I think that Fresh Meat may have had less hate had that season counted as their original season--i.e., the FM who did The Duel or I3 (not both) would have been rookies on G3 instead of vets. It really should have counted as their original season because that was the first time we saw them, regardless of the fact that it was on a challenge. Imagine how G3 would have been had Evan, Casey, Diem, Ev AND Easy been rookies (Kenny would still be a vet because he did I3)! I realize that the cast would have been entirely different, but still...something to think about. I think the challenge may have been a lot more enjoyable.

I think this is a major issue with me too. It isn't that they get airtime, it is the fact that I have no reason to root for them, because I honestly do not kow their personalities enough. And combined with the fact that they have so much entitlement, their personalities just ready cocky, rude, and obnoxious.
OK so I'm gonna look at the anti- Fresh Meat side here.
So bascially because we only seen their rude, obnoxious side, and with the other cast members we have seen more sides to them right?
In a sense TJ. I feel as though,we have not grown to know their whole personality, or true personality, because we have only seen them play a game. When you actually have a show, it makes it easier to identify the characteristics of each person, rather than going off of barely anything.

I did not say people like Paula, Nehemiah, Dunbar, Robin, etc get bashed [I]more[/I]. I said they get bashed [I]as well[/I], as in, FMers are not the [I]only[/I] ones who are bashed.
I agree that you can state things differently. I'm not fond of the FMers, but I don't hate them and all that jazz.
And people who aren't fond of FMers still have issues with other cast members as well. I don't care for the Austin cast overall, for example.
mph and Dart, I agree with a lot of what you are saying. You're hitting the head on the nail regarding why people have issues with FM.

Is it ONLY the fact that people are expressing dislike for the FMers a lot, or is it the fact that they are being extreme about it? Or both?

I get that. But I'm wondering if there is more to it. Once I was trying to contribute to or answer a question concerning Evan. It was about if he'd hooked up with anyone or something like that, and I just mentioned that he would act like he wasn't interested when some of the women on the show would hit on him. I wasn't putting him down nor was I hating on him, but she got upset. I just wonder if sometimes the frustrations of people talking badly about them building up to the point where any point made about a FMer, disagreement or voicing of annoyance for one of them is a setting off point, or if it's more.

It has nothing to do with people disliking Fresh Meat cast members. It more has to do with the reasoning behind it and hostile manner they are talked about in, most of the time.
I don't even like all the FM cast members but I don't go to extremes to constantly bash them.
I'm done talking about this.
OK. I like for people to be respectful, too, but you can't change the way everyone goes about expressing things.

But why is that a problem? I mean do people know what this show is called? do they know the point of this show? If they do then they should know that NONE of the FM have no buissness there even if people do like them. I mean Look at the challenges now. We have a bunch of people that were never on RW/RR calling the shots on the RW/RR challenges. Does that make any sense?
You and Outwestsoon made some good point's about why I and some other people don't really care for the Fresh Meat. It's not just the fact that they're not from RW/RR.
At the end of the day I can dislike the Fm(or anyone on these shows for that matter) For any reasons I want and if people don't like it Oh well that's on them.
And I don't think I've been Hostile about it at all. I'm just expressing my opinions like everyone else.

[/quote]Fresh Meat do have buisness there actually. They were casted by BMP to be on the challenges and as long as they keep inviting them they do still have buisness there.
They are calling the shots because they know how to play the game. They play it as snakes... but they still know how to play it and people let them run everything. The only people I have seen stand up to them are KellyAnne and Evelyn (Even though she is in FM). I think this "debate" should've ended a while ago.

But see that's why they are calling the shots. People are ALLOWING them not because they know how to play the game. And I don't ever remember this ever being a debate so where did that come from?
And you're right they were casted by BMP TO BE ON A CHALLENGE NOT RW/RR that is my point here.
Why is there so much hate against the Fresh Meat people?
BMP casted this people because the lack of Road Rulers at the time and lack of caste members.They cast people every challange on whoever is free to do them.Meaning alot of the older cast members dont come on these things anymore cause they cant.Thank GOD!for the fresh meat people really look at the recent challanges alot of the major story lines or alliances wouldnt exist if FM people werent there.After Fresh Meat on The Duel Evan was one of the major players and a huge part to some of the story lines.We saw alot of Kenny and Eric as well on that challange.Diem had a major story line as well with C.T.Which we saw alot of airtime on that season.Then the Inferno 3 You had Kenny and Evelyn throughout the whole season and also made the finale and 2 of them won it.The Gaunlet 3 Eric,Evan,and Kenny were part of a major storyline they were in the male alliance that was trying to get rid of the women.Ryan almost made the final having to leave toward the end we saw quite a bit of him on this challange as well.Diem's storyline again with C.T was showen on this challange.Evelyn as well made the final on this one.The Island Kenny was a big part of the main alliance and Evelyn was A HUGE HUGE part of this challange as she was the only one trying to stand up to this alliance.Really without her the challange wouldnt even have gotten the few ratings it did get.The Duel 2 again the FM people were a big part you just really got to give up to them they control these things these days because they know how to play the game its not there fault the others let them control it.
I think this whole thing needs to just stop. People like them and some people don't. Who cares? Every reason that both side has makes sense, to themselves and that is all that matters.
I agree with Debut 100% with this whole issue, but as much as we would like for the challenges to go back to being ONLY Real World and Road Rules castmembers, I've come to terms with the fact that it's more than likely never going to happen. :(
