I would love if Bob came back, he was my favorite on Gabon.

Yeah same here B. Honestly, I have been going through the casts of the past few seasons and have realized that there aren't any Stars anymore.

Thats why I'm hoping for more people from older seasons and and no three-peats, and the more I think about it, I'm thinking that Coby's list might be misleading, or at least I'm hoping. lol

I am hoping it is misleading, half of them would be on here for the 3rd time.

Update from Sugar's FB status in response to someone speculating that she was asked for All Stars: "Jessica Kiper Speculation. I'm actually going to Rumania to do a horror film. Do you think I want to be trapped on a Island or something with a bunch of hard-core players? They'd eat me alive people..." Obviously, she can't legally say if she WAS going to be on it, but still =)

I hope Sugar gets to be on it.

Please let Sugar be cast.

Sugar would have to lie about what she is doing. [/quote]I'm sure we will know some things by the 2nd weekend in August, when filming is scheduled to start (some of those who leave for Samoa might be alternates in some fashion). But with the other two All Star seasons that have taken place, there were reports of several last minute drops/additions to the cast. It's possible that SEG does not even know who they are casting, and there are probably several potential cast members who don't even know if they will be on a plane to Samoa in 7 days. They had 20 alumni all set to go to Micronesia and at the last minute, booted 10 of them from the cast when it was decided that itwould be Fans v. Favorites. This was supposedly an effort to avoid preshow alliances.

Hmm that's interesting, I wonder who the other 10 were? When does filming start for this, Next week?

Someone over at sucks said that the reason they are doin third-timers is because they actually presented a list of contestants with none of the third-timers and CBS didn't like it. And we should know the full cast by next week! That's exciting

I find it hard to believe CBS wants all third-timers.

I'd define the series' major "faces" as Richard, Rudy, Sue, Tina, Jerri, Rupert, Jonny Fairplay and Romber. I guess Coach and James to some extent, though post-AS seasons haven't meant as much as pre-AS.

I say a few three-peats is enough. Maybe two. But the rest should be old faces we haven't seen.

I would like 4 or maybe 5 3peats.

To be honest, the only threepeat I would not mind seeing again is Parvati, and I just love her that's why.

I want to see Cirie. She got screwed, her gameplay the second time was awesome. I also wouldn't mind seeing Parvati, just because she knows how to be a *****....and sexy.

For some reason deep inside my consciousness, i would love to watch every episode of Samoa when it comes this September in a heartbeat (Lord knows i've missed out on lots of episodes of the other recent seasons when i always had the chance to catch 'em but lazyness took over my mindset.) but i'm starting to accept that i don't really want another All-Star season. I support this opinion through the stream of bad luck third entry movies have had in the movie theater industry which might not be the case in reality TV, however i can't help but feel that the first All-Stars was quite enough, as well as Fans vs. Favorites and Bobby Jon and Steph returning for Guatemala (I really don't get why this season seems to be the least spoken of, even moreso than Thailand i think. I did catch most if not all of it and i loved it especially due to the Bobby Jon/Jamie feud and changing Steph's edit from America's Sweetheart to cutthroat competitor who won't win in final 2; even i thought Danni would win; so why it doesn't get the notoriety other seasons get is a mystery to me.)

I agree B, Cirie is just terrible at the game, etc. Honestly, she is an All-Star in what way?

Cirie being a three-peat would definitely recognize the end of the show to me. It shows they have no creativity or drive for a successful show anymore.
