Big Brother 11: Ep. 9 - Discussion

Let's hope something happens tonight that actually affects the storyline, unlike Sunday where we seemingly had two nominations out of the blue because we were given a side story that had nothing to do with them [B]for the entire hour.[/B] I still have hope this season can be salvaged! (Ok, not really - but I do like messing with pictures of Jessie in photoshop to pass the time.)

I love how they all think the plan is to backdoor Ronnie. Jessie and Company are smarter than I thought and are playing the game well.

Agred! I am really wishing that Jessica had gotten in the house! Even Brian or Cowboy are better than that ******. Natalie is freaking in love with him and has to agree with everything he says!

I still like Jesse better than Ronnie.

I like anyone better than Ronnie. Is it just me or is Jordan very similar to Jessica. Also, Laura really reminded me of Jen.

IS it me or does anyone else laugh everytime you see Casey in the banana suit in the confessional?

Haha, I'm glad Casey went up - or anyone really. That means we are one week closer to Jesse being evicted, right? I am actually pulling for Ronnie, just to be different. Also, it would be cruel to evict him! He has more friends now then he every did in high school (i.e. 1.) Be nice to the geek!

Can we just give the check to Jessie, and start Big Brother 12? This season sucks.

I can't find any redeeming value. The characters are bland, unlikable and generally boring. At least last season I could pick a side. This year it is too painful to choose. The only season I could possibly compare this one to would be the winter season (BB9) and that was actually better, as bad as it was...

I like this season. I hate how it is going, though.

Anything is better than season 9, well except for 10 :) What do you think the shocking anouncement is on Thursday? I doubt they will break up the cliques this soon.

I have stayed away from all of that stuff (for lack of interest) but did a little searching tonight (where I found the pictures of Jordan) and realized that Jessie and Lydia had sex. They don't even touch the surface of what is going on during the CBS broadcast, which is really too bad as we are missing out on so many different dynamics. I know they can't show everything, but they should at least hit the highlights (and lowlights.)

I think after Dave and Amanda Season 4. They stopped showing people have sex.. too many people were complaining. Plus there really isn't a need to show it on CBS. There is after dark, and youtube. Since then we had James and Chelsia, Jen and Ryan, and Eric(BB8) and himself.

Don't forget about April and Ollie...I don't watch BB, but I heard ALLLLLLL about it...

I just can't figure out what side I'm on. This is the first season I have watched since 8, and during 8 I had showtime after dark plus constantly checked in at mortys. I feel like you miss so much by just watching the episodes, and I'm still having a hard time getting a grasp on the real alliances, sub alliances and fake alliances. It also doesn't help that the first week I kept getting the times wrong on when the episodes air so I'd miss the first 20 to 30 minutes. I hate to say this, but from the little I have seen I don't think Jesse is that bad. I missed his original season and I know he lacks substance but I don't know why people truly hate him. Lydia and Kevin definitely rub me the wrong way. Jordan seems sweet and pretty, but c'mon, the girl didn't come to play. Ronnis is a total dbag nerdy idiot, but he's such a delusional dufus that I almost find some of his DR commentaries absurdly entertaining. WHere do they FIND these people? As for everyone else, I hope that someone starts to******* in. I'm going to keep watching in the hope that that happens and I won't be quite so indifferent to everyone. Right now the only general reaction I have to who wins the comps and who's on the block is a shrug, no matter what side. I will say that Casey seems like a cool cat and I'd rather him stay over Jordan because I want to see people who are actually more likely to PLAY the damn game! I want to get sucked in enough to passionately choose a side and vehemently hate all those opposing it! I'll keep tuning in in hopes that will happen. On a positive note to the Ronnie/Jesse haters..... I bet their reign will end this week. The odds are they can't just keep winning and dominating, and if someone else gets HOH on THursday one of them is almost guarunteed to go. So keep your chin up kids! ;)
