I've given up all hope on Jonna. She seems like a good person, but she should've done the right thing and broken up with her boyfriend before coming to the show.
Kissing Pat? Really?
Oh, Jonna.
Ya! Jasmine is finally moving on from Pat (I hope).
And what was that preview? Where is Bronne going with those suitcase?
Your question is answered in the spoiler thread if you dare to venture over there.
If you don't want to be spoiled though, your question cannot be answered...
By the way, welcome.

I can never resist checking out those spoilers. I think I'm heading over there right now!
I'm so surprised that this Pat character has this much game that he's got Jasmine and apparently Jonna sprung off of him. I give him my grudging respect.

He must be a Jedi.
If that's so, Obi Wan and Yoda taught him a lot more than they taught Luke Skywalker.
At least Luke had game...so what if it was with his sister?

Sister or no, he lost her to Han. His game must not be that tight*
But, moving away from Jerry Springer topics, are you implying that Pat has no game?
*Disclaimer: Sleepy I does not personally condone romances between brothers, sisters and/or any other biologically related family members.
This episode confirms for me that MTV should not give the power to an outside company to kick people off of their show. If the gang was late again, in fairness to Joey, they would need to remove everyone from the show and get a new cast - how stupid would that be?
I felt sorry for Jasmine. Seemed like the dude liked the cameras on him or something. "I'm a DJ and I'm on MTV every week, woooo."

MTV could have always decided a different course. You are assuming they didn't want the drama of him being tossed.
Heck, for all we know Student City was on the fence and MTV said, "Can him, it will be great for ratings."
In any event, if MTV really wanted to bring him back I am sure they could. :wink2:
Why should they all be fired for being late once? Joey wasn't fired for being late once, he didn't show up twice. I have to say that this is probibaly my favorite episode so far. I really enjoyed seeing the cast do good things for locals. I also liked the big focus on Jasmine because until theese past 2 weeks she has been a little bit Baya-ish.

Yes.
Pat's a decently good looking guy. As we have seen, it doesn't take much work for Pat to get girls. Literally. He shows up and has Jasmine's attention. What did he do to keep her? Nothing. Is that game? No. (Of course, we haven't seen behind the scenes...this is from a viewer's perspective.)
Once Jasmine realized he's an idiot and that she could do better, she moved on. He didn't care. Why? Because he had Jonna falling in line right behind her. And as far as we can tell, Jonna is the one moving in on him in the next episode. Not the other way around. Is that game? No.
So game? No. He's painfully oblivious as to what's going on. It's more like luck. I really don't think he thought past "Oh snap, I'm going to be on television!"
I honestly think the guy Jasmine talked to at the end of the episode, the one with the crazy hair, was much better looking than Pat.
I guess it's a good thing Joey went home because Pat can take his screen time instead of taking it away from the ones that were actually cast.
I think Jonne has shown some really questionable behavior with men and boundaries considering she's in a committed relationship. I felt for Jasmine - those restaurant scenes were brutal. Pat was her romantic interest whether it panned out or not. GF's just don't do that to each other.
As grounded as Jonne may come across with her calm, rational demeanor and controlling her partying, there is just as serious a flaw with the need for male attention. Especially when it overpowers your desire to be a decent roommate and friend.
Pat is one of those guys I would look at and think, "Oh, well he's kind of cute, but not cute enough for me to pursue him." I know that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that, but I don't see how he's cute/interesting enough for two attractive girls to be competing for his attention.
It certainly took her long enough but I'm glad Jasmine's finally saw that he's just not that into her and she needs to move on. She's an adorable girl herself, there's bound to be even better looking guy's out there that are actually interested in her. I really hope she sticks to her resolve and does in fact move on, not mention cutting back on the drinking.
As for Jonna she needs to do Matt a favor and break up with him, she's really crossed the line and it looks like she's going to cross it even more with Pat. Which sucks because as a result Pat is getting more airtime than some of the actual cast members. Hell might as well move him in... take over Joey's bed. Although I doubt anyone would want to sleep in Joey's bed after everything that's gone down in it.
The best thing about this episode though was seeing the roomates interact with the little kids. It looked like it was a good experience for them all and I really hope they all took something away from it.

