Veronica should have walked away too. Anyways, Darrell should have walked away since he knew he was getting more angry and was getting ready to pounce. If he not going to walk away he should have controlled himself, but obviously couldn't. Thus, he should have lefty the room. Darrell did what he did he deserved to face all the repercussions that he did. You don't go around hitting people like Darrell did. That's why there are lawsuits for assault and battery. I've taken several business law classes. I can tell you you don't go hit someone like that because that are antagonizing. I hope Brad get Darrell for assault.
So Brad should press charges on Darrell when 1) Brad was the drunk one 2) Brad put his hands on Darrell countless times before Darrell actually defended himself and 3) BRAD WAS THE DRUNK ONE.
I don't know what business classes you're taking, but those charges would be dropped.
Actually, the only reason Darrell is 4 for 5 in challenges now is because he fought back. He may have looked like a ***** on TV for not fighting back, but he would've been a hell of a lot richer.
Pride comes before money for some people.
Pride comes before money for some people.
True, although I can't say I agree with what he did. I understand why he did it. I can't say I wouldn't have done the same thing if I were in the same situation.
Just because he knocked Brad out and won practically all the challeges he did dosen't make what he did right.
No, it doesn't. I read your post wrong. I thought you called Darrell one of the biggest ********. I understand they were both in the wrong, but I'm not going to completely blame Darrell for everything that that happened and in fact, I'm going to blame Brad more for what happened because he pushed and kicked Derrick when Derrick tried to stop him, he threatend to whip Darrell, he hovered over Darrell numerous times, and Darrell gave Brad a couple chances and then Darrell snapped and kicked Brad's ***. I'm not sure but I thought Brad pushed Darrell too. Drunk or not Brad's at fault for what happened more than Darrell IMO.
I feel like people are going to be hard on Darrell regardless. I mean because he fought back they are saying he's a ****** but if he hadn't done anything they'd say he's a wuss. Just like some were saying when he didn't fight Wes.
Sure it would be smarter to not do anything because after all Darrell was in the best position of the game but he lost it like lots of people would if someone is shoving you around and yelling in your face. It's a shame because he had the most money and was not afraid of going in against anybody. I think that's why drunk Brad was jealous of him and starting ***.
Dont you think Brad would have followed him?
Maybe, but still Darrell could have told production they need to be separated. Whatever the case something could have been done to prevent this.

I agee with this entire post.
Hmmm, so yeah "business law" not quite the same as torts or criminal law just as an fyi, it doesn't really add any credibility to the conversation. It'd be kind of like saying I'm an expert on Italian cusine because I worked the kitchen at Pizza Hut. Not saying anyone is or isn't an expert, just saying taking business law classes doesn't really make one knowledgable on unrelated legal fields. Additionally, kicking or pushing someone first is a little more than "antagonizing" someone and would be taken into account by any court. Yeah maybe Brad would win because Darrell used excessive force comparatively speaking but not really quite so sure it'd be worth the cost of an attorney for Brad to sue Darrell unless he sustained some sort of long term damage beyond a black eye and a bruised ego. I don't think the judge would be likely to award anything that MTV/BMP didn't already foot the bill for.
In any event both guys should have walked away without a doubt, and it was a particularly costly mistake financially for Darrell. But I have the feeling it was probably one of those situations where both guys realized when they sobered up that it was stupid, they might not even be mad at each other. I've been in situations before where I was drunk and acted like an ***** towards a friend and the next day we both were like "yea, time to move on now." Either way, I'll be interested in watching the show tonight to see how it goes down.

You don't know whether or not they would be dropped. I know one thing for sure the judge would order that they stay so many feet away from each other or face serious legal reprecussions.
As much as I love Brad from what the dailies show he is the one that started all of this, granted, he was drunk but I don't really see that as a complete excuse. Darrell was acting calm and cool at the beginning but I think Brad shoving him was what sent him over the edge. What I don't understand is why Evan, Johnny, Kenny, and Derrick sat there and let this happen. Brad was kicking them but they out number him 4 to 1 so I'm sure they could have done something about it. Neither Brad or Darrell is right and for me tonight is going to be a difficult episode to watch.
Derrick did try to stop Brad.
Your right, I shouldn't have said that they didn't try. Derrick gave the most effort to stop him Evan tried as well in the second video. What I meant was why didn't they try to get him to leave the room or something, I'm sure it would have been alot easier said than done but from what I saw Kenny and Johnny really didn't do or say anything.
Shane slapped Darrell. And Darrell was upset and had to get away to calm down.
When alcohol involved, cool heads don't exist.
I guess thats why Darrell whooped Brad.
Look at Derrick drunk. He was going to fight Johnny. However Johnny the instigator was playing around.
okay, darell, would be destroyed if he let brad talk to him like that and not do anything by all of us. I think it will be intersting to hear what the people around them say.
Why was Derrick the only one trying to stop Brad? You could tell Johnny was scared ****less. He's such a punk.
Kenny got in front of Darrell.
Johnny stood up. Evan tried to stop Brad.
Derrick actually got hit with an elbow and a few kicks by Brad
Brad was looking for a fight. Anybody stepping in between would have received worse that what Derrick got. Evan was getting pushed, maybe he would have received an elbow too.
Even if Darrell wanted to walk away then. He was literally backed into a corner. A guy in his face ready to hit him. So I don't blame Darrell.
We all can say it was dumb now, but put yourself in that spot. You're drinking and have somebody treating to hit you. Keeps getting in your face.

Derrick pushed Evan too when he was mad at Johnny. I don't know, I just see a difference in the way they reacted with Brad and Darrell, than the way they reacted with Derrick and Johnny.
You guys can go over this as many times as you want, but your opinions will most likely not change even after seeing the episode. It's like you're constantly rehashing "Darrell is wrong" / "Brad was wrong" / "JKE are *****es for not getting in the middle" and talking to a brick wall.
Don't people have to take responsibilty for what they do? If you do something in the real world then you take the reprucsions of your decision, regardless of the state you are in. This was translated to the game and maybe ideally they should have done something but they really weren't responsible to and so it's only the individuals who were involved.
I think she doesn't have one.
Susie wants to have sex with Chet and Cohutta. Then kisses Cohutta and the guy wrote her a love letter.
I would think dudes like Chet and Cohutta would have more respect toward a married women and also Susie wouldn't be acting the way she has.
Isn't that what her bio meant? That she's off the market? And I think I have read others talking about this as well. I am pretty sure she does...or at least she did.
How adorable is the interaction between Kenny and Sarah in "Sarah Loses Hope". Instead of the kindergarten pigtail pulling it's a nice genuine conversation. That's the Kenny I love.
I think they aren't putting new dailies up because there hasn't been an episode this week. So they'll probably start with new dailies around wednesday or thursday.
i think they tried to post some dailies after the last episode, realized that it was making it too obvious that Kim and Dumbar lost their ruins.. then try to put in some old dailies with Dumbar on it, but it wasnt fooling anyone.. so they just stopped. =( seeing as how we are going almost 2 weeks in between Ruins-fixes, i would have rather they didnt end the last episode without the ruins results.. >:(
I am in tears over the Girls vs. Kevan daily.
Suck yeah my ***!!! LMAOOOOOO. Good to see them finally sticking up for themselves. Evan and Kenny were speechless.
