Survivor Samoa: Episode 1 - Discussion

So this is my 1st time watching survivor and I must say I like it. I think Russel is going to do himself in by making allilances with a dozen people.

Russell is going to be done in by his scheming in the end. Eventually people will start to turn on him. But I hope that he stays long enough that we can get some "eviiilllll" moments from him. As for the premiere it was good I think and this could shape up to be a good season.

For now, I think Russell's antics are over the top and fun - but we will see how long that lasts...

I tend to dislike the villians in survivor. Hated Fairplay, hated Coach, hated John-Robert, could not stand Jerri(now i like her), and dont like Russel H.

Russell doesn't seem like a villian, he just seem utterly annoying and unbearable! He's a talker- He's the type of guy who still likes baths and sleeps with a teddy bear!

After the first episode, it looks like there could be a good selection of castaways to root for, I just do not yet know their names. :D

He fits the bill perfectly and you know there will eventually be heat on him. It will be interesting to see that battle.

I'm with B - I sometimes like/hate villains. So far, I think Russell is a riot! Last season it took me quite a while to warm up to Coach. I think my turnaround happened when the producers starting giving him juuuust the right edit ;)
