Well at least the popular clique didn't win. I don't really like Braden.
Being a lot of Big Brother is athletic, the athletes could dominate for quite some time, so Jesse probably is not going anywhere soon.
Exactly - my friend and I were watching and let out a huge "NOOO!" when Jessie went back into the house. And being, also, that he's now a part of the biggest clique (along with Russell and Natalie, who didn't come off so well in the premiere either), I forsee the Athletes clique being almost unbearable to watch. Seriously, though, what is the producers' obsession with Jessie? He's ... no, just no. He might be a nice guy in his day to day life, but even that I'd seriously doubt (and I tend to look for the good in almost anyone in shows like this). I was really hoping for Jessica or Brian to go back in.

Is this going to be on the website after?
Would it improper or not the place to ask what this Big Brother mania is about? A co-worker of mine wouldn't work tonight because she had to watch it. And rather than leave the Vevmo homepage and google it, I figure one of you lovely dolls would give me some insight. I have no idea what this show is even about, or that its been around for eleven seasons. I seem to be in the minority.
Ooh, here's a potential scenario my friend and I just thought of... what if the whole house decides it's time for Jessie to go and, being that he cannot compete in next week's HoH challenge, the rest of the Athletes throw the competition on the promise that whoever wins nominates/evicts Jessie and gives the Athletes safety for a few weeks? That's how I would play it... Granted, this would all hinge on the Veto, who wins, etc., but that would be a quick way to get Jessie evicted.

Basically 13 people in the house compete for food, immunity and other stuff. Well this season there's high school cliques. Four cliques: off-beat, popular, athletes and brains. The person who wins HOH, their clique is safe from elimination. So the HOH pick 2 people for elimination. But before the eviction ceremony, there is a chance to be safe from elimination called "Power of Veto". If a nominated player wins POV, the HOH must nominate someone else for eviction. The house will then vote and one of the 2 nominated people will go home. This process continues every week until one person is left. It's very entertaining!
I think I like the twist not sure yet! But Jessie is a waste of life!!!!
What channel is this on? I can't believe I missed it. This is not good.

I hope laura does well, I think she has the potential of winning also basing this on the interview I saw on youtube

The entire house should all work to get rid of him ASAP. Also - if the Athletes win, and then put up 2 non-athletes....Jessie can still be backdoored, no?

Although I'm sure at some point the cliques will be dissolved.

I liked the premier! All of the houseguests are alright with me for now and I think I'm going to like this twist. So Jessie's back and he's HOH. I think that either The Off-Beats or the Brainiacs will get targeted 1st.
Alright, I just finished watching Big Brother because I had to record it. Jesse was the last person I wanted back in the house. Lol. I thought when they got rid of him last season, he was gone for good! Hopefully the cast will plot against him since he has already been in the house and get him out A.S.A.P. Other than that, I thought the premiere was really good! :D I think I am going to like the twist (except that whole Jesse thing).
I actually kind of like Jesse, dont shoot me lol. Well more than the other potential houseguest that would have came back in. I'm not sure who I like so far, it is way too early. However,it does seem like the athletes could have the ability to dominate. Also, I definitely assume eventually you will be able to vote for your clique when they get to a certain point. Otherwise it would become ridiculous.

Just watched this show for the first time ever. That big muscular guy (Jesse?) reminds me of that guy from Beetle Juice with the huge body and shrunken head. Just me? :D Anywho, not completely intrigued by this show yet, but I'll give it a shot.
It didn't seem completly fair that the competition that they got was an athletic competition who did they really think was gonna win...
I think that the competion was fair. It was more endurance than physical.
Other than that, I thought the premiere was really good! :D I think I am going to like the twist (except that whole Jesse thing).
I agree. Even though I am in shock about Jesse returning, overall it was a solid premiere and the twist is going to make it interesting. Best part about this show.... It is on again Sunday! (and right now for those with feeds!)
When Julie said the words "cliques" and "high school" I got excited! I loved high school and was wondering which clique I would fit in? (even though I already know) The premiere really got my attention! I was excited to see new faces. I like the twist! I already don't like 2 people, one being Jesse. He was never really a fan favorite, he wasn't even the type of person you "love to hate" he was just pompous and annoying. I wanted Jessica or Brian to win! I am excited to see how it all works out. I am kinda liking the popular and brain cliques and that Russel character scares me a bit. This show deserves a big :)
I thought the premiere was pretty good!! My favorite so far is Laura <3
Hi Everyone! Okay so its been a long time since I've been on, real life got in the way, but with the start of Big Brother I had to come back! The premiere was good, Jesse was the last person that I wanted to come back though. I couldn't stand him when he was on before and it looks like he's ego has gotten even bigger this year!

According to Perez Hilton the premiere got 4.2 million viewers.
