well on Ayiiia's facebook her and others posted that The Real World Cancun remains the #1 original cable series among P12-34...that's probably something different from what we're talking about but hey at least it's something.

[*]Real World Cancun was #1 in its time period versus all cable competition.

Looks like it is doing good compared to its competition, but 1.6 is not regular RW ratings. I'm still happy for it reaching number 1! 8-week streak? I must say I'm impressed.
Wow! #1 for 8 weeks straight? That's awesome even though it's not the usual Real World ratings.
Wow! #1 for 8 weeks straight? That's awesome even though it's not the usual Real World ratings.
Yes dplayer. It's not the usual results we see with this show, but it is good enough to bring MTV to 1st place. That is good for MTV, so basically Real World is all the hope they've got to make it close to or make number 1. You see other shows like Paris BFF scoring .667 thousand through most of its episodes and shows like Parental Control scoring even lower ratings.

does The Ruins air the next wednesday after Cancun if it does I am sure it will get good ratings also
The ruins will air the week after the last episode of the RW!
The ruins will air the week after the last episode of the RW!
When will the reunion air if the ruins will air the week after the last episode?
When will the reunion air if the ruins will air the week after the last episode?
Well the past few seasons they didn't makeit streach another full week. Last season it was right after the last episode I believe, and The season before that it was on a weekend? But I may be wrong Since they are doing the **** the should have shown.

I was just saying because the Real World Cancun aired directly after The Duel 2 reunion, so maybe at the reunion they will air a promo.
Wow! #1 for 8 weeks straight? That's awesome even though it's not the usual Real World ratings.
"Top Chef" is back so if I do watch any more of Cancun then it will be on the replay
Probably the worst season since Denver.
1.8 Million viewers for Episode 10!
That's great to hear!

Looks like 1.8 Million viewers was enough for Real World XXII to find its way back to the Top 10 Cable shows. Real World made #10 for Episode 10 in that 18-34 demographic.

And I have to disagree...Cancun is an awesome season..Denver wasn't even THAT bad either.
Cancun, Hollywood, and Denver are my 3 favorite recent seasons:)

honestly my favorite season recently is Cancun...i didn't really like Brooklyn, Hollywood was ok and Denver was alright.
Hollywood is my all time favorite followed by Vegas and Key West!
Catch this, the new Hills season premieres one day before The Ruins, and promos are already being issued for it. What's going on MTV? Where are promos for The Ruins?
Well , it has been quite a while since we've heard anything ratings wise for The Real World. But tvbythenumbers has finally put them up! Episode 11 pulled in only 1.794 Million viewers, a very small decrease week to week from Episode 10 to 11. These numbers are exceptional, but not regular RW numbers. But they're far better compared to the other shows on MTV, so thats a win, IMO. Also, the finale numbers were posted on tvbythenumbers.com overnight. I'm surprised at how quickly these guys get these, but it sure beats the week long wait! Real World XXII Episode 12 managed to pull in 2.049 Million viewers. A great increase week to week! I'm glad to see that it managed to break the 2 Million point before its end. Strong finish by Real World 22! Advanced finale ratings via tvbythenumbers...
Real World Cancun - 2.049 million viewers - 1.4/2 HH (Household Rating) - 1.2/3 A18-49 (Adults Ages 18-49)
Good job Cancun! You were a great cast:)
Two million is a nice number for this show at this stage in it's life. I am glad to see that there is a solid reason to continue the series.
Real World Episode 11 made #8 in the top 10 chart for people ages 18-34. Via Media Life.
The Real World Cancun: Finale makes number 9 in the Top 10 for people 18-34... the VMA's took over on this one...
Real World Cancun reunion - 1.617 million viewers - 1.2/2 HH - 0.9/3 A18-49
