Survivor Samoa: Episode 7 - Houdini Magic
Galu struggles to choose a new leader after Russell's medical departure, and Evil Russell from Foa Foa visits Galu and strikes up an alliance with one tribe member.
I think I know which tribe loses this week. Not that it was hard to come up with a guess after the first 1:30 seconds of footage...

Pretty sure Russell is 7 for 7 on episode names now. They should just call this Survivor: Russell.
I don't like Shambo, but those young caddy girls in that tribe are even worse! Galu is insufferable... They might be dominating, but they suck.
Even if you are not a fan, you have to admit he is providing, um....moments, lol.
I don't mind him, but at the same time I don't know what it is about him that makes him so entertaining...
Johnny fairplay has nothing on Russell. He is the ultimate villain. I don't think I have ever seen a villain as prolific on any reality show. There are plenty of villains, but he happens to be a successful one. Jeff always makes wild claims in the pre-show hype, but he was right on with this one.
Next week's episode is titled "All Hell Breaks Loose". Make that 8 for 8 for Russell titles. I don't know why Jeff called that a blindside. Liz had to have an ounce of doubt that it wasn't going to be Jaison.
I am indifferent to Russel. I don't necessarily like him but I don't dislike him either. He is playing good, I guess.
I hate Russell with a passion. I get that he is playing the game good, but I feel like it's being shoved down our throats. And his confessionals....just SCREAM camera *****.
I thought I'd hate Russell but I generally value what he brings to the show. I thought they should have gotten rid of Jaison though. Going into a merge at such a severe deficit really requires everyone to pull together and his head isn't so much in it. Liz might have a mind of her own, but her head was in the game and would have been better committed to working with FF to turn it around.
Episode was meh. Watching Galu win all the time is getting boring. Next week should be better! How did you guys know Liz was out after 1:30??

I don't find Russel entertaining. I find him annoying, along with Shambo. Maybe it's because every 2 seconds we see them pop up on our screens commenting on something. Why is Russell such a villian? because he makes alliances with everyone? because he says he strives in the rain? I honestly don't find him a villian, just an annoyance. Other people played the game like him, why is he put on a higher pedastool? Thats just my opinion. I guess I can understand why he is somewhat entertaining to some people, but I don't think he is Mr. Survivor. They should have changed the name this season to the Russell and Shambo show.
This season is really bad! I can't find one person that I even care about.
I thought Galu was going to lose because it to me it seemed like they were getting all of the airtime. But this season is all right in my opinion. There really haven't been any GREAT seasons since China, and that was the first GREAT season since Pearl Islands. Survivor is going downhill and has been for awhile.
China and Australia are the best seasons of Survivor.
Somehow i always had a feeling that Liz was gonna be the one going. Sure, i did start to question it when Jaison was being targeted for his bad performance in the immunity challenge, but that's how the editors usually present the situation. I'm sure all the Jaison talk was pretty much when they got back to camp initially then hours later, before Tribal Council, what they don't show is the 4 (Russell H., Mick, Natalie, and Jaison) agreeing to take out Liz, either as a whole, or in one on one discussions. I'm telling ya, the editing in recent seasons has gotten way too predictable. The 4 remaining members of Foa Foa decided to forego smarts for strength. We'll see if it pays off for them in the next episodes when the tribes merge if they indeed last longer than most Galu members. I knew Russell H. was dead set on voting Liz out the moment he said that he considered her "untrustworthy". It's all just suspense on the editors' part in swaying us into thinking it may have been Jaison instead. And another reason i love Jaison as a competitor and as a human being is that he acknowledges his mistakes. He made no secret that he wouldn't be suprised if his performance in the Immunity Challenge would be his downfall that night. Most people would either deny or try to shift the blame to another person.

Foa Foa has no brain
If Natalie somehow makes it to the finals, with her current strategy, i don't think any jury member would vote for her. Basically, she's Russell H.'s pet that always follows him around, and definitely isn't making decisions by herself, always dependent on Russell to tell her what to do. Unfortunately, that weak gameplay made her the last remaining female on Foa Foa since every other woman who at least kept their dignity in standing up to Russell paid for it with their spot on the game. Still, standing up to that fool is better than being a mere puppet and because of all the media overexposure on him, i don't doubt Natalie could outlast Russell but if she doesn't start making her own choices, she should just make herself comfortable in being a runner-up if she did make the finals. At this point, if there's any hope for a Foa Foa member winning, i would hope that Mick and Jaison get smart and soon since Mick may not be the ideal leader and Jaison may not be the best physical competitor, Mick can prove to be a great leader if he stood up at some point to Russell and flipped on him. As for Jaison, he might whine sometimes, but that whining did well for him when he stood up to Ben on that Tribal and told him off, which sealed Ben's last nail in the coffin. Which means Jaison is very vocal if someone is repulsive and/or annoying to him, which can work for him (as the Ben ouster proved to be) or against him (hopefully not).
So Natalie and Russell makes it to the finals? :O
I never said that. I was just theorizing on what could happen IF Natalie and Russell made it very far in the game.
I'm sure Natalie knows that she's just a puppet. Personally I'd rather make it as far in the game as possible. I wouldn't want to **** off Russell because he's running the show on Foa Foa.

She's playing smart by just tagging along with him at this point... Though that's not a good game plan for the duration of the game in my opinion!
I don't know what it is about Shambo but she certainly always rubs me the wrong way every time she's on screen and/or talks. While i hope that she goes early jury, due to the huge amount of screentime she's been given, i'm sure she might last a while unfortunately. Maybe it's cause in my mind at least, something about her always reminds me of Denise from China whenever i see her. That and my theory that in the reunion, she might pull a Denise as far as her real job goes. But then again, that's my way of thinking. I could be wrong in the reunion theory but the Shambo/Denise impression is one that stays with me.
I think the Denise comparison is just because of the mullet.
I think the Denise comparison is just because of the mullet.
I'm starting to think so too.:D