Points taken. I somewhat agree with the Jonna thing. But to your argument about him doing nothing to keep Jasmine's attention, there I differ.
Maybe I'm missing something, but I kinda got the impression that he was never really interested in her in a sexual/romantic manner. She was the aggressor the whole time, and either he just enjoyed playing her for a fool or she came on too strong and scared him off even if there might have been some lingering attraction. Some guys are scared off when a girl just throws herself kamikaze style at them, even if they are attractive (surprising as that might seem).
Also, having game does not automatically mean a dude will try and pick up a girl just for the hell of it. If he's not feeling her, he's not feeling her, end of story.
With Jonna/Pat, while Jonna seems to be the pursuer, he must be doing something right to keep her interested to the point that it will apparently reach next week. I mean, CJ tried and failed (not that that's saying much) and he and Jonna were pretty flirtatious in the early episodes. To give Jonna some credit, I don't think she's so blindly attracted to Pat that if he made a major screw-up she would still be feeling him. It's not game in the strictest sense, but it's kinda like a partial credit, in my view.
First of all, I'm new to Vevmo. Never posted before, but I'm always reading your comments for the past couple of years. But after this episode, I finally decided to join and put in my own two cents about the situation.
I believe both Jasmine and Jonna are beautiful, beautiful girls. I think all of the cast are just dripping with sexiness, but those two girls take the cake for me. Yeah yeah, beauty is eye of the beholder, but damnit who can really say anything negative about them physically? xD After stating that, why the hell is this drama with Pat going on in the first place?? I dont get the whole "Jasmine must be insecure" part. I would be a little nervous approaching a guy myself, but once I dont get the desired results I would move on. No one has forgotten this is FREAKING TV. Yeah, it might have been okay to continue to pursue him if it wasn't for the cameras, but now you have millions of people watching you. I would be damned if i get rejected multiple times over tv. Jasmine babe you're hot.. and you're making a fool out of yourself. Im so glad this only lasted for 2-3 episodes though..
But Jonna?? I felt I could have related to her the most, especially since I get along with girls and guys, and I kinda felt bad during the early times when none of the girls were bothered with her.. But now? I'm sorry but I can't see her for anything more than a little uh.. promiscurious. Trying to be nice here. :) But I've met girls like her before, and it's never been good. Girls that are pretty (hell, sometimes not) but who can't survive unless they get that male attention. Hanging out and being apart of the guys is okay. Sitting in their laps, cuddling them, almost kissing CJ, but basically kissing Pat(future eps) and kissing Bronne (watch dailies) AND you have a boyfriend? I'm confused. Maybe if she was single, eh, it would be a different story. But jesus woman. Every guy who has persued you, it's been "OMG I HAVE A BOYFREIND.. OK WE CAN CUDDLE" but the one guy your roommate sets eyes on, something in your little head guys go off, and you have to turn his attention away. Same as Jasmine, you can get any guy in ****ing Cancun, let alone the country to set your eyes on... But is had to be the guy your roommate/supposed friend likes huh??
Sometimes females confuse me..
This episode was pretty good.. the "fight" between Jasmine and Emillee was horribly awkward and it reminded me of watching 2 little kids fight... I of course miss Joey :( I mean in the actual real world if you get fired, you find another job, you dont get kicked out if your house, but whatever... Anyway the awkward meeting with Christina made me laugh, especially since she was late lol...
Wow Jasmine... seriously.. take a deep breath. Pat is not anything you should be upset about... I feel like she is the little sister in the house... I am liking her more every episode... its a love/drive me crazy relationship lol.... I am glad she didnt leave :)
I think Jonna's issues with guys prob stem from her childhood. She was in foster homes for 5 years after whatever happened with her mother. She is looking for acceptance from men based on her early years, feeling like its her fault that she wasnt good enough or important enough for her mother or anyone to love and accept her. Which is why mostly she takes it as far as cuddling and sleeping (actually sleeping not sex) with these guys. The affection is something that she missed out on for many years.
And maybe its not like that at all... but just wanted to throw my thoughts out there!!
