I really, really wanted Jen to be in the final. I feel like her dish was a lot better than Michael's but that they sent Jen home based on past performances (which Tom claims they don't do) and b/c they want the brothers in the finale.

Past performances should not be weighed in the final decisions. I have been watching the most recent season and there is so much BS that goes on behind the scenes! They should really just pick the best chef, always.
