I'm not sure where all the insecurity stuff comes from, because, hah, I'm far from it. I'm just sensitive when it comes to people I'm friends with.. and since I was raised to put myself in someone elses shoes, I usually expect the same from others .. actually, I USED TO, until the experience. ;)
Hey Emilee- glad to hear your thoughts! I found you to be a caring person more than insecure. It's refreshing to see a person that cares about others! Glad to see you don't seem too bent out of shape about the whole thing, I have a feeling that will help you get through having BMP's edit of you out there for the world to judge. Ready to end up on The Soup at some point? :popcorm2:
I have to say I was skeptical about this season. I did watch the first episode online and it seems to be entertaining enough, but 5 years from now, I think Cancun will get lost amongst all the other seasons. Brooklyn, on the other hand, will always stand out to me. It was one of those seasons that drew me in emotionally, and I just had to tune in every week. I won't give up on Cancun, but I'll probably resort to watching the episodes on the MTV site when I get the chance. I like Jonna & Derek the best so far. The two besties, Ayiiia & Jasmine, are cute, but I think they'll get on my nerves easily. C.J. & Emilee rub me the wrong way. I just didn't get a good vibe from the start. Maybe that'll change. I'm a bit indifferent about the rest of the cast... guess I need more time to get to know them. ... just another RW viewer's take... :)
That was the worst episode of The Real World I have ever seen. Honestly, I couldn't even follow any of the stories, because they would discuss something in like 120seconds or less, and then already be moving on to another "story". Ayiiia and CJ seem like good peeps, but other than that, I don't think this season has much to offer me. What a terrible, terrible premiere. UGH

I will watch because after I missed Paris, I vowed I would never miss another season. Well I didn't miss all of Paris, just watched it here and there. Denver and Sydney came close, but I ended up finishing them one way or another, I don't think I finished Paris.
Yeah, I'm not sure this season is for me after what I saw of episode one, but I did go to the store during it after the first 10 minutes or so. And I keep catching the 10 or 15 minutes of the show, so there is a chunk I'm missing still, so I can't completely say whether I was into the show or not. Perhaps I will have to watch it online.
