callie remind you of Shauvon in any way?
There was a split second where I thought the same- but just her face. I remember thinking, "But I think Callie is adorable, why would I think that of her?" I think it was just a different angle that got her face at... Personality...NOTHING reminds me of Shauvon when I watch Callie.
Such a different feel than Cancun, it's crazy. I find the people to be really interesting, but for some reason, I'm bored. The trailers have absolutely nothing to offer suspense-wise. I have a feeling I'm gonna be disappointed.

It reminds me of Davis' mom from RW: Denver. Anyone else get that vibe as well?

The cameras affected the conversation. It was actually what the conversation was about. That is what made the moment "real" in that we could feel the disdain and disapproval in that moment. "Don't embarrass us."
So far this season looks promising! I really like Mike and Emily, and everyone else is sort of just there to me. Andrew tries too hard and it's getting annoying already.
Okay Andrew is annoying me now I mean his whole shtick was cute at first but now it's just annoying. Everyone else is alright. Oh and Emily and Ashley look alike.
Oh and Emily and Ashley look alike.
Er...no.
Oh and Emily and Ashley look alike.
Are we watching the same television show? I personnally think that this season will be great and am banking on Andrew being the go to castmember all season long. I though hope to see more from Mike as he seems to have many levels to his personality and seems engaging. Josh and Erika to me seem similar as they both bring off the same energy in the house and will most likely become the background as drama will not centralize around them.
So far something about Ashley I dont like. I think she is quick to judge and that she is always right kind of thing. I also see her making dirty looks at people in the episodes which makes her come off fake. Emily is my favorite. I just get a sense she is fun, down to earth and being herself Callie is adorable, and Andrew is sometimish for me---sometimes he is too much and other times has me LOL. Out of all the guys Ty seems most interesting to me because of his background. I think Mike is sweet
I love Ashley. I don't think having a strong personality is wrong, and I definitely think they edited her to make her seem like it's a bad thing. Also, I don't think giving people dirty looks make them seem fake.

I know that she can find her way around a book. Sure, there are storylines to be written, but thus far I think she has received the short end of the stick. I guess we will see what happens, but don't count her out or characterize this early in the running.
