This is true. The luxury of websites like these is the free ease to judge and persecute (in terms of sharing our opinions) these people who go on television. Do they ask for it because they want to be famous? Eh, maybe. We sit and we judge them but we don't even know them.. unless they post real nastay things on twitter haha. Sometimes we are right, and editing is right. Sometimes we are wrong, and sometimes we have no good reason at all to dislike a person.

Emilee is pathetic. That ***** needs to be slapped. Cancun was THE WORST season ever, with the UGLIEST girls ever. The only girl who was somewhat attractive was Jonna, actually she was beautiful.

It's somewhat unfair to put all the blame on Emilee as both Derrick and Bronne were both complaining as well. Either way they all 3 come off extremely ungreatful for an oppotunity in which most people would covet. I liked though how Emilee potrayed it as she was giving all of these things up in order to be on t.v.

Do we really need to call people ugly? Come on now...

I liked Jasmine and thought she was very pretty.

But I don't see it as the same thing considering both Bronne and Ayiiia only made one or two comments about the situation while Emilee and Derek had more. I actually find this all pretty hilarious. In my opinion if this is going to get them on a challenge which is what they seem to want then more power to them, although I don't support the things they said about the other people on the show. But if they want to complain about the lack of promotion their season got its fine by me.

I hope this season actually just kind of gets forgotten. To me it felt like a waste, though I will still let CJ have his opportunity to prove what he can do on the challenge and then base my oppinions on him afterwards as I neither liked him nor hated him on the season. Here's to a better season from Real World D.C.

Emilee responded to me, after I said insulting Katelynn was offensive, something about her hacking into BMP to get episodes and then insulting Cancun as if using transgender slurs is justified. It really infuriates me that people have to stoop to using LGBT insults, as if us as a people haven't gotten anywhere in our political and societal movements. Such a disgrace. Emilee on RW: Cancun was a mean, whiny boring girl not worth talking about. Emilee, from any website or even Vevmo (isn't she banned, how strange) is a mean, whiny boring girl not worth talking about. Because there is nothing good about her, she makes these controversial or dramatic statements she knows will get a rise out of people and thus she weasels her way into being talked about and fueling more dramatics. It is quite genius, but utterly pathetic. I say the latter outweighs the first. I cannot wait for D.C. though. I think Cancun is going to be forgotten entirely, because little came from it, especially in terms of a breakout star. I'm glad we get CJ on Fresh Meat and not Emilee. I'll take no drama, nice abs, and athletic ability over low-life drama queen for 5000, Alex. (Trebeck, that is =P)

We will see how boring Emilee is when she pops up on the challenges;) She actually isn't a favorite of mine but I love the drama that she brings!

Emilee may bring the drama on challenges, but I think she would get owned by the all time top dog drama queens :D.

Not only did her derogatory remarks make me angry like they did for you LC, but that it seems like she thinks RW is just the first step in competing on a game show. Almost like being on RW is only worth something if she can go on a Challenge to get money out of the deal. Did she miss the part where the whole point of going on RW is to tell your own intriguing and original story, to make friends, to learn from people, to grow and show the audience a different way of life? At least that's what RW used to be and what I think it is trying to be again with seasons like Brooklyn and hopefully DC. If she thinks the whole point of going on RW was to have a better chance at being on a Challenge than she really should have just skipped a step and auditioned for FM1 or 2. And from what I can tell, since I only watched 1 ep of her season as that was enough to bore me to death, she wasn't even that interesting or integral to her own season. Forgotten indeed.

Would the twitter version of *****assness be, twitterassness? Or is it called just being a ****? After my season wrapped a few former RWers came to talk to us about the "dangers" of being on TV. One of said dangers was that, after having a few million people "interested" in you it becomes difficult to face the reality that people seldom really care about who you are or what you are doing [B]now[/B]. This person further went on to say that there are just some personalities that cannot handle that deep, psychological level of "rejection" and thus lash out. I don't blame anyone for any feelings they may have, but if the Cancun cast were to be the next Spice Girls I could easily guess who Bitter and Salty spice would be. It's been a year since Brooklyn wrapped and I've done my challenge, done my lectures, written my book and now I'm moving on with my life. Some individuals would be well advised to do the same.

[/QUOTE] I could understand one of the advantage points of being on The Real World is that it has a successful spin-off show, which could potentially allow you to be on TV for years to come. But as far as I know, it's not a guarantee that you'll be cast on the challenge just because you were on RW or RR (unless they have started to put that in contracts or something for these later seasons). There have been rumors of a few cast members who have wanted to do a challenge and have never been asked. It's not a right to be on a challenge. Why not just support CJ and wait for a turn?
