The Ruins: Danny Jamieson - MTV

Despite arriving at the Challenge with high hopes, Danny's always coming up short. When the teams banded together to dissolve the Austin alliance at Fresh Meat, Danny and his partner Ev were the first to go. At the Inferno 3, Danny tried to establish himself as the vocal leader of the Bad Asses, but his quick temper sent him packing again. Danny was also eliminated by Adam on the Gauntlet 3. Will Danny finally pull off a win on The Ruins? Challenges: Fresh Meat, The Inferno 3, The Gauntlet 3, The Ruins. Billerica, Massachusetts
:( my boy from Massachusetts. I hope he doesn't let his head get to him this time around. COuld he ever EVER see a final challenge?
Danny. Nice eyes. Moving on...
I think if Danny cleaned up his act and stop acting cocky, people would like him better...

He should look at it this way: he needs to watch his own back this time around.
Team Danny:D
I freaking loved him on Austin. Does anyone know when MTV is going to release their official Ruins page?

Danny's back, there'll be plenty more tough guy confessional talk about how everybody else is weak and scared, hooray (all this is said with sarcasm, of course). At this point, i'd be content if Danny never set foot on a Challenge again. He ruined his Austin sweet guy image all by himself.:(
Danny is one of those guys who looks like Tarzan physically, but athletically, is on par with Jane.

I really really like Danny, but, I think, he's REALLY insecure. He just comes on these challenges hoping to prove himself but he always comes up short. I feel like he talks a big game to boost his ego, but then he's always disappointed with himself and feels like he isn't good enough. It's sad because I think the guy has a lot of potential. However, I'll still root for him.
GOsh, I try hard for you Danny, but I don't have it in me to like you.
eh....Danny rubbed me the wrong way these last few challenges..but I did like him on The Real World Austin....i wish we could have that Danny back.
I wish Danny wasn't back.

Me too I just wanna see if an Mini Austin alliance is formed between him and Wes because I know that Johanna won't take part in it lol
I like you Danny my man.. Don't listen to the haters.. Sure you get angry every once in a while but 98% of the time your cool as Hellll.. Good luck on da ruins sun..
Apparently there aren't a lot of Danny fans on here, but I'm one that happens to like him. I think he seems like a good guy. I didn't like the Austin season much back when it aired but one bore some day I decided to rewatch most of the episodes and I actually found myself liking him a lot.

Actually, I think Danny was likeable on the show, after the show is when people stopped liking him. I'm kind of neutral on him these days, he really needs to win an elimination round.
I like Danny but he is a sucky competetor.
I liked Danny on Austin, but then started to dislike him because of how he was on the challenges.
I'm just now realizing how amazing Danny looks on camera.
Love it that he always wears a bandana on the confessionals now.
Well he's more tolarable now than he was on Austin and previous challenges.
Love it that he always wears a bandana on the confessionals now.
Maybe he learned from Bret Michaels.
Right now, Danny is once again okay in my book considering how dedicated he is to work hard in the competitions, keeping Wes around so he can keep screwing his team for however long he can, and not sounding cocky anymore in his confessionals. Maybe being married really did mellow him as his MTV Bio claims.

This time around, if Danny gets eliminated, i would feel for him what i felt in Fresh Meat: sad that he couldn't win especially since he tries so hard. When he was in I3 and G3, he made himself so repulsive that it was hard to sympathize with him even in his losses. I also love how comical he's gotten. For example, when Shauvon had to leave due to her breast implant incident, he said something along the lines of, "Thank God we don't have Shauvon here anymore. Don't get me wrong, she's a nice girl and all that but she really sucked in the Challenges." He somewhat compliments her while still telling the truth about her performance at the same time. Also, if i was him, i'd also be down with keeping Wes around to keep screwing with the Veteran team. It's a good strategic play, no doubt about that. And the one time i saw him speak to Evelyn when she was mad about the team's decision to send her in against KellyAnne, he kept saying to Ev, "Be the bigger person." As in, don't let it get you down and prove you're better than that. He definitely improved his personality, all in all. I certainly would like to think that finally living married life with Melinda had much to do with his positive change in attitude.:)

Sorry this is kind of a dumb question but does anyone know how Danny and Nehemiah get along now? I think I read Wes and Nehemiah are still good friends, and I know Wes and Danny are. I am just wondering about Nehe and Danny.
i think nehemiah was not on dan's and mel's wedding while the rest of the cast were.
