Katelynn (Brooklyn) and Joey (Hollywood). Joey's story had so much impact on other people with addiction and even drove those people that watched the show into rehab and staying clean. Katelynn also had a very powerful story and was the first transgender to ever be a part of The Real World. So these are my 2 favorites.
If not these 2, I'll say Kaia or Ruthie (Both from Hawaii) and Pedro (San Francisco).
I really liked what I saw of Zach as well. Such a nice guy. He may not be someone with the drama factor, but for me it is always nice to have someone like him on the shows every now and then.
I know I will get a ton of flack for stating this, but ah well..here it goes.
I really love CT and he has been and will always remain a favorite of mine. While I do not agree or condone most of his antics as of late, I support my fellow Beantown bad boy (and by bad, I mean really bad).

Danny Roberts from RW:NO. By far he is my fave from the show.
The reason being is, when his season aired, i was in middle school and knew i was gay. I was out and open about it. Nobody cared. But i had never seen a gay guy living life before. So it was nice to know that when i got older i could go out with my friends and live a normal life and have a boyfriend and all that. Things i knew i guess, but seeing someone do it was new.
Brooke from Denver is my next fave. Shes just so awesome and reminds me of my best friend.

Yes. It really can be powerful. I also had a friend who had a eating disorder but kept it hidden and then seen Paula on Key West and got help.

My favorite person of all time on was Frankie from Real World San Diego (RIP).
Because she was real and had a significant impact on my life. I had been a cutter for 6 years before I saw her on Real World and found out that other people do it (I thought I was the only one). It made me seek help. Even if she was still alive I could never thank her enough for that.
People whose stories were either amazing, hilarious, interesting, or just downrightyou had to watch them.
Julie (New York)-Everyone wanted her to be this close minded Christian girl but in reality she was very liberal and down to earth.
Tami-The whole abortion thing. Very interesting.
Jon-First conflict about Christian values with Tami. Good casting choices.
Puck-Such an *******. Everyone knows someone like him.
Cynthia-Showed viewrs not all black women are big divas.
Sarah [Miami]-That nerdy girl everyone knows.
Teck-Party boy everyone either loves or hates.
Frank-Simple, original guy. Somewhat boring, but everyone knows someone like this.
Leah-Spoiled ***** that was hilarious.
Trishelle-Country girl who wanted bigger things.
Karamo-Tough man who showed not all gays are the same.

1. Mike Mizanin: He was a beast on the challenges despite his early exit in Battle of the Sexes 2.
2. Isaac Stout: Brought comedy to the Sydney season and The Duel 2.
3. Danny Jamieson: Just seeing what he went through on his season. His relationship with Melinda was basically the whole focus on his season.
4. Ryan: He was in the military and certainly knows how to fight. Could be a beast on the challenges if he attends any future ones once he gets back.
